- "Great " - "After we got our room sorted out, we had a great stay at the resort. It's been a while since I have been able to come back and my memories were still accurate! The service staff was friendly and helpful (and really kind in helping my efforts to speak Spanish!). My foodie family was impressed by the quality and variety of food there, every meal was excellent. The pool areas were well maintained and not crowded, as was the beach area. Public bathroom areas were exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the resort. We loved being able to easily walk into the city to look around and shop, and felt comfortable walking around like we were back home. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful surprise for my family. The only recommendations I would make would be to turn down the music at poolside a bit as we had to move so we could talk from one area, but we moved to a beautiful spot overlooking the beach, so I wasn't mad about it at all. 😊"

Another person came to try to fix the units. Well at the last day of our staying they fixed the unit at living room only. So not a single nite I slept well. We were having a technician with leader an tools in most of the time. I didn't received any apology or sorry at all, I felt care less."

There were lizards insides our room. The out side of oit room had some type of bug build up on the wall it was huge. The hotel in general needs a lot of up keep. Buffet was very poor. Not many variety of food. Drinks poorly made in bar areas. Any question I asked for information I would be directed to the lobby whic was very very far from room and down hill. And every time i made it to the lobby theyy would tell me they didn't knkw and direct me somewhere else and sometimes it would be very very far up hill. Definitely this is not a hotel I would come back to. It needs a lot of work when it comes to the building it self and it doesn't seem like they are doing anything to improve it. I did take pictures of everything if needed. "

- "This hotel is located on a road containing several local hotels located directly on the beach with easy access. We enjoyed breakfast outside on a lower level, which provided very nice views of the entire bay. The beach is gray at this side of the bay and the water clean and calm, but the busy, popular part of the beach is a reasonable walk from the hotel. New Year's Eve was affected not only by the local fireworks which started early and continued long after midnight, but some disco around the bay was so loud with low base resonating that even ear plugs didn't work. Ha! And that continued until who knows when. I would stay at this hotel again, as it was reasonably priced and clean."

- "We had a wonderful stay on this property! The staff are so friendly and accommodating and just overall wonderful. I had an issue during book and was charged twice by Hotels.com, and they were as helpful as they could be and really helped sort out the situation. The suite was wonderful and perfect for our family. They were clean, and spacious and each room had a/c units so that we were all comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked with pots, plates and utensils, and there was a full 6-person dining table along with a couch and TV. The real star of the show was the view. It's absolutely stunning. You see the coast and can hear the waves crashing on the shore. It's amazing. The only thing is the drive up to the property. The street is still cobbled and because it's on a hillside, it's a little steep on the way up. There's also a particularly sharp turn to get onto the property, and it's kind of a tight space. Other than that, it's such a beautiful and comfortable property. You're literally minutes away from the beach. I think this would be perfect for longer stays, however, we only stayed for 2 nights. However, I cannot recommend it enough. I truly hope to visit again at some point."

You need to leave totaly the property and walk a long strech in very dangerous and dirty little streets. It is a public beach where you can not swim safely. Also they do not let you know there is lots of steps to the condo. And older person like us had problems walking so many steps and distances. They must change their advertisement and be honest about the beach. But what made up the difference was the beautiful swiming pools and safe condos. If you dont care about the beach this is a good place to stay. We took taxis to othere beaches. "
