Have breakfast on our rooftop deck while taking in the mountain views and assess the waves for your morning surf session! Pack a lunch and head to the beach (or grab lunch at one of the several restaurants within walking distance). Go for a surf, swim or boogie board (lessons and rental available on the beach) then treat yourself to a massage right on the beach from one of the several vendors! Make sure to stay for sunset, or walk back to the complex for a dip in the pool and then head right next door best margarita, fish Tacos & ceviche you have ever had at Barracudas (maybe 20 steps from our unit!). Stay there for dinner or venture around to the other side of our complex to Freesouls Restaurant. We are also just 6km to the famous historic town of Todos Santos, where you can sip margaritas and listen to music at the Hotel California or stroll down the historic square shopping and browsing the amazing galleries. Farm to table restaurants were born here. You literally will walk through organic farms to eat at some of the best restaurants in the Baja!

This is our dream home and we hope to share it with you! the master bedroom has a giant deluxe king size bed (so comfy) and the other bedroom has deluxe full beds. This unit can comfortably sleep 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make beautiful meals. We provide purified water. We have a large round leather couch that comfortable sits many with cup holders and electronic device plug in/charging ur roof top deck has a built in BBQ with running water and a mini fridge! Also a hammock, custom L shaped concrete couch, fireplace, dining table with bar stools with sun umbrella (perfect height to see the waves while you dine!)!

We have also installed a Carbon Monoxide detector, not common in Mexico but we wanted to ensure our family, friends and guest are safe in our unit.

Sleep to the soothing sound of crashing surf and wake to cooing doves. You´ll love strolling along the empty, white sandy beach, watching the whales breaching right off shore. If you prefer birding, from your porch watch osprey perched in the old-growth cactus, resident baby quail or road-runners skittering around and cardinals and Orioles in the trees. feeding on the agave in the yard. Star gazing is a must. A very peaceful setting. Plus, it's green: partial solar for electricity and sink and shower water goes out to the garden - and we emphasize growing native, protected, water-conserving species in the garden.

The local 16% IVA Tax is included in the price and we have a Mexican business license to operate. We have security cameras installed on the outside of the house, but not on the west porch to protect your privacy.

Surfing, swimming, fishing, shopping, snorkeling, beach combing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, great dining are all available in the area. Todos Santos is an eclectic mix of artists, musicians, surfers, organic farmers, fishermen and rave-reviewed chefs that you'll want to try! Classes in Spanish, yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, cooking, art, surfing and kayaking available. This interesting cultural blend provides a variety of interesting galleries, restaurants and eco-experiences to choose from. One of our favorites is helping release baby sea turtles back to the ocean in fall and winter, just up the beach from our casita. You can even volunteer to go out on ATV in middle of the night to recover turtle eggs from nests and help rebury them in the refuge green house. The Space:
This is a genuine slice of paradise. I recently completed building this home and I'm looking forward to sharing this tranquil space with you. Enjoy the picturesque waves. Drop a fishing line in from shore or eat baja fish tacos in the nearest town of Pescadero. Grab your board and surf, or rent one from just down the beach! Have a picnic, watch the ocean life jumping and play in the water in front of you. After sunset, enjoy the bright moon and starry sky. There are ATV rentals, horseback riding and hiking all within a 5 km / 3 mile radius. We are conveniently located 15 minutes away from the charming artisan town of Todos Santos and 45 minutes away to Cabo’s night-life. We can also accommodate large groups of up to 14 people.

Guest Access:
Enter through the secure, gated entrance where plenty of parking is available. There is a wonderful beach area right in front with a shaded outdoor bed, recliner chairs, and hammocks on the sand where you are welcome to hang out and enjoy the sun or stars. It’s a private beach out front, which will only be shared with other guests of the property.

Looking forward to saying hi! If I'm not here though, my caretakers will be able to handle your check-in and check-out, and any questions you might have. You have a private deck and suite, however there may be other guests on the property staying in one of our other suites.

Other things to note:
Having a vehicle is essential in order to get around. There are spectacular places to check out as well that create more incentive to rent a vehicle during your stay (waterfalls, other beaches, small colonial towns, restaurants, etc.). The local township of El Pescadero is about 5 minutes up the road by car while Todos Santos is an additional 10 minutes north and boasts some of the greatest festivals/art shows and specialty items of the Baja. At various times of the year you can catch whales migrating, turtles hatching, and some of the best surf in the world.

The neighborhood
People are very friendly in this area, and if you simply want to kick back and enjoy the tranquility, you won't find a better place. Free from noise and hustle-bustle, this is a gorgeous getaway vacation home. There is a convenience store across the road and a delicious locally owned restaurant next door from it that prepares authentic cuisine.

