We have a king size master bedroom with walk in closet and double sinks. This room has fabulous views of the ocean from the balcony. The second bedroom is a queen size bed and it's own bathroom with a balcony and large window with breathtaking ocean views. There is a spare room with a 3rd queen size bed. We have a full kitchen with filtered drinking water, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, blender and cooking pots and pans and a refrigerator with an ice maker. The pool and patio living area is surrounded by grass and closed in yard that is outlined by lush shrubs. There is a fountain that runs in the pool to offer a tranquil water sound. There are boogie boards for you to use at the beach and beach towels. We have and outdoor shower for you to rinse off when you come from the beach and before entering the house. The space
Casa Almendra is located in the gated community of Marina Chacala, in a small cluster of homes known as Villas Blancas. The Villas Blancas homes share a swimming pool the overlooks the ocean and the town of Chacala. Casa Almendra has a private path to the swimming pool. Marina Chacala has a private beach and beach club with several swimming pools and tennis courts. Outside the front gate is the town of Chacala, which has a beautiful beach, restaurants and small shops.

The living room, dining room and kitchen of Casa Almendra are open air. There is a half bathroom in the living area. All of the bedrooms have screened windows and air conditioning. There are two bedrooms downstairs each with two double beds and a private bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The king bedroom has a private bathroom.

The house is surrounded by tropical gardens. There is a large lawn area around the swimming pool as well as a small palapa with tables and chairs and a grill that is available for your use.

There is parking available at Casa Almendra. The town and beach club are walking distance. There are many interesting towns in the area that are a quick taxi ride away.

The town and both the private beach and public beach are approximately a 10 minute walk from the house. We can also arrange a golf cart rental during your stay.

Marina Chacala has a private beach, the beach club, club pools, tennis courts, and you will have access to all the amenities of the club and the use of beach chairs, umbrellas and tables during your stay.

Golf carts are available to rent at Casa Almendra for a fee of $50 per day.

Cleaning is provided daily during your stay. If you would like home cooked meals our chef can prepare and serve those for a charge of 400 pesos plus the cost of ingredients. We can also offer catering and bartending for events at an additional cost

The beds are really comfortable, clean, and very nice bedding. My shower was wonderful - I was always so refreshed after. There was custom almond scented soap in the bathrooms and a gift bag with the soap and a lotion in it. Nice shared pool that we mostly had to ourselves. The beach is only for the residents in the gated community. Even when it was “full”, there was plenty of room and once it had only one other person on it. There is security and an attendant who brings out an umbrella, a table and chairs and a small cafe with beach beverage service! Amazing! Its a really pretty beach on a cove. Its a good sized walk from the house with sidewalks on a quiet street or a very easy golf cart drive if you rent that. Pati cooked us a couple of meals that were amazing. Including dessert and hibiscus iced tea once. She is very pleasant and unobtrusive. I highly recommend hiring her for your stay. We will be back."

Villas Blancas Dos overlooks the most beautiful beach in the Mexican Riviera, the beach at Chacala, Nayarit. Located in the gated community of Marina Chacala it is just a short 90 minute drive north of Puerto Vallarta. VB2 is part of a 7 villa condominium group within the development of Marina Chacala. There is a pool and palapa available for fiestas pool-side plus common areas for Villas Blancas residents and guests only. Villas Blancas is a great place for family reunions as several of the other villas are also available for rent.

The Villa has 4 bedrooms each with their own full baths: an upstairs Master Bedroom with a king size bed and a single bed; the Pool Room also has a king size bed which can be made up to 2 single beds; the Garden Room has 2 queen beds; and the Entertainment Room has 2 single beds which can be made up to a king. There is a TV with DISH cable and a DVD player in the Master Bedroom and the Entertainment Room.

The main room for gathering together is the large open air palapa covered living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, blender and other typical amenities.

