On site property manager (PM) meets you as soon as you enter the garage. Security guards on sight and very thorough. PM takes you to the condo and walks you through everything. Communication within seconds by WhatsApp. We had a issue with the washing machine that was fixed in less than 5 minutes. No detergent provided. Condo has minimal basics in the kitchen. The standard rental 4 of everything. Bring plastic cups for the pool and rooftop. They should provide, but they don't. Small 2 person drip coffee pot as well as a coffee maker that might take nespresso pods. No pods provided so ask what type you need. Condo provides ONE night set up kit only - coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. So bring your own of everything. The water says it is drinkable but we still brought our own. Roof top is amazing with 4 hot tubs. Pool area is small but also has a hot tub. Incredibly well kept building and area. Roof top is amazing for the sunset and a beautiful, spacious public area. The beach access is across the highway but no chairs or umbrella provided so I would drive down to Cabo to rent a spot or bring your own. You need a car for this condo or take ubers. It isn't walkable to the restaurants, etc. They allow dogs. Condo is immaculate. Extremely clean. The PM comes in person to check you out and inspect."

We had a beautifully decorated, large suite (503) with two master bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Huge amounts of storage and a smart TV in each bedroom. Each bedroom has access to the large wrap-around deck. There is a spiral staircase that takes you up to a private rooftop deck (still under construction). There are two additional half bathrooms, one up on that deck and one off of the living room area. 4 bathrooms in total! The living room hosts a comfy couch and a large smart TV, a dining table for 6, and a nicely appointed kitchen. An in suite washer-dryer was an unexpected bonus. The hosts were friendly, clear and responsive through our booking app AND connected with us on WhatsApp at checkin. The building is close to the highway, so you’ll hear traffic noises, especially when on the deck or enjoying the rooftop infinity pool. It didn’t detract from our experience of this luxury space. I share my home with you but you have total privacy, you have your own independent entrance, the room has its private bathroom and parking. The house has a gate and is very safe, around you find services such as OXXO stores, beaches a few minutes away, the bus stop is 2 blocks away, ubers arrive easily, downtown Cabo San Lucas is 20 minutes away.

Fully furniture apartment, with all you need to have a great time, zen ambience, the neighborhood is very safe and traditional, most of the people are natives, so you will feel the kindest and warm side of the local people. The location is amazing; we have a lot of supermarkets, restaurants around. Public transportation is accessible very near the property to go anywhere.

I can recommend you the best places in cabo to make easier and funnier your experience in this paradise. The lacation for me and many guest is exactly what a traveler is looking for. our neighborhood is full of native people, delicious Mexican food with hand made Corn Tortillas and flour Tortillas, burritos, taquitos and more near the apartment, you will have a blast of Mexican tradicion in very safe neighborhood. Also we have in a short distance three huge unexpensive supermarket, so if your budget is tight you do not need to worry about it, but if you stay in the marina area you will find ridiculous prices.The location is near downtown about 22 blocks from it, you have all the public transportation around, so you can access to them in just few minutes, and you can move all around San Jose del Cabo, San jose del cabo Airport, Todos Santos and La Paz.
The apartment has everything you need and more, you will feel at home. It also has a television with ROKU Internet, Nexflix and Youtube, So you wont miss your Netflix series ;).
Outdoor you can enjoy an amazing exotic garden with different Palm trees, fruit and flowers trees, Plumerias, and endemic plants. You can child out outdoor at the Zen garden where you will find a table with chairs where during the day you can take a sunbath or at night you’ll have many excuses to share a glass of wine or a romantic dinner with your couple, also we have a beutiful warm ligh decoration you will love in the property during the nights.

The apartment has everything you need to cook, so you do not have expend much money. I can help you with any recomendation to safe money in the city, i have 15 years here so i know this place very well.

It is a nice and very comfortable apartment, it is located on the 2nd level so you have to climb stairs, it has a complete bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, internet, television with dish, air conditioning, dryer, among others, it is ideal for a couple and has an excellent location.
The marina, plaza, restaurants and bars are all located around downtown Cabo San Lucas and can be reached by foot from the Airbnb downtown in just 10 minutes.

The space
The Airbnb has a balcony where you can smoke or chill (this is the only area where smoking is allowed).
Another option if you do not want to walk to the center is to take an Uber, in just 5min and at a low price they will arrive there.

Other things to note
The apartment does not have its own parking lot but you can leave the car on the street. It is a very quiet street and very little traffic, although it is at the risk of the guest.
