Jorge, my taxi driver, can pick you up from Puerto Vallarta airport for stress less transfer to your Casa; plus, Jorge will stop to buy beer, on the way. $120 for the concierge service.

$91 VIP services if ordered through Felipe. Better than waiting in the taxi line. These are Suburban or van type vehicles.

Beach is clean and quiet! GREAT BEACH FOR SWIMMING AND PLAYING-NOT ROCKY! Great for boogie boarding and paddle boarding!

We usually stay in a modern condo building nearby but I found Casa Tina for this stay. The condo is two story, more like a house really. The location cannot be beat. In the center of the Zona Dorado, the best part of Bucerias to stay in my opinion. Many restaurants to walk to and the most beautiful stretch of beach in the area. The condo was very comfortable for myself, my husband, and my sister. It is very peaceful, gated, and safe. Everything worked and the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor area is very nice for relaxing and has an extremely easy access to the beach. We could carry the large plastic lounge chairs to the beach which we did every day. The pool was a bit chilly being January and the large planters in the pool made any real swimming a bit difficult. But the pool and landscaping was pretty to look at. We loved the view from the master bedroom balcony where we had our evening glass of wine to watch the sunset. Tina, the owner, was extremely responsive and was always very prompt in answering any questions. We communicated very easily via What'sApp. The property manager, Felipe, was also very kind and always available for minor issues and for ordering taxis back to the airport. I would recommend the property as long as you are ok with an older building with lots of Mexican charm. The condo could use some updating but has everything you need for a great vacation. One thing I would recommend to Tina: each season I would invest in 2-4 Tommy Bahama low beach chairs. They would be so easy to take to the beach, much easier than the large plastic loungers. We work with a wonderful event designer. Minimum 8 Bedroom Reservation Required (3 BR casita + 5 BR in main villa) to combine both properties for one group. Please inquire for rates and details.
Rates are based on 6 guests. Each additional guest is $40 US/night plus 19% tax.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with a king bed and a small loft that has 2 twin beds (intended for parents who have up to 2 children sharing their room). There are ladders with 5 steps up to the loft, so best suited for children over 8 years old. For younger children a fold out twin mattress can be accommodated on the main floor of the room. The villa has one portacrib and one high chair.

- "The pool is great, especially for family with kids. They kept it clean and maintained it during our stay. Karen (the cook) does it all. She cooked great meals, cleaned and always made sure we were taken care of. She went above and beyond to make sure my birthday was great. She organized a mariachi, ordered a cake and set up a piñata. Honestly the best birthday I’ve ever had. She also made sure the kids had food they liked and made them smoothies and juices and adult drinks for us. I wish I could take her home with us!"

High Season: November 1 to April 30: Regular nightly rate, $250.00 USD per night

Shoulder Seasons: May 1 to June 30 and September 1 to October 31: 30% discount, being $175.00 USD per night

Melting Hot Season: July 1 to August 31: 50% discount, being $125.00 USD per night

A 50% down payment is required to secure the villa. The balance is due eight weeks prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Smoking is permitted outside.

Casa Linda 2 is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 3 full bath Villa right on the beach. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with King size beds and each has its own open air for viewing, shower.
There is also a beautiful terrace overlooking the beach and Bay. Downstairs there is another full bath, open plan for the kitchen, living, dining. There are 3 covered patios – 1 overlooking the pool and lush gardens, one downstairs overlooks the beach – fabulous for watching sunsets and enjoying margaritas and guacamole. The other is on the second level and is great for relaxing, reading, morning coffe and maybe a massage with the ocean wind and palm frans rattling in the background.

This Villa is perfect for entertaining or the hub for a family or friend get-together!
There is a fold-out futon downstairs and could sleep one or two people.

- "We stayed for 7 days with 2 teens. The listing and pics are very accurate. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most of the things we needed. The bedrooms are very comfortable with plenty of storage, linen and towels. AC in the bedrooms is key and it works well. The outside area and pool are very private. Outside there are fans which were great. Housekeeping and the gardener come by often. The grounds are beautifully maintained with iguanas around. There are most things you need within a couple block walk. The Fish Taco restaurant is the best. There is construction in the area and yard equipment that you could hear, but we didnt find it a nuisance. Lori is awesome. She took the time to meet us, show us the villa and get us settled. We will be back."

- "“He would be a fun grandpa!” was the comment of one of my kids as we drove away. Jorge offered the warmest welcome to Mexico and our family was sad to leave this home. A lovely stay with homemade meals, massages on the beach, afternoon dips in the pool, and sunset boogie boarding in the ocean. This home is spacious, well-stocked (so nice to be able to grill and do a load of laundry) and is a breezy stroll to the nearby beach. My family is already asking to return! Well done!"
