Having a refrigerator was very nice since you can go to the store And by your own things and cook if you wish to do so. Breakfast was very good but it only opens on the weekends. I do wish the shower head worked better and they could in the future think about screening the windows since it doesn’t have AC it gets hot but if you leave the windows open then the mosquitoes come in and they have a feast. It also needs more hanging hooks in the rooms for your towels to dry. But that’s just my opinion. Location is GREAT!!! Uber has a big issue finding the place and they always end up at the gas station which you can easily access through the black little door once you are out of the Villa. The Mall is on the corner. You can find anything you need even groceries. "

My family and I have been living in the city of Puebla for several years Atlixco is our favorite vacation and weekend destination. Our beautiful house of 7 thousand square meters is fully equipped to serve 17 guests, and has incredible common areas that will make your stay an exceptional trip. Areas include: pool, terrace, sunbathing area, indoor and outdoor kitchen, indoor and outdoor bar, 1 indoor dining room and two terrace dining rooms, living room with fireplace, soccer field, tennis court, new padel court, covered parking, tree house, and more!.
The house has 7 bedrooms, where up to 17 people can comfortably sleep (including children).

Information about the rooms:
- Room 1 (main)- The master bedroom faces the garden and features a king-size bed, dressing room, full bathroom, and cable TV.
- Room 2 and 3 (Communications) - One of the rooms has a Queen size bed, a bunk bed and closet. The common room has a crib for a 2-year-old baby, an index bed retractable from this crib, and another separate single bed. Rooms share a full bathroom.
- Room 4 and 5 (Communications)- One of these rooms has a King Size bed, cable TV and closet; in the other connected room there are two bunk beds. These two rooms share 1 full bathroom.
- Room 6 - Room with queen size bed and a crib. Full bathroom and closet.
- Room 7 - Room with King Size bed and twin bed. Closet and full bathroom.

Description of areas:
On the inside of the house you can find a large kitchen, equipped with oven, microwave, blender, juice extractor, pots, pans, various kitchen utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, cutlery and glassware for the 16 guests. We have a large internal dining room for 12 people, and a small table for children with 4 chairs. Inside the house there is also a living room with 75-inch television and fireplace, a bar with bar, central table, benches for 8 people, pool table, sound system and another 55-inch television.

On the terrace there is a dining room for 8 people and an ascent. The garden has trees over 50 years of life, diverse plants, flowers, and pots. We have an outdoor room located in the shade of a ashtray, right in front of the pool. The pool is 12 meters long by 5 meters wide, it has 6 sun loungers with cushions for sunbathing and towel service. The temperature of the pool is commonly 19 degrees Celsius. If you like to increase it, it is possible to do it by hiring the extra gas and electricity service.

In front of the pool there is also a barbecue and a terrace with dining area for 12 people, in addition to an open kitchen, a bar bar and an 80 "TV that can even be seen from the pool or sun loungers while sunbathing. In the garden we have plum trees, tangerine, lemon, Chinese guava, orange, avocado and banana plants planted.

The tennis court is made of artificial grass and we have several rackets that you can use to play. We have a new paddle court, perfectly equipped and with night light. From the soccer field, which is completely grassy, and has the two gates with a net, you can see a beautiful view of the Popocatépetl volcano.

On one side of the house is a wooded area in which a wooden house for children is built among the branches of a tree, it has a hanging bridge that ends in a small slide and there are also three swings.

- The house has wifi that goes all the way to the pool area.
-We put the animals, so pets are allowed as long as you take care of them and the cleaning.
- On one side of the house there is a couple, Beatriz and Dionisio . They take care of the gardening and giving general maintenance to the place.

Whats included in price:
Price per night includes:
- Use of the premises for up to 17 guests and 6 more guests during the day.
- An employee in charge of opening and closing the gate, pool maintenance, taking out and storing cushions and towels at night.
- A general cleaning employee of common areas such as: living room, dining room and terraces. (does not include dishwasher cleaning, glassware and kitchen).
- Basic toilet of the rooms.
- Approximate temperature of 17-20 degrees in pool pool

Extra handoff of amenities:
The following amenities can be booked with an extra cost:
- Cooking staff to prepare breakfasts and meals (up to 12 guests, more than 12 guests are required to hire a helper). Does not include food [ $400 pesos per day ]
- Assistant for cleaning of earthenware, glassware and kitchen [$400 pesos per day]
- Increased pool temperature, up to about 29 degrees. For 1 - 3 days, $3,000 pesos. Additional day $1,000 pesos.

The maximum capacity of guests ( including children over the age of 5) is 17.
No Events at the House
The maximum extra guests is 6 people during the day.
No loud music after 11:59 pm
In case of any incident or mistreatment of the house, the amount necessary to repair it must be paid immediately.

If extra services are required, a minimum of 8 days prior to arrival must be requested.

My family and I come from Puebla, México, a city located south of Mexico City. Puebla is one of the biggest cities in the country, and as all big cities are, traffic and business get to be part of daily life. One of the main reasons why my parents decided, a few years back, to get a summer house, was to be able to get away from the crazy city atmosphere and enjoy the family in a more tranquil manner. Since then, we have made Atlixco our favorite getaway spot, spending most of our vacations and weekends beside the pool drinking margaritas. Atlixco is a small town located just 25 km away from Puebla.
Our beautiful 7,000 sqm summer house has 7 rooms were sleep up to 17 guests, and it also has many common areas that will make your vacation a very special one.

Inside the house, you can find a big all equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a 75 inch TV, a chimney and a half bathroom. You can also find a big nice bar with a beautiful handmade wood cabinet, a pool table, a 55 inch TV, and a very powerful sound system. Room 5 and 6 are also found inside the house

Over the terrace, you can find a big dining table and an outdoor living room that overlooks the breathtaking garden. The property has many +50 year old trees, and because my parents love plants, they have also placed hundreds of different flowers, fruit trees, and green vegetation around the house, making the garden the most special place of the property. Over the garden, you can find the 12-meter pool and its 6 sunbeds on the side. The pool has both, a sun and a gas heater system. In front of the pool, we have an amazing second terrace with an open kitchen, griller, and pizza oven. It also has a bar counter, another dining table, and a very large 80 inch TV, which actually you can watch from the pool.
