There is a beautiful arroyo and mountain trails to walk or you can walk to the beach. - "We stayed here for seven weeks and couldn't have been happier with our choice. it was sad to leave. Fabiola was a warm and gracious hostess, genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met. The apartment itself is not large, but the deck is huge, and the fact is that in a climate like this you spend most of your time out of doors. You have to like dogs and cats, because there are a few of each on the property; fortunately, we loved them. There is also an incredible variety of wild birds coming and going all day long. It is a very short walk down to the beach, and that distance is a blessing, really, if you treasure peace and quiet and don't want to be in a party zone all the time."

NO KIDS UNDER 13 ALLOWED IN THE JACUZZI

Every beachfront condo backs the highway, THERE WILL BE SOME INEVITABLE ROAD NOISE. We provide noise machines in each bedroom to help subside the noise. If you are a light sleeper we recommend bringing ear plugs. This unit has double pane windows and sliding doors which help subside the noise compared to other condos.

LAS OLAS CONSTRUCTION TIME

Construction time at Las Olas Condominiums is between August 1-October 15. If you are booking in these months, please be mindful that there may be loud noise between 9am-5:30pm for all units in both buildings.

Please note that the HOA can schedule emergency construction projects at any time of the year, which is out of our hands. We will do our best to inform you as soon as we are informed of any projects.

To ensure that all residents enjoy their stay at Las Olas, the Homeowners Association asks that everyone read and comply with the following:

When you arrive, please register at the security gate so that security will know that you are an authorized resident.

Each unit has limited occupancy depending on the size of the unit. No more than 2 people in a one bedroom, no more than 4 people in a double bedroom and no more than 6 people in a three bedroom apartment.

Water and electricity are both in short supply and expensive, please conserve both.

No storage on patios. Patios should be kept clean at all times.

Laundry, bedding, rugs, towels, swimwear, etc must not be hung from the balcony rails or visible clotheslines.

No pets are allowed by renters or guests.

Ground floor units are not to leave any personal items outside of their patio area.

Quiet hours are between 10:00pm through 8:00am.

Pool hours are between 7:00am through 10:00pm.

The gym is for adults exercise only. Please turn the air conditioner off when finished.

Tennis court by reservation. Limit of one hour play if people are waiting.

Parking - one vehicle is permitted per condo. Please park within lines.

Comply with rules posted at pool and hot tub. Children must be kept under control and supervised. Children under 13 years old are not permitted in the hot tub.

Please don’t take dishes or glassware out of the condo - use the plastic cups provided.

All party’s or events must have prior written approval from the manager.

There is a limit of 2 guests per condo. More than 2 guests will need prior approval from the manager.

Do not leave your surfboard on the grass. All surfboard and personal items must be stored inside condos, condos decks or in lockers.

Please put garbage in a closed plastic bag and deposit it in the designated area at the parking lot. Help us recycle.

Do not leave food exposed, as it could attract insects.

Lock all doors when you are out and at night.

Entry to each suite is from the lush tropical courtyard into a common area consisting of a comfortable sectional sofa with ample seating, WIFI, large satellite TV, guest computer system and full equipped kitchenette and laundry facilities available on the same level. This common area is a shared location with the adjoining poolside suite only .

The Common Areas:
There is a central lush tropical courtyard with waterfall and abundant landscaping for either sitting in the shade or soaking up the Sun’s rays. The courtyard also hosts an outside barbecue and preparation area.
