The resort is the most exclusive at Zihuatanejo, it has private security, has direct access to Playa La Ropa and Zihuatanejo Bay.The condo is located on a second floor-penthouse of the building and its very aery . The condominium of 4 condos shares a semi-private pool, besides the semi-olympic pool we have at Residencias Villas del Sol.
A chambermaid service is provided every second day by the owner. You can call the front office and ask for your chaise lounge chairs and they will be ready for you at the beach.

The apartment is very nice decorated and has all the amenities. Sleeps either , 4 adults and 2 children, or 5 adults max .
The master bedroom has one kingsize bed and private bath. The second bedroom has one queen bed and a private bathroom too.

At the leaving room, 2 other twin beds can be arranged. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the condo has a free parking space.

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on the first level. It is decorated Mexicn style and is all air conditioned. It is well lighted withn lots of windows. There is a fully equipeed kitchen , a master bedroom w/king bed and another bedroom with 2 twin beds(can be made into a king) . There is a large dining / living area . There is a beautiful very large patio in the back of the casita with a sitting area and a dining area for entertaining and Bar B Q .This Casita is located on the most desirable street at Playa Madera. It is close to the "restaurant row" with good restaurants The walk into town is about 15 minutes where there are more restaurants and many shops.
The beach is beautiful and it is a bay. There is a new beautiful walkway along the beach and it is well lighted at night for strolling. There is also an awesome walkway completed recently along the beach in the town area. This is a fishing village and there is a fishing pier at one end of the beach where you can buy fresh fish daily or go deep sea fishing.

Located on the hillside above Zihuatanejo Bay, our apartment studio is an oasis for adults (12 years & older only) with spectacular bay views. The studio is 1 of a 6 studio complex. The property has ample garden space and native trees provide plenty of privacy and promote relaxation. Our location is within walking distance (about 20 -25 minutes) to La Ropa beach although some guests prefer to take one of the reasonably priced taxis that are ready available.

The studio is the highest on the property, perfect for sunset cocktails and birdwatching. It is located toward the back of our property and requires climbing 2 sets of stairs. It has a beautiful outdoor shower surrounded by palms and a large private terrace with hammock & adirondack style chairs that invite you to lounge the day away.

The spacious studio has 1 king-size bed and a sofa that can be converted to a single bed to accommodate a maximum of 3 guests. There is a closet, generously sized bathroom & closet/desk space. The suite has a modern pullman style kitchen with two burner gas stove, coffeemaker, sink, toaster oven, full size refrigerator, cookware, glassware & utensils.

The room is designed with ample windows to take full advantage of the blissful breezes coming off the bay but also has ceiling fans and A/C to ensure your personal comfort.

The huge infinity pool is complete with a "playita" (little beach) as well as a cascading waterfall.
Las Aves has an open floor plan suitable for a family or close friends. Beautiful woodwork is found throughout this two-story, two-bedroom and two-bath apartment. Downstairs is a small bedroom with a double bed, bath, and living/kitchen area. Upstairs is the oversized loft with a king-size bed, bath, and plenty of storage space. There is also a small covered terrace area looking towards the mountains. This unit has a private entrance to the street.

- "Hope to be back next year." - "We stayed five nights after driving down from Troncones. I was unsure about how the location would work out but it was outstanding. The villa is a couple blocks off the beach which is a quick few minute walk to the south side of La Ropa beach. We found that a nice walk to the north side of La Ropa and up "cardio hill" gave us a really fun walk into downtown. It allowed us to get some exercise and go into town for a late breakfast. La Ropa is our favorite area in Zihua. The villa has two bedrooms and two baths which gives you some room to move. There's a decent kitchen with oven and microwave. We always appreciate the large bottles of water water waiting for us and resupplied by the owner. There is daily maid service which is unheard of (except Sunday). We found Nancy to be very helpful and communicative. You have your own private entrance and this is located on the backside of the house you see. Just an FYI, there is not a patio to sit outside. The pool area was excellent and the water was perfect. It was nice having the privacy that the property gives you. There are two outside shower areas for cleaning off from the beach and a very nice outdoor bathroom which is a huge plus. Only two suggestions that are minor: since there is no glass allowed around the pool I'd have plastic washable cups made available. The only other thing is a second portable umbrella would have been good for part of the pool deck that had full sun. We love Zihuatanejo and this property. It is immaculately maintained. My wife and I have already discussed and we're looking to rent one of the other rooms just to get a different feel. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting."

Walk to the beach and transportation right outside the front door if you're going farther. I had some health issues while I was there and the staff went out of their way to make sure that all my needs were met. Highly recommend "Jungle Pizza", delicious New Jersey/New York style pizzas (a five minute walk for our apartment). The owner Rubin and his staff where engaging and the service was nothing short of excellent! Another high recommend, Tentaciones Restaurant is a MUST! The BEST view EVER! A 5 Star restaurant... gorgeous, romantic setting, and the food was insane, A+++ presentation, attentive staff, (a short 5 minutes from Carol place by taxi). Taxis are everywhere, no need to rent a car. Range: 30 - 130 pesos depending where you are traveling. Ixtapa (beach/Centro) is a 15-20 minture drive away, 50 - 120 pesos. Even though we ran into a few problems with our apartment, Carol and Felcia took care of those issues immediately, (AC, a door lock and water heater), all resolved. Carol's Airbnb is a high recommend! You will not be disappointed."

- "There was no advance checkin email from the owner Guillermo the owner so we had to email Travelocity mid trip to get this info and then he responded. Our taxi driver got lost and couldn’t find the apt and Guillermo waited for us until we arrived even though he doesn’t live in Zih, which we appreciate as we didn’t get there till evening. However the lock to the gate to get into the property didn’t work properly and we were constantly fighting to get out and in which was frustrating when coming home late from an evening out but was finally fixed. The room itself was recently renovated and we appreciated that there was NO mould or mildew, however the room is MUCH smaller than it appears in the picture so we were glad we only spent 3 nights there. Barely enough room to move around. The air conditions worked well and 2 small bottles of water were supplied as well as thick towels, even though they were not soft and the hand towel was stained yellow."