VB2 is a 5-10 minute walk from two distinctly different beaches. First, at Chacalilla Bay you will find an intimate, private beach and beach club with 3 pools: a lap pool, a large pool and a small wading pool for the little ones. The second beach is the large, public beach on beautiful Chacala Bay. On the beach you will find many restaurants located right in the sand serving fresh sea food, fish, gourmet delicacies, pizza and a host of other choices. A great beach for boogie boarding, body surfing, people watching, shopping from the roving vendors, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Chacala is a small, quaint fishing village with a wide array of activities. From the marina you can arrange for boat trips to go whale watching, fishing, and snorkeling or to take you to great surf breaks. You can drive or hire the local taxi to take you to a nearby archaeological site; drive up to San Blas for bird watching or stop and take a crocodile boat ride. Villas Blancas Dos is the perfect place to relax, soak in the sun, read, swim in the pool, and listen to and watch the amazing array of birds. There are also tennis and pickle ball courts a 10 minute walk away in Marina Chacala.

Our Suenos del Mar condos are located in the Vista Encantada development 52 miles north of Puerto Vallarta. If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the place. Condos are nestled in the jungle with swimming pool and laundry facilities. Condos have air conditioning and fans in each room. Living room and balcony looks out to the Pacific Ocean. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 people. Kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes and cups, glasses, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Bedroom has a king size bed, with full bathroom and half bath off the living room.

- "We spent the month of February at Vista Encantada in units 407 and 507 and witnessed the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. We had friends join us for a week and so we got both units for the month. Unit 407 is all on one floor and it was comprised of 1 1/2 bathrooms, a small kitchen with full sized fridge, gas stove and oven and microwave, a living room and king-size bedroom. At the entrance to 407 there were stairs that went upstairs to 507 which has another king-sized bedroom, full bathroom and a large deck with outside kitchen comprised of a small bar fridge, hot plate and microwave and lovely patio furniture. From this deck there is another set of stairs that takes you up to a rooftop lounge with 2 reclining beds and a cool water jacuzzi. Lovely for star-gazing as there are millions of stars at night. The road to Vista Encantada is very rough and goes through the small town of El Divisidero but worth the drive. The complex has a beautiful pool and fitness room. Sandra and Carlos and their staff were very accommodating and helpful. There is no cable TV but they do have Netflix which we used. The wifi is hit and miss so sometimes you couldn’t connect to the outside world but heck we were on vacation in Mexico! There is a quiet and beautiful beach about a 25 minute walk down a path or Pedro can give you a ride. There is also a beautiful beach at the little town of Chacala about 20 minutes drive away with great restaurants. Try Chicos and La Breza for great fish and shrimp and pico de Gallo! Also about 20 minutes away is La Penita Ja Latempa which has many restaurants and a fabulous Thursday market. We would suggest renting a car in Puerto Vallarta but if not there is a car available to rent on-site. All in all we had a great vacation, met fabulous people and enjoyed fabulous weather and sunsets."

Las Cuevitas beach is just down the street from us 1 mile and Chacala beach is to the north of us. We have a great view of Chacala Bay. Closest shopping, doctors, etc is about a 20 minute drive. Vista Encantada is a little out of the way and perfect for a relaxing, beautiful vacation.

- "While our month long stay was in part colored by the great group of guests we met and socialize with, the facility itself is very nice. The Pros include the beauty of the location and the quiet and peaceful surrounding. The twice weekly housekeeping is an added benefit as is the drinking water brought at request. There are some Cons.Our unit,like other we learned lacking many of things that would be included in a well outfitted facility, especially the kitchen. It is remote which certainly has its benefits but it makes it difficult to get to a restaurant or food store. There a numerous trails to explore through the jungle many of which require sturdy shoes and a steady foot - not a good choice for older, less able walking. Our hosts, Sandra and Carlos were very please and responsive from our first inquiry to our last requests. "

The space
Hello, Casa Liquen has a total of 7 rooms, each of them with a comfortable bed with Therapedic mattress to favor a good rest, we have the possibility to put an extra single bed if necessary. We have several terraces with spectacular views of the beautiful beach of Chacala, topping with a beautiful viewpoint. The Gayatri lounge is at your disposal to do Yoga or simply meditate enjoying a privileged place with a wonderful sea view.
In the roof top you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise accompanied by your morning coffee and in the afternoon contemplate the sunset why not, this time accompanied by a delicious beer, good companion in the tropical climate.

