- "Overall our stay was really great, and we would return if we go back to PV. The apartment was clean and there was enough space for all of us, family of 5 with a 6 month old. We really enjoyed the pools and access to the beach. There are 3 pools, saltwater and fresh water, the freshwater opens at 9am. saltwater at 10am and all the pools close at 11pm, this was really great to be able to go for a late night swim after supper to relax and reset from our times in town. We tried the restaurant one night at the hotel and everything was very good. Staff were very nice. There is 2 large grocery stores located about a 20 min walk on the main road and a Telcel store where you can pick up a SIM card. The taxi from the grocery to the hotel is about 90 pesos if you have a lot of groceries and water to carry back. The only things I would mention was the laundry was locked and the staff didn’t unlock it until 4 days into our vacation.I think there was issue finding the key. I would recommend not locking access to this not sure why it would be locked if it’s included in the room. Transportation was ok, the city bus was supposed to come at least once per hour by our hotel but we never saw the bus come at all during our stay, we ended up walking to the main road about 20 mins and taking the bus from there. Not a big deal for us we enjoyed the walk but maybe people with mobility issues wouldn’t want this or they would be forced to take taxi everywhere which would be expensive."
