Have breakfast on our rooftop deck while taking in the mountain views and assess the waves for your morning surf session! Pack a lunch and head to the beach (or grab lunch at one of the several restaurants within walking distance). Go for a surf, swim or boogie board (lessons and rental available on the beach) then treat yourself to a massage right on the beach from one of the several vendors! Make sure to stay for sunset, or walk back to the complex for a dip in the pool and then head right next door best margarita, fish Tacos & ceviche you have ever had at Barracudas (maybe 20 steps from our unit!). Stay there for dinner or venture around to the other side of our complex to Freesouls Restaurant. We are also just 6km to the famous historic town of Todos Santos, where you can sip margaritas and listen to music at the Hotel California or stroll down the historic square shopping and browsing the amazing galleries. Farm to table restaurants were born here. You literally will walk through organic farms to eat at some of the best restaurants in the Baja!

This is our dream home and we hope to share it with you! the master bedroom has a giant deluxe king size bed (so comfy) and the other bedroom has deluxe full beds. This unit can comfortably sleep 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make beautiful meals. We provide purified water. We have a large round leather couch that comfortable sits many with cup holders and electronic device plug in/charging ur roof top deck has a built in BBQ with running water and a mini fridge! Also a hammock, custom L shaped concrete couch, fireplace, dining table with bar stools with sun umbrella (perfect height to see the waves while you dine!)!

We have also installed a Carbon Monoxide detector, not common in Mexico but we wanted to ensure our family, friends and guest are safe in our unit.

Sleep to the soothing sound of crashing surf and wake to cooing doves. You´ll love strolling along the empty, white sandy beach, watching the whales breaching right off shore. If you prefer birding, from your porch watch osprey perched in the old-growth cactus, resident baby quail or road-runners skittering around and cardinals and Orioles in the trees. feeding on the agave in the yard. Star gazing is a must. A very peaceful setting. Plus, it's green: partial solar for electricity and sink and shower water goes out to the garden - and we emphasize growing native, protected, water-conserving species in the garden.

The local 16% IVA Tax is included in the price and we have a Mexican business license to operate. We have security cameras installed on the outside of the house, but not on the west porch to protect your privacy.

Surfing, swimming, fishing, shopping, snorkeling, beach combing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, great dining are all available in the area. Todos Santos is an eclectic mix of artists, musicians, surfers, organic farmers, fishermen and rave-reviewed chefs that you'll want to try! Classes in Spanish, yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, cooking, art, surfing and kayaking available. This interesting cultural blend provides a variety of interesting galleries, restaurants and eco-experiences to choose from. One of our favorites is helping release baby sea turtles back to the ocean in fall and winter, just up the beach from our casita. You can even volunteer to go out on ATV in middle of the night to recover turtle eggs from nests and help rebury them in the refuge green house. * All the water from sinks and shower go out to the garden - none is wasted! * The house is partially on small solar electrical system for conservation and as backup when Mexican CFE electricity goes out.
* In our guest book, we provide information to recycle and provide a compost pit for those wishing to recycle.
* We also provide reusable shopping bags, hanging in the kitchen.
* Hand soap is in refillable containers to avoid single use plastic bottles.
* Filtered water is provided in cold water/ right hand kitchen faucet.
* All energy-efficient, LED light bulbs used throughout the house.
* We are committed to the cause!

- "Property was just as it looked it the pictures but better. If a studio in a idealic very close to the beach is what your looking for you found the place. This was a father son get away. Not only was the property brilliant we found great surf fishing out front. We called large whiting, pompano, croaker and one species I was not familiar with.
