Our condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with its own laundry. Located with in walking distance to restaurants, stores and shopping centers. stay with us and you will be delighted by astonishing views of the bay from the terraza where you can enjoy from having a cup of coffee or reading a book to a get together with new friends or maybe have a BBQ in case you feel like grilling your own stakes.
The condo has a pool table and a library on the lobby along with a small fitness area there is Wi-Fi access throughout the building and the pool has both sunny or shaded area.

- "It is a very large newly renovated condo right on the ocean. It's big enough for four adults without being under each other's feet. There is a very nice heated pool that is shared with the other condos; there are six condos total. Yoalo (Joe) the manager speaks English and is very easy to get a hold of. Walmart is within a block and a half, Starbucks is two blocks away, and La Comer is three blocks away. There is also a very good breakfast place, Cabana del Indio, very close to Walmart. You can't lose."

Since we first arrived at Uncle Paul's place over 20-years ago, we knew we'd found "it:" an easy, beautiful spot with gorgeous grounds and pools, a communal palapa, decks, views and easy access to local flavors.
A quick 5-min walk to the beach... miles of manicured sandy heaven... beach bars, seafood, fresh tropical produce... everything from snorkeling to surfing, sun bathing to sports... get lost in a book, on a boat, or just gazing out at the seasonal whale migration.
The nearby towns offer wonderful markets for fish, produce, meat, coffee, baked goods, tortillas, salt, textiles, glass, pottery and more.
To make your arrival even easier - we have a "club fee" added on to each rental - you give us a short list of groceries, and our friends will shop and stock the fridge before you arrive.
If you're here for an extended stay, our house keepers will come 2x a month to do a cleaning - included in the monthly fee. If you'd like something more often let us know.
When you go, our friends and cleaners will take care of the laundry and clean up, and dispose of any perishable foods that you didn't use up.

A treasure on the Pacific coast
Manzanillo City is located in Pacific Ocean coast. This city has a long tradition thanks to its port services and because of that its name has been quite relevant in the history of the country many times.

The city received its name Manzanillo from the Spaniards that arrived here during The Conquista: here used to be plenty of cahmomile trees (árboles de manzanilla), also known before as “Death Trees”, because of its toxicity, and that way they decided to called it that way.

However, the locals used to call it Cozcatlán which means “Place of Collars”, probably because the jewelry they wore was made using seashells and pearls. Archaeologists suggest that this name and others like salagua comes indeed from its pearl jewelry tradition, which can be recorded from the Xv century.

Close to 2 lines of public buses and taxis transportation, it is 6 blocks away from Soriana and about 10 blocks from public entrance to the beach. The apartment is located in the 3rd floor, the maintenance of public areas other than the cabana and pool need attention. There are 2 banquet halls behind the building and it can be very noisy until late at night. However in the good side you can have live music for free for your own party inside the apartment. - "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Linda was a great host and very accommodating. The place was everything it said it would be. The views were fabulous and the community pool and lounge area were a great plus. Beach was very close with restaurants and beach chairs and umbrellas to rent. We will definitely return." - "I can't say enough about how helpful Ayelet was before we ventured south to Santiago! Ayelet even got me into the 21st century with an introduction to WhatsAP so we could communicate directly. And Ayelet's mom Linda! (She is the on site manager) What a fabulous person! She met us at the airport and, when our rental car fell through (don't get me started on the scam perpetrated by Budget Rentals!) she provided transportation to the property and then to the grocery store. And -- when the rental car company tried to jack us around and we refused to submit to extortion, she rented us her car! She was an excellent tour guide with great recommendations for beaches and attractions to visit and restaurants to try. She and her young helpers, Jesus and Adriana, keep the place spotless and sparkling! The two bedroom apartment we had was perfect for us and our granddaughter. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, and when we came up short on a wine bottle opener, Linda borrowed one from a neighbor for us! The pool area with the hammocks and tables was a great place to hang out and enjoy evening breeze and the fabulous sunset views of the city - the 360 degree fireworks on New Years Eve were spectacular -- overwhelming as well! There are a couple of things you should know before you go here: You will need a car! I suppose you could take taxis everywhere, and given our experience with the car rental... The house sits atop a knife edge ridge and your first run up the hill is a bit intimidating -- a VERY rough, VERY steep road. Down is even more "interesting" - brakes don't fail me now! And that makes the walk down to the beach (actually the walk back up) a major workout (which I could use after the great local food)! The location is also quite a distance grocery stores and restaurants, and most of the major area attractions are a fair distance. If your goal is to just hang out by the pool - you might get by, but that is not our style. Also -- pretty noisy at night. You will want to leave the windows open (no AC) and there are at least 10,000 barking dogs and roosters in the neighborhood. Well may not that many, but whenever they don't manage to wake you, the neighbors - who literally have a huge speaker system on the roof, and think mariachi music at midnight is just the thing, will fill in the soundscape! A 6 pack of MACS earplugs is a plus We enjoyed our time and thank Ayelet and Linda for their excellent help and service!"
