- "Our group of 5 stayed in a 3 bedroom unit which is beyond spacious and comfortable. There are 2 patios and 2 hot tubs in the unit (one with ocean view and the other with the view of Cabo San Lucas). We loved watching the beautiful sunset every morning on one patio and the lights in the city every night on the other patio. The staff from the front desk, Bell desk, cafe, housekeeping, groundkeepers to pool and food truck are amazing. Jose, Cindy, Javier, Carlos and Emmanuel at the front desk made great recommendations on fun as well as cultural activities in the area, and made reservations for us with great efficiencies. They took care everything with just a couple of simple text messages! Mauricio at the pool arranged a water taxi to pick us at the beach to take us to see El Arco so we didn't have to walk to the Marina. Marco provided all the info about Parasailing, snorkling, as well as swimming with whale sharks. We will definitively put that on our list for our next trip! It's no easy feat to clean a 3500 sq ft apartment :) But our housekeeper (I believe her name is Eva) kept our unit spotless every day. We had an amazing stay and can't wait to go back! "

Unfortunately, Lucca was not good for us. The restaurant was overbooked and understaffed, service felt rush and inattentive. Our room was a garden view room category. Room 315 was beautiful and spacious, but very loud! The 2nd day we were moved to room 311, much better! Overall, we absolutely LOVED it and just booked our 2nd trip returning in July. 10/10 stars!!!"

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's exquisite restaurants. The included American breakfast was delicious, featuring eggs, potatoes, and a breakfast meat. Additionally, everything else on the menu was 50 percent off, including drinks, which was a great deal. The staff at the restaurants were incredibly accommodating, providing excellent service and making sure we had everything we needed. The staff's attentiveness was especially evident when our group needed immediate assistance in a situation. They were quick to respond and help us resolve the issue, which we greatly appreciated. The only downside to our stay was the lack of a full-sized mirror in the rooms. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall fantastic experience we had at Bahia Hotel. Overall, our stay at Bahia Hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Cabo. - "we love it" - "We stayed here from Dec 15 - 21, 2023. We absolutely loved it. It's a bit of a haul from the airport but it's location in Cabo San Lucas is quite central to the main area of town. The property itself was great. We loved our 1 bedroom unit. My kids loved their heated tools which were shallow and perfect for them to play in. I loved the beach right in front of the property which made for easy snorkeling. The food options were plentiful. We especially loved their restaurants Tomatillo and Bella California along with their Taco Bars You do need to make reservations for their restaurants which was a little hard to do at the earlier times that my kids like to eat...but we were able to make it work. My kids loved their nightly shows at the buffet area at Villa Del Pamar. It was a daily highlight for them and something we had to plan our dinner timing around. The property is made up of three separate hotels - all owned by the same company. They provide a cute trolley for you to get to everything on the property. The staff were all very attentive and helpful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The only thing we did not like was for nearly a full 24 hours the property had a water line break. So we were without water for a day and couldn't flush our toilets, wash our hands or shower. These things happen and it was an inconvenience but they were quick to resolve it and everything was fully operational after that. Oh, they offer free valet parking if you rent a car."

Large parts of the property are still under construction and that takes a little bit away from the beauty of the property. It’s one of those time share deals where they try to get you to go to a 5+ hour presentation to buy a time share in exchange for what we understood to be a $200 all inclusive certificate. We realized the girl in the front did not speak good English & this was not the case. The sales manager was unapologetic and said she would do nothing to make this right, she was the rudest person at the resort. The bellmen, waiters and housekeeping we all extremely nice and personable. All things considered we would not stay there again."
