- "I reserved this hotel based on the listing I saw. About a week or so before my trip I was informed that the room I reserved was now taken and they had a similar room I could stay in and that it was an upgrade. What they did not mention was that it was in a DIFFERENT BUILDING AND LOCATION. It was about one block away. I waited at the advertised location and no one showed so I was later told I needed to carry my luggage to the new location a block away. I was annoyed to say the least. The newly assigned room/condo is in great condition, new, etc. However, as is sometimes common with new construction some design flaws were pretty bad. For example, you can’t open the microwave door wide enough to put in a plate due to the stove placement, the shower door hits the toilet, the sink is tiny in the kitchen, the fridge has a water dispenser built in but has no water, and the balcony has a view of jumbled telephone and power cables. The bed was mediocre. In short, I do not recommend this place. At least the place I stayed which was two streets away. "

- "My husband spent an extra 2 nights at this property after a big family trip to the Marina. Overall, we had a great time. The property is clean and the staff are great. We had dinner at the restaurant the first night, which was very good. We got there during Happy Hour, so these huge Margaritas were 85 pesos, and 2 for 1! We split Fajitas, which were plenty enough for both of us, and cost 135 pesos. Breakfast was also good, and very inexpensive compared with other restaurants in the area. The beach was nice, with several palapa and loungers. There were beach vendors, as always, but they weren’t rude or pushy. The hotel had someone waiting the beach. The only issue we had was the location of our room. It was on the first level, and on our first morning, there were crowds of people waiting for transportation, right outside our door. It was so loud! Fortunately, it did not happen again. Next time, we will get one of the Junior Suites with a kitchen, They are on the upper floors, and would be much quieter. That was really the only complaint. We will be back."
