Casa Pacifica Saladita is wonderful ocean front home with a Private Pickle Ball Court located on the North end of La Saladita beach just 40 min North of Ziuatanejo in the state of Guerro on the Pacific side.

Our home was completed in August of 2010. The home has 5 ocean view rooms with 5 full baths and guest closets. Two of the rooms are masters with king size beds, while the other two are equipped with queens and two twin bunk beds in each room. The downstairs bedroom has a king. The four upstairs rooms have private white water viewing decks as the downstairs has white water view!

French doors that lead out to the swimming pool and beach. Our beautiful pool is a large infinity edge pool that has 100% unobstructed view of the surf and beach. If you want to get out of the sun our large palm palapa will keep you cool while laying in our recliners over looking the pool and surf.

The house also offers a media room which includes a 37 inch flat screen tv, with DVD. We do have a ipod hookup so bring your iPod and Aux cord and enjoy our indoor/outdoor speakers.

We have a full kitchen, a full dining room with a large dinner table, a lounge area with a large couch as well. We have Air conditioners in every room of the house. Note all these areas have white water view with the exception of the media room.

The house also has a third story roof top deck for a panoramic view of the rain forest and the ocean. We have a full time caretaker named Guillermo who speaks perfect English. For just $50 a day for groups of 6 or less you can have Martina “Guillermos” wife prepare three meals a day and do your maid services. Food is not included. They can arrange to buy the food for you upon request and a service fee. For groups of 7 or more we will just add a second person at anther $50. If you are a surfer the waves get really fun out front of the house and are virtually crowd less. Some times of the year we have a cobble stone rock belt at the shore line. Advised to bring reef walkers to get across them.

There are other great spots around like “Saladita Point” a very long left that is great for long boarding or beginners that is located 5 min south of the house by car or the “Ranch” which is about a 30 min drive north which has a nice long left to it that is fun for short boarding and long boarding. The water temp is usually around 76-86 degrees year round. The house is very clean so come down to Casa Pacific Saladita and enjoy one of Mexico’s most beautiful areas. We accept Credit Cards.

SURFING at La Saladitas is a great place. We are 1 mile to the well known break La Saladitas (aka the wave machine) claiming the longest lefts in Mexico. La Saladitas is a great longboarder wave and great for kids. We also have a beach break right in front of the house if you are a shortboarder. Twenty minutes away is The Ranch. We have onsite caretaker named Felix and Karin that live on property, and can be hired to prepare meals or take you fun adventures. Tony is our house manager.
As for surfboards, we rent soft tops at our house but we suggest renting boards at Lourdes for convenience.
YOGA RETREATS can be arranged for an additional fee. We have an instructor from the US who will come down and personalize your yoga vacation. She is available at anytime with advanced notice. She does amazing Thai massage as well.

Casa Vista Mar is beachfront to the premier world class left point surf break called Saladita. Surfing Saladita (for expert and novices alike), is a very long left that is great for long boarding which is only a 5 min walk down the beach, or the “Ranch” which is about a 30 min drive north which has a nice long left to it that is fun for short boarding and long boarding. It's warm waters, (the water temp is usually around 76-86 degrees year round), beautiful beaches, and long waves, makes this an ideal destination for surfers from allover the world. But surfing isn’t the only thing to do.

There is a large covered deck off the main floor with dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, hammocks, all this with ocean front incredible views.

On the second floor, there are 2 large Master Bedrooms, ocean views, with Queen size beds, (you can check the surf from your bed), full bathrooms and walk in showers, and closets. Both have covered decks facing west towards to ocean. There is a additional guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and a single bed on this floor. This room has ocean and mountain views.

The Third Floor is the Top Deck, with a Palapa, bar and ½ bath. This amazing area has the most incredible, majestic views of the entire bay, a perfect place to watch the sunsets, relax and take a siesta in the hammock or do some star gazing at night are all favorites.

