Only thing is the bathroom door is not private from the master so if you have to go and you haven’t gone In front of your significant other.. it’s embarrassing lol. The bigger house is located in front of a pool and jacuzzi. We had access to that area but I wouldn’t have felt as comfortable probably if someone was staying there. I will be renting again but we would like to rent the entire property. The view is directly of the lake but it is fenced off. There is a billiard table and a trampoline as well with toys for kids. I highly recommend this property. "

- "The first night was horrible, one room had many bed bugs. We didn’t use one of the rooms as we didn’t want to deal with the bugs. For the Second room the girls took the bed boards off as they found spiders. I did request to get moved to another room. Reception was understandable and got us moved the same night. We did get moved to another bigger cabin. Which was much cleaner. Other than the first night we ran out of water. The last two nights we had issues sleeping due to a sound of a pipe. Which kept going off and on every 5 minutes or less. The kitchen staff was incredible. "

The master suite is a whole separate wing of the house. Huge bathroom. The bedroom has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the pool and the lake. And it has an outdoor door to the patio and pool. We stayed with our extended family and me, my spouse and two small kids took the master bedroom and it felt like we had our own private space. The outdoor space has a wrap around patio with two tables that could fit 15 people or so. Large grass area. The pool was clean, and warm. This property could be in a movie. You will feel like a movie star staying here. It is great for families. I had an infant, toddler, 5 year old, teenager, and 5 adults. It was perfect for all ages. I am saving the best for last: Abraham the property manager. He went above and beyond in every way. He sent me detailed access info, instructions and videos to find the keys, all before I had to ask. He was 3 steps ahead of me. He would respond to messages within minutes. He even put a crib in the room for the baby. He is truly special. We are already planning our next stay here, just to stay at this house. Thank you Abraham!"

- "The house is well kept and it was very clean. Daniel the property manager is very attentive anytime we needed anything he responded right away. The internet is a bit slow so if you plan to work from here best to have a back up. When we stayed there was no renters in the back house so we had the entire place to ousleves. There are two houses on this property and we rented the front house which was perfect for what we wanted. This property is a 15 minute walk to Jocotepec pier which is a great place to explore grab an ice cream or beverage and enjoy the view. I would definitely return here again."
