Casa Pacifica Saladita is wonderful ocean front home with a Private Pickle Ball Court located on the North end of La Saladita beach just 40 min North of Ziuatanejo in the state of Guerro on the Pacific side.

Our home was completed in August of 2010. The home has 5 ocean view rooms with 5 full baths and guest closets. Two of the rooms are masters with king size beds, while the other two are equipped with queens and two twin bunk beds in each room. The downstairs bedroom has a king. The four upstairs rooms have private white water viewing decks as the downstairs has white water view!

French doors that lead out to the swimming pool and beach. Our beautiful pool is a large infinity edge pool that has 100% unobstructed view of the surf and beach. If you want to get out of the sun our large palm palapa will keep you cool while laying in our recliners over looking the pool and surf.

The house also offers a media room which includes a 37 inch flat screen tv, with DVD. We do have a ipod hookup so bring your iPod and Aux cord and enjoy our indoor/outdoor speakers.

We have a full kitchen, a full dining room with a large dinner table, a lounge area with a large couch as well. We have Air conditioners in every room of the house. Note all these areas have white water view with the exception of the media room.

The house also has a third story roof top deck for a panoramic view of the rain forest and the ocean. We have a full time caretaker named Guillermo who speaks perfect English. For just $50 a day for groups of 6 or less you can have Martina “Guillermos” wife prepare three meals a day and do your maid services. Food is not included. They can arrange to buy the food for you upon request and a service fee. For groups of 7 or more we will just add a second person at anther $50. If you are a surfer the waves get really fun out front of the house and are virtually crowd less. Some times of the year we have a cobble stone rock belt at the shore line. Advised to bring reef walkers to get across them.

There are other great spots around like “Saladita Point” a very long left that is great for long boarding or beginners that is located 5 min south of the house by car or the “Ranch” which is about a 30 min drive north which has a nice long left to it that is fun for short boarding and long boarding. The water temp is usually around 76-86 degrees year round. The house is very clean so come down to Casa Pacific Saladita and enjoy one of Mexico’s most beautiful areas. We accept Credit Cards.

Gustavo's use of organic materials and tropical style has turned our property into a relaxing, comfortable getaway. Perfect for family reunions, 4-5 families or 4-5 couples. 4 tradiotnal bedrooms with Air Conditioning and full private bath. 5th bedroom is an open air loft that sleeps 6 with it's own full bathroom. Perfect for all the cousins to bunk up together. The main palapa is open air and includes two living rooms, two baths and a dining room and kitchen. The pool wraps around the lower living area. There is a huge bedroom loft above with its own bath. The loft has 3 kings or 6 twins. These can be adjusted to fit your needs. We have a bedroom nook off of the living room with it's own bath. We have a separate one room cabana that has a king plus to sleeper sofas. It can sleep 2-4 people and has air conditioning. The other 3 bedrooms are king room with air-conditioning and their own private bath. The upstairs bedroom has 2 sleeper sofas as well. This room can sleep 2-6. Our home has one and a half acres of land and has 330 feet of beachfront in La Saladitas. It is extremely quiet and private with a wall around the entire property. Most days you will be the only one on the beach. We have created a private beach around the pool area as well.

SURFING at La Saladitas is a great place. We are 1 mile to the well known break La Saladitas (aka the wave machine) claiming the longest lefts in Mexico. La Saladitas is a great longboarder wave and great for kids. We also have a beach break right in front of the house if you are a shortboarder. Twenty minutes away is The Ranch. We have onsite caretaker named Felix and Karin that live on property, and can be hired to prepare meals or take you fun adventures. Tony is our house manager.
As for surfboards, we rent soft tops at our house but we suggest renting boards at Lourdes for convenience.
YOGA RETREATS can be arranged for an additional fee. We have an instructor from the US who will come down and personalize your yoga vacation. She is available at anytime with advanced notice. She does amazing Thai massage as well.

Casa Vista Mar is beachfront to the premier world class left point surf break called Saladita. Surfing Saladita (for expert and novices alike), is a very long left that is great for long boarding which is only a 5 min walk down the beach, or the “Ranch” which is about a 30 min drive north which has a nice long left to it that is fun for short boarding and long boarding. It's warm waters, (the water temp is usually around 76-86 degrees year round), beautiful beaches, and long waves, makes this an ideal destination for surfers from allover the world. But surfing isn’t the only thing to do.

Other activities include relaxing and or swimming in the Infinity Pool, fishing (surfcasting or panga rental), Stand Up Paddle Boarding, boogie boarding, beach combing, yoga, horseback riding, and bird watching, turtle and whale watching, kite boarding, shopping, and local organic farmer's market.
Massages can be arranged, as well as day trips to historical towns/ sites and other activities that are available in the area.

There is the Main House, with 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, which sleeps 9 comfortably. The Main House has 3 floors. On the main floor there is a full gourmet kitchen with island and bar stools ( you can watch the surf while cooking), living room, dinette, 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. There is a large covered deck off the main floor with dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, hammocks, all this with ocean front incredible views.

On the second floor, there are 2 large Master Bedrooms, ocean views, with Queen size beds, (you can check the surf from your bed), full bathrooms and walk in showers, and closets. Both have covered decks facing west towards to ocean. There is a additional guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and a single bed on this floor. This room has ocean and mountain views.

The Third Floor is the Top Deck, with a Palapa, bar and ½ bath. This amazing area has the most incredible, majestic views of the entire bay, a perfect place to watch the sunsets, relax and take a siesta in the hammock or do some star gazing at night are all favorites.

The Pool Area has a infinity pool, has unobstructed view of the surf and beach, along with a covered deck and patio to enjoy yourselves on the lounge chairs.

The Lower Pool room (This additional space is available, your nightly rate would increase, if needing to accommodate more guests.) It has a Queen size bed, a full bath with walk in shower, a small kitchenette, dinette and a/c. There is also a futon couch.