The Pool Area has a infinity pool, has unobstructed view of the surf and beach, along with a covered deck and patio to enjoy yourselves on the lounge chairs.

Getting Around:
La Saladita is a walkable community. Restaurants and the surf spot are close to Casa Macu and it is not necessary to rent a car.

If you want to buy things to eat you can stop at the supermarket in Zihuatanejo (Mega Soriana, near the airport) or once you are in the area, buy basic things in the stores of the nearest town (Los Llanos).

If your level of surfing is intermediate or advanced, renting a car will allow you to visit other nearby surf spots.

For taxi service, ask for the contact number. Casa Macu has a preferential rate for transfers from the airport to La Saladita, as well as a car rental company that offers a very good service.

Not only are the accommodations thoughtfully configured, the pool spectacular, the location ideal, the AC perfect, but this place offers some amenities that you don't think about until you need them. Like an ontap reverse osmosis for clean water in the house and down at the pool. Hugely helpful! Another big bonus if you're traveling in the wet season is the generator. The entire town was out of power when a storm came through but our place was fully powered! To top it off, Chris is a totally nice guy and very responsive. My only regret in leaving this great review is that this place is going to be harder to book in the future! One last thing, don't buy mangos at the store before you get there...there's plenty of free mangos from the trees on the property!"

The owner and her caretaker were wonderful to deal with. The apartment is spacious with a large bedroom (the king size bed is very comfortable), large living area and a small kitchen that works well. There is a large patio area about the same size as the overall apartment with a gorgeous view of the ocean and area.There is a BBQ on the deck and one on the lower area. We enjoyed many sunsets and meals from our little oasis. There is a lower patio area that is available to guests with a nice sized pool and multiple areas for sitting and enjoying sun or shade. The area is somewhat secluded so if you are looking for crowds and nightlife this may not be the place for you. Lazaro Cardenas is about a 20 min drive away and there is plenty to do there but a car would be recommended. The beach area is a couple minute walk from the apartment and consists of sandy and rocky areas. If you like walks you can walk for quite a while in both directions on the beach. There are also good areas for playing in the waves. You need to be somewhat prepared as there is no shopping in the immediate area but the owner will prepare whatever you may like for an additional charge. We did not take advantage of this as we like to cook but the smells coming from her kitchen of meals she was preparing for guests at other properties was delicious. Overall impression of this property was excellent. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return. Thanks for a wonderful stay "

-Pool: There is a small infinity pool in the property surrounded by a garden and palm trees, right next to the beach.

-Dinning area: The wide dinning table seats 10 people quite comfortably.

-Kitchen: it is fully equiped with everything you may need to cook, including a stove, sink, 2 refrigerators, toaster, glasses, dishware and silverware for 10, and all necessary utencils.

-Groceries: You could get them at the Supermarket in Zihuatanejo when you arrive. You will find there everything you may need. There are also small convenience shops at the Troncones beach, 5 minutes drive from the house.

-2 Bedrooms for 2 ppl. each: There are 2 air conditioned bedrooms facing the sea, each with a bed for 2 and a complete bathroom with hot water. One has a servi bar. An extra single bed can be added to one of these bedrooms.

-Loft for 6: There is also a loft with 6 individual beds overlooking the entire bay, and there is another complete bathroom with hot water.

-Linen and towels: will be provided for 10 people.

-A person will be checking in the afternoons in case you need something. Please ask him to make sure the water heater is on when he leaves in the evening and to turn off the lights of the palm trees and of the pool. Every time he comes ask him to check the water level in the tank, so that he can order a water truck to come to deliver if necessary. He lives nearby, down the beach.

-Laundry: We can take clothes, linen and towels to the laundy shop nearby.

- Is it a trained and well behaved?

2. Pets are not allowed to sleep or rest on the couch, beds or any other furniture.

3. Do not use kitchen dishes or utensils to feed your pet.

4. Pets are not allowed to use the plunge pool.

6. Pick up your pet's droppings immediately and dispose of them properly in the designated trash bin. This is essential to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
