At night, due to the noise from the bars and live music a block away, we had the windows and doors closed, but the AC kept it comfortable to sleep. There are 5 units that shared the pool, but every time we were in the pool, we had it to ourselves. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and Jesse, the housekeeper, was so kind and helpful. This boutique hotel was just blocks away from EVERYTHING; restaurants, bars, shops, the beach, everything. We loved being in the center of the activity in Sayulita. (If you need peace and quiet at night, this is not the place for you.) We absolutely loved this place and will be back! Highly recommend!"

This 2 Bed/2 Bath suite is located on the ground floor and is complete with a full kitchen, living room and spacious private patio. Bedroom #1 has 2 full beds and Bedroom #2 has a full bed so the suite can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

There is also a twin day bed in Bedroom #2 so we can accommodate up to 7 guests for an additional nightly fee for the 7th person. Ask us about this option!

Casa Namaste is an amazing location in Sayulita. Two blocks from town plaza, and 2 blocks from the main beach in Sayulita. Casa Namaste 2 Bedroom is located on the ground level with a private entrance. It is located conveniently 1 block from the local neighborhood market (Camacho's) and our favorite coffee and breakfast spot (Yah Yah's).

Being centrally located is a great advantage as it is not necessary to rent a car or golf cart. In fact, we recommend not renting a car as everything can be reached on foot. Parking near Casa Namaste can be a bit tricky as well. A rental car may be a consideration if you are planning to surf at the beaches outside of Sayulita.
No glassware by the pool including bottles or cups.

- "This was a great little place to stay! We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo, the large bedrooms each with their own bathroom, the proximity to town and the beach, the heated pool, the large patio and the hammock, and the ac and fans. It wasn’t super hot but they did help us sleep better. One of the beds was not very comfortable (pretty hard) and there are quite a few outside noises at night. I bought some earplugs at a pharmacy and slept better the second night. All of the positives of the condo definitely outweighed the one uncomfortable bed.The common area had some beach chairs that we took to the beach. There were also a few boogie boards but they were pretty beat up so we preferred just renting boogie boards at the beach. It would have been nice if the condo had some larger beach-type towels but we made do with the towels provided and it was fine. The hosts were good communicators and were quick to answer questions. This was our first trip to this part of Mexico. We would love to return and we would definitely stay in this condo again. "

Renovations completed. We are excited to show off our new old casa! Part of Casa Ventana al Cielo, La Estrella consists of 1 bedroom and 1 1/2 baths that is on the top floor of our Casa. The unit is a spacious 750 Sq. Ft with a large open living area and Lanai style doors that open out onto your private terrace. From the terrace you overlook the beautiful bay, pool, gardens as well as the jungle. The unit has a large air conditioned master suite, a custom king size bed with high thread count sheets and a safe. There is a full bath off the bedroom with pebble flooring in the shower. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, gas stove and oven as well as all pots, pans and utensils necessary to stay in and cook your entire vacation. There is dining table and couch in the living area as well as seating and dining on the terrace. The comfortable living area also has a half bath attached. We are located on the quiet North side on the newly completed Calle Coral which dead ends into the Pacific. It is a short walk to the center of town, restaurants and markets. The beach is a 5 minute walk down our street.

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside. We charge a $250USD cleaning fee to remove the smoke smell.
No parties or events inside or on the property are permitted.

You have your own floor for your private accommodations. You will only have access to your floor and the rooftop. There is no additional kitchen or laundry facility access with this room. The rooftop is shared with the other guests on the property and not open to outsides guests. There is one dipping pool (second pool coming in 2022), an eating area and pool lounger chairs.

You can park in front of the building on our private street. Sayulita is best explored by foot or bicycle but you could also rent a golf cart. It is an 8 min walk to the beach, a 10 min walk to cafes, bakery and restaurants and a 15 min walk to the lively town center.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: There will likely be some form of construction in this area for the next 10-15 years as Sayulita is a very popular place to live. construction goes on usually from 8:00am to 6:00pm. We do not share any walls with the construction but there is always the possibility of noise so we want to make sure you are aware to manage expectations.

This property is not appropriate for children and guests must be 21 year old and older only.

There are stairs you must climb to get to the room and the rooftop.

Smoking is ONLY allowed on the rooftop.

WIFI in most residential areas in Sayulita is unreliable due to strained infrastructure. Because of the house's distance from the nearest cell tower, cell reception is practically non-existent. We recommend you have a backup way to connect to the internet if you require consistent access ( bring a mobile hotspot) or connect from any of the lovely cafes in town. We are happy to provide cafe and restaurant recommendations if you need!

Occasionally parts of town lose water and electricity especially when it is very hot and/or when there is a storm. This is normal and usually power is restored in 4-6 hours. Public utilities stop providing water when there is a large influx of people in town. While this is outside of our control we do have backup measures. We have a backup generator to ensure the water pump continues to work during a power outage. We also can have a privater water company deliver water. Please understand that without power it means there are periods of time where there is no internet access.

We kindly request that you only run the air conditioning in the evening from 10pm to 7am. This will decrease the chance of losing power during the day and ensure you are comfortable when you sleep. Please do not leave the air conditioning on when you are not at the property. Usually opening the windows and turning on the overheads fans are sufficient for cooling during the day as we have constant ocean breezes through out the building.

Please keep in mind that being in the heart of the jungle that there will always be insects, lizards and birds on the property. We do our best to keep them out of the rooms but whenever windows and doors open they will enter. That is part of outdoor living in the jungle and happens at even 5 star hotels. We provide bug spray for our guests comfort. If you have a phobia or cannot accept bugs we respectfully suggest you book elsewhere as we cannot refund for the presence of bugs.