We have board games and a Ping pong table to accompany you in your leisure moments to share with friends, finally enjoy our heated pool or rest in a hammock around it. All the spaces are quite spacious and we receive few guests since we want to provide a space of peace and tranquility. We hope you are soon enjoying Casa Liquen.

Guest access
In Casa Liquen we have several shared areas for the enjoyment of all guests, some of them are a terrace on the first level, the Gayatri lounge for meditation and yoga, the roof top and a sunbathing-viewpoint at the top. The pool area, its terrace and gardens are all around it.
The access to the beach is through the pool area, leaving the lichen house, you walk approximately 20 meters and you find the stairs to access the beach.

Other things to note
This is a newly built design house, we opened our doors for the enjoyment and enjoyment of our guests, it was made with a lot of love from everyone who participated in this project and we hope that that “vibe” feels when we arrive at our home. Let us bring the sound of the sea to your heart.

Villa Tutu

Surrounded by wild habitat and views of palm trees and exotic birds, Villa Tutu is part of Villas Malinali, inside gated Marina Chacala. Ideal for more than one family since it consists of three different casitas (little houses).

The main house that has a large master suite with a separate area with two single beds and also a guest room on the second floor with two beds (a king and double) and a terrace. The ground floor of this first casita has a complete kitchen with an espressso and cappuccino machine, lounge room with dining room and TV area.

The second casita consists of an open-plan master suite with a King size bed and a single bed sofa, kitchenette & bathroom with a large two-person tub.

The third casita has one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (child) sofa and sliding doors lead you to a palapa covered terrace with views over the garden.

All of the rooms have their independent full bathrooms, and there is an extra half bathroom for guests in the main house. All of the buildings look onto 5000sqft of tropical garden and lawn. Within the garden there is a pergola (gazebo) with a full lounge sofa, dining table, hammocks, kids amenities and a BBQ grill.
The three house compound, was finished in 2015. Fully furnished in a Mexican Pacific modern style.

Frente a una de las playas más hermosas del Pacífico Mexicano y dentro de la selva tropical de la Ribera Nayarit se encuentra la Villa Buganvilia. Ubicada dentro del desarrollo privado Marina Chacala.
La Villa esta ubicada frente a la playa privada del complejo Marina Chacala, ofrece grandes espacios naturales para disfrutar del entorno al igual que las vistas hacia el horizonte donde se pone el Sol.
La playa Chacalilla, única por su belleza esta ubicada a unos cuanto pasos de la casa.

Villa Buganvilia se caracteriza por su diseño enfocado en crear un espacio convivencia entre personas e incluir el diverso entorno natural que se encuentra en la región. La arquitectura regional es caracterizada por el uso de terrazas cubiertas por palapas para generar mantener temperaturas ideales para disfrutar el clima que ofrece la costa. La palapa con vista y acceso al vasto jardín y a la playa privada de Marina Chacala . Cuenta con una amplia terraza estilo En la terraza se encuentra el comedor principal, la sala, mesa de juego y cómodas hamacas para pasar la tarde. La amplia cocina esta ubicada a un lado del comedor, cuenta con todo lo necesario para su uso, así mismo la renta incluye el servicio de un chef que estará a sus servicios para preparar los mejores platillos.

Para llegar a Villa Buganvilias se puede tomar taxi o rentar un auto desde Puerto Vallarta, el trayecto toma 1 hora. Desde la ciudad de Guadalajara el trayecto toma aproximadamente 3 horas.
Una vez dentro de Marina Chacala las distancias son bastante cortas y la naturaleza ofrece gran variedad de vistas únicas, por lo que se recomienda recorrer a pie.

Tomado el camino hacia el pueblo de Chacala encontraras la colorida playa de Chacala, donde abunda gran variedad de restaurantes, tiendas de surf y souvenirs, pescaderías y muchas cosas más. Así mismo es el lugar ideal para rentar un bote local y salir a pescar, ver ballenas o practicar surf.
