- "Pros: Stunning resort. Infinity pools were beautiful and overlooked the ocean. Rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully designed. Every room at this resort has an ocean view. You do not get that at other resorts. The food was spectacular! Every restaurant was fine dining. No buffet options for dinner or lunch. Many different restaurants to choose from. Would go back just for the food. Spa was beautiful with a rooftop view of the ocean and mountains. Best massage I have had! Staff were very kind and approachable. Cons: If you are a beach person, this resort is not for you. But in my opinion, the infinity pools make up for it. The beach was small and very rocky. The ocean waves were too strong to swim, even though we were on a cove. They have lounge chairs set up on the beach, but we didn’t use them. If you want to book spa services, book them when you are there. We booked ahead of time and paid more money and could not get a refund. They have spa deals once you get there. Not a lot of entertainment and no music by the pools. We brought our portable speaker to the pool and we had many people thank us for the music. Adult only pool area is only for people who stay at Musai, even though it is part of Garza Blanca resort. Would have been nice to enjoy the Musai roof top pool as the views were amazing! Overall we had a wonderful time at this resort and I would go back in a heart beat. The food, service, facilities and views were outstanding! "

Be aware lots of stairs. if you stay in in the family selection and you’re in building four, you’ll hear the loud music at night. Didn’t bother us but it may bother young kids. The Nest restaurant food & service was great. (Though they did somehow forget to bring kids breakfast but there was plenty of other stuff to eat whilst waiting so no big deal) We did a night in the main hotel in an ocean view room which was nice (but couldn’t see the ocean from the bed which we had been able to in other hotels that used glass screen/metal railings etc on the balcony instead of a wall) and a night in the family selection side. It was nice to get some little gifts in the family selection like bucket/spade, top etc. The beach was better on the main side with some soft sand areas (also some rocks & lots of beautiful shells) the food in the main restaurant was really good too. We were just disappointed we couldn’t get a space in the Japanese restaurant. The pools were warm except the kids pool with the slides (would have thought the kids pool more important to be warm) baby "
