Stayed there for 2 nights. The room was great, hotel setup was great except for the bed. First night, I couldn't sleep because the sheets, pillow, comforter smells. Pillow smelled like it hasn't been washed. Comforter and sheets smelled like it hasn't been washed for months. We asked the caretaker to change it when we got up in the morning. Finally on our second night, the bed didn't smell like someone slept on it already but they didn't change the pillowcases! So we just got the pillows from the other bed which smelled better but still doesn't smell like newly washed sheets. Another complaint for me is that on their ad it says bed and breakfast. But 8:00am, still no breakfast. Kitchen door is still closed. There should be someone managing the kitchen or atleast there's coffee or bread in the dining area but there's none. So we had to go to OXXO to get something to eat for breakfast. I paid a high amount of money for our stay there but I didn't get my money's worth. I would book my room there if they make those changes. "
