The closest beach and Walmart are a 10-minute walk and public transportation (colectivo) passes right out front. Also, it has the best internet speeds I’ve ever experienced in Mexico. The air conditioning in every room was strong and has very comfortable beds. Overall, it was a great experience and Victor is a great host, he was always very kind apart from having had great details with us. We are very close to Costera Miguel Alemán, less than a 5-minute drive behind the Convention Center golf course. Nearby there are shopping centers, restaurants, the bar area of La Condesa and the beaches of the Miguel Alemán coast.

The space
This lodging is small but comfortable 5 minutes from the Miguel Alemán Coast.

In the living room area you can enjoy air conditioning to keep the stay cool, A little kitchenette where you can prepare simple things.

In the room we have two double beds and apart we leave an inflatable mattress the bedroom also has air conditioning.

The accommodation is practically located on the banks of the pool, we have beds so you can rest during your stay at the pool.

-This stay is completely quiet and family friendly, if you plan to come party I don't recommend you take us into account.
- We accept one pet per reservation, which is welcome in the apartment but does not have access to the pool area.
