- "We were astounded by the beauty, condition, and overall treasure this place was for the price we paid. I will have to make sure that we come back again and stay here. However, that being said, I wasn't too happy with one clerk at the front desk who seemed to not be so nice to me. I felt she was a bit prejudice because of my accent. She wasn't very helpful when I was asking for the massage that came with our stay. We did end up getting our massages but it was as if she didn't want to help with anything else. Additionally, the patio has a seating area with seats and she scolded us for having a cup of coffee and a piece of sweet bread at the table. She claimed management won't allow it? Isn't this what tables are for? It wasn't like we were sitting at a desk. Anyhow, the masseuse lady was nice and gave us a very nice massage. The down side was that we didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub because it took longer than an hour to heat up and we were already going to be leaving the hotel. "

The small green area was excellent to play with children" - "This place is lovely but it is hard to find! Don't distrust google maps or your gps...it is on that narrow bumpy rocky dirt road. We arrived after dark in a driving rainstorm, after blundering around town for almost an hour. The staff were very nice, ushering us around with umbrellas. The room was spacious, pretty, and comfortable. The next day was sunny and I looked around the grounds -- very pretty. We were sorry we couldn't spend another night."

Having a refrigerator was very nice since you can go to the store And by your own things and cook if you wish to do so. Breakfast was very good but it only opens on the weekends. I do wish the shower head worked better and they could in the future think about screening the windows since it doesn’t have AC it gets hot but if you leave the windows open then the mosquitoes come in and they have a feast. It also needs more hanging hooks in the rooms for your towels to dry. But that’s just my opinion. Location is GREAT!!! Uber has a big issue finding the place and they always end up at the gas station which you can easily access through the black little door once you are out of the Villa. The Mall is on the corner. You can find anything you need even groceries. "

The asked me for a credit card for incidentals and they charge me for an extra room by accident, management refused to return the money to my credit card, I am on the middle of disputing/reversing the charge through my bank.
