- "Great resort, like a small town. " - "I came here with low expectations from reading comments and reviews about my stay, but I left more than satisfied. We were very well taken care of, the bartenders would have drinks ready before we even asked for another, we got very fast service in restaurants as well, even just for buffets. The reception staff were very nice and professional, and handled everything smoothly. The event/activities staff were so friendly and energetic even though they were working all day and then doing the shows at night, which we also enjoyed. Everything was very clean and the food was surprisingly good, don’t expect incredible 5 star dining or anything like that of course but it was good. People say it is hard to make reservations but it was simple to do from our smartphones, didn’t take more than 5 minutes. All-in-all it was a wonderful experience and we will be back. The only issues we had were with other guests, many people claimed seats at the pool but wouldn't even be in the vicinity for hours, not letting anyone else enjoy a seat. Some of the guests were incredibly rude not only to the staff but to other guests, of course that’s not the resort’s fault, and the employees knew how to handle rude people."

- "Great little apart hotel. Only 7 units so the pool is never crowded. Kitchen has everything for basic cooking. Filtered water provided. Ivan, the manager, is super friendly, helpful and quick to deal with any issues. The house keeping staff are awesome. The beach in front is hard to swim at because of rocks and it's very shallow, you need water shoes. 10 minute walk towards Bucerias and the beach and water is great. The restaurants close by are quite expensive, better to go into town. Hail down the bus outside the hotel, 10 pesos, same on the way back. "
