It is located on top of a steep winding road, very quiet and private, AMAZING views of the bay. They were communicative in advance of our arrival and we could text anytime we needed something. A water dispenser was provided so we didn't need to worry about going to the store for bottled water. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals at home. Beautiful tastefully decorated suite. Our balcony was divine and we spent many quiet nights at home enjoying the view. There is also a good sized pool on the property with lounge chairs that we never got around to using. You will want a car if you stay here but Playa la Ropa is a short drive down the hill with tons of great restaurants and parking was easy to find. "

We had no issue getting beach chairs every day. We upgraded our room to have ocean view/poolside and I recommend it. Worth every Penny (especially with small kids). The rooms are basic, and don’t have a fridge but we had a cooler and made it work just fine. Make sure to check out Loot, and Triton nearby and try the breakfast at the Hyatt next door (for a bit more $$$). "

- "The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We traveled from the US and there were some language challenges we had to work through. The rooms were comfortable, but the shower and restrooms are dated. The balcony and pool area chairs are not very comfortable for long stretches of time. The pool deck is a great location with a view of downtown. You are minutes from the Mercado, beaches and restaurants. The street is very quiet in the evenings. The hotel restaurant and bar were closed and that was not updated on the website. "
