- "The room was nice. Better than most of what we experienced in Baja. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. It was very clean. Good shower. Comfy bed. Really appreciated it having an attached restaurant and small convenience store. The food was good. They put up with us not having pesos with a smile. If you are arriving into Baja and this is your first stop, don't stress about getting to the bank first off. My only complaint was that we were in a room on the ground floor. It was too noisy! Every wheeled suitcase that went by in the evening and in the morning echoed in our room. We were awoken many times throughout the night by people walking by. Definitely request a 2nd or 3rd floor room. All in all, we would stay here again."

We are an easy walk to the malecón, marina, plazas, shops, restaurants and the oldest mission in the Californias.

There are 2 resident cats, and one is very, very friendly, and likes to interact with guests, so probably not a good fit if you are allergic or just don’t like cats.

The pool is not heated, so it’s likely to be too cold in the winter to use. Some guests have used it, but only people from very cold climates!

As mentioned, the location of this Casita is in centro Loreto - the sounds of chickens and dogs should be expected (earplugs provided if needed) however it didn’t bother me at all! If you prefer to relax on the property, we offer a pool with chaise lounges, a full bbq including a pizza oven, a fire-pit with seating and a rooftop deck/ bar area. Some of the best sunrises and sunsets can be seen right from the roof deck. The exterior areas are shared with the owners when they are in town. We have all you need for a perfect stay.

- "Loreto is a small town with such a cool vibe. We LOVED it. The casita is one block from the ocean where you can lay under palapas and watch the neighborhood dogs play in the water. Many families come to the playa too. We took the bikes and rode everywhere. There are several grocery stores just a few blocks away. The delicious tortillaria was 5 blocks away. Restaurants were everywhere. The neighbors watch for you and are quick to greet you and make you welcome. The property was gorgeous. We felt very secure as the property is gated. The pool was such a relief on hot afternoons. The casita was well equipped with what we needed. We had such a wonderful time. I can’t recommend this property enough."

LOCATION: Less than 5 minutes from the plaza, grocery stores, coffee shops, boardwalk, restaurants, you name it. Craft shops “artesanias” crossing the street and 7-minute walk to beach. No vehicle access infront of the Studio. Street parking close by. We have the best location!!
It is perfect for couples or single travelers.

NOTE: Zapata Restaurant is located next to the unit which is great way to meet other people or relax with a Mezcalita, the con is that it can be noisy. Live music is played from Thursday-Saturday from 6:30 pm-10pm.

- "The propriety is amazing but my room was behind the restaurant and the have music from 10 am till 11.30 pm No stop! I love the apartment it was full of all amenities Very good test but my room had humidity on the wall of the bed and the mud was coming out. I had a strong allergy! My room was the chippest one Rosa dei venti and the lady told me if I want change room I have to pay 20 dollars a day more. Even with this little inconvenience I truly recommend this Loreto 80"
