- "The room was nice. Better than most of what we experienced in Baja. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. It was very clean. Good shower. Comfy bed. Really appreciated it having an attached restaurant and small convenience store. The food was good. They put up with us not having pesos with a smile. If you are arriving into Baja and this is your first stop, don't stress about getting to the bank first off. My only complaint was that we were in a room on the ground floor. It was too noisy! Every wheeled suitcase that went by in the evening and in the morning echoed in our room. We were awoken many times throughout the night by people walking by. Definitely request a 2nd or 3rd floor room. All in all, we would stay here again."

There are 2 resident cats, and one is very, very friendly, and likes to interact with guests, so probably not a good fit if you are allergic or just don’t like cats.

The pool is not heated, so it’s likely to be too cold in the winter to use. Some guests have used it, but only people from very cold climates!

Many families come to the playa too. We took the bikes and rode everywhere. There are several grocery stores just a few blocks away. The delicious tortillaria was 5 blocks away. Restaurants were everywhere. The neighbors watch for you and are quick to greet you and make you welcome. The property was gorgeous. We felt very secure as the property is gated. NOTE: Zapata Restaurant is located next to the unit which is great way to meet other people or relax with a Mezcalita, the con is that it can be noisy. Live music is played from Thursday-Saturday from 6:30 pm-10pm.

I love the apartment it was full of all amenities Very good test but my room had humidity on the wall of the bed and the mud was coming out. I had a strong allergy! My room was the chippest one Rosa dei venti and the lady told me if I want change room I have to pay 20 dollars a day more. Even with this little inconvenience I truly recommend this Loreto 80"

- "This unit was exactly as shown on VRBO. I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage in the closet so I could explore more easily. Almost everywhere is within walking distance. It is an active area with shops, restaurants, and bars. Many of the local bars and restaurants have live music at times. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If I had any questions, they responded almost immediately. The conduction cooktop made preparing meals quite easy. Wonderful visit!"

Our complex also is host to approximately 20 RV parking sites which is often full of RV guests (no tenting) 24/7 security makes it a very safe comfortable place to enjoy company of others or private spaces. Reasonable taxi ride to fabulous golf. Boat tours or fishing trips, horseback riding or rental golf carts can easily be arranged.

Our tidy and clean suite apartment is situated in a new building located 5-7 min drive from downtown Loreto, restaurants, shops and the malecón (promenade).

One block away starts a wide sea side unpaved boardwalk. Right along the beach, the trail offers gorgeous views on the islands and mountains - especially with the sunrise and sunset lights.

The apartment is a perfect base for solo travelers or couples who want to explore the vibrant beauty of Loreto and surrounding areas and/or have a workspace away from the city center while being close to the beach.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. To get to it, you will need to climb stairs.
You will notice that the construction of the third floor of the building is not complete but do not worry as there is no construction going on ! We will close during the summer months to finish our family business project!
Our street is not paved, but the half a block you will have to drive from where the pavement ends is hard dirt and can be driven by any car or bike.
The property is secure with a locking front gate and is situated in a safe family neighborhood.

- "Judith the host was amazing. Highly recommend her. Beautiful jacuzzi was not operating continuously and had to be turned on 5 hours prior to our soaks. Pool was too cold to swim in February. Judith was on top of things and always available. She was great arranging car rentals and in room massages. Showers in condo at times ran out of hot water. Condo earned a five star because it was truly beautiful and well supplied with dishes, cooking appliances, paper towels, toilet paper, condioner, lotions, body wash, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Everything in the units are new and available for sale. Highly recommend."

The beach is 5 mins away and the centro historico town square is about 2km away (bikes or a car are nice but not essential). We'd love to go back next year!"

The neighborhood in which it is located is in the working people housing area, it is quite quiet and is located in a alley, so only the people who live on this street access.