Getting Around:
Buses run usually every hour however it is necessary to have a car in Baja in order to get around and have a stress-free and fun vacation. Most of what you'll need supply-wise can be found in the small town of El Pescadero, a 5 minute drive up the road and for specialty items and a slightly more active atmosphere, the larger town of Todos Santos is only 10 minutes further north or the drive to Cabo is a quick 45 minutes if you'd like to check out the city hub or night life.

- "Cerritos Beach Palace was a wonderful place to stay for two weeks of relaxation. We had between 4 and 7 people during our stay, starting with Casa Gaia and Studio Gaia then adding Casa Roca. Two other sets of guests used Casa Roca when we weren't and while we saw them the property is large enough that we all had our own space. The property is well secured, fully fenced and home to two dogs. Being right on the beach is wonderful! It's like having your own private beach with plenty of waves for body surfing. It's about a 30 minute walk North on the sand to Cerritos Beach where the resort crowd hangs out. There are surf board rentals and lessons available there and places to eat. If you actually want to surf on a board then it's best to go there as the waves break better for surfing. But if you just want to hang on the beach then stay at the Palace! There are palapas with tables and chairs right at the property and no crowds. The Palace is just off the highway and very quiet. The only noise is the crashing of the waves that lull you to sleep at night. Star gazing at night is a must, no light pollution like in the cities so the sky is full of stars and planets. Fred is an excellent host, friendly and full of local knowledge. Whatever you are looking for, shopping, eating, activities, Fred will give you honest local advice. Fully recommend this property as a base for your explorations or just to get away from it all."

- "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Todos Santos. Caroline was very easy to get directions and recommendations from, and the check-in process went smoothly. They also are right next door and are friendly if you need anything. The nearby neighborhood is charming and our favorite restaurant was 5 tacos and a beer. (They had awesome fresh tortillas and killer mezcalitas!) The rooms were close to what was advertised. The only note is that the shower in the hallway has their faucet switched. So, hot is cold and cold is hot. If you have a car, there are a bunch of nice beaches nearby for you to explore!"

- "My family and I truly enjoyed everything about this condo and the property and we didn't want to leave! You can't beat the view - waking up to it every day is stunning. The condo was well-appointed with all that we needed, was clean and the amenities inside and out made for a relaxing and fun trip. This condo overlooks the pool and is in close proximity, which was great because we have a 10-year-old. There were times when the pool was busy with energy (mostly kids and families playing) and times when you had it to yourself - it was great both ways and noise was never an issue. We even had a small barbeque poolside with friends one evening, which was really fun. A couple of points simply for awareness: This amazing unit has a small, private hot tub just a few steps down from the lovely patio. If you have little kids, you would want to be mindful of this. I'm certain you could create a barrier if needed. Steps: For many of the units, there are many steps you will need to take to enter and exit the condo. There is no elevator. You will need a car, as walking to the beach on dirt roads while carrying chairs and gear would be a bit of a trek. Pro tip: When you go to the beach, park on the street outside of the "fence" for free!f Don't hesitate to reserve this beautiful condo. You won't regret it! The Villas De Cerritos Beach is an established property located a quick 3-minute stroll to the beach or enjoy the pool and cabana.
Cerritos Beach is one of the few swimmable and surf beaches in the Baja. Many great restaurants are located within walking distance from the Villas. The picturesque villages of El Pescadero and Todo Santos are a 5 and 10-minute drive to shop for groceries or visit the unique shops offering local art and tourist activities. Enjoyed from our newly renovated casita.

The space
The Birds Nest is an upper unit 41B (see below for 41A lower unit.) accessed by a spiral staircase. The Birds Nest is appropriately named due to its location among the tops of the palm trees and views of the Ocean. You also have access to a roof deck providing panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. Star gazing is popular on the roof decks. The 275 square foot unit is a studio layout. Upon entering the unit there is queen bed, seating area and bath. The shower is directly outside the patio doors (see photos). The deck area has an outdoor eating bar and kitchen with gas cooktop, refrigerator, water filtration system, microwave and coffee pot. The pool/hot tub and ocean are a very short walk and there is local shopping a 10-minute drive away. Guests of the Birds Nest have access to unit 41B and the roof deck accessed by a spiral staircase aside of the palapa area for the unit. There is a lower outside bar-b-que area that can be shared or coordinated with the lower unit guests if the lower unit is occupied.
Guests also have access to the swimming pool and hot tub area. They have access to the pool cabana area that has an oven fired pizza restaurant open in the evenings. Guests can enjoy another adult only hot tub on the property.
