It is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and all the sight seeing, snorkeling, tours etc. The place is kept immaculate and the staff was very helpful. Keep in mind that you are not staying at a American style hotel like the Hyatt. This is an old hotel in La Paz. It has it's quirks and you are definitely staying in Mexico, not everyone will speak English this is not a American Resort, which we loved. The rooms were more than adequate with a nice air conditioner, clean bathroom and a nice hot shower. There is a nice patio on top and one out front to have your coffee and watch the sunset. The Hotel gives you a Continental lunch, which is coffee , orange juice and toast and jelly. We added scramble eggs to make for a pretty cheap breakfast. We ate breakfast there most days but only ate dinner there once. It was good, but you'll want to mix up eating at one of the many places on or just off of the Malecon. Also remember that this is right on the Malecon, which means it can get noisy. We only had real noise Friday night when it seemed like every body comes out to party. The noise is not unique to this hotel as any hotel on the Malecon will be noisy. Like I said only Friday was bad, but you will want to bring earplugs in case. My wife had earplugs and she slept through it all just fine. Cons: Tepid Hot tub. Which probably could be fixed by just having them turned on earlier."

- "I have been disappointed by many hotels in Mexico, this was not one of them. It was beautifully appointed. Once you are inside the hotel it’s got a great vibe. Google maps takes you to the back of the hotel, which is not beautiful, but once you find the entranceway right across from the marina, it’s golden. The hotel is right next to the marina and I learned through walking my dogs in the neighborhood that it’s actually a very high-end neighborhood with very big well-maintained homes. It was a dog friendly spot which is important for our three dogs I don’t normally leave reviews although I booked tons of hotels through Expedia, this place just felt special and super grateful I found it. The owner was lovely too and was a wonderful hostess. "

We are located just one block away from the Malecon the scenic Road by the beach in a la paz close to all you want to visit, restaurants, coffee, shops, supers the cathedral downtown is only about a few blocks away and all the tours and activities are very close from here, this room was just remodelled, the bedroom is very nice and comfortable. You have AC minibar, shower, hot water, towels, shampoo, and conditioner. All you need beach towels umbrella. Let me know if I can do anything for you !

We are a small hotel called "Villa Paraíso" in La Ventana BCS, each of our rooms is different with a special name, and they are located in different areas. Dorado is one of our favorites! It has a king size bed, Tv with cable, nice bathroom, amazing view and a shared terraza with other two rooms (Wahoo and Cabrilla), so its great if you come with friends or family to stay in those 3 rooms. Its located closer to the beach than to the pools and main entrance.

The space
If you stay with us you have access to the pools and other areas of the hotel, you can use the grills without any cost !!! We have one near to the pools and other at the beach area. We are right in front of the beach, you can walk towards it easily.
The construction is very beautiful and special, made with stones and other materials. There are many terraces and spaces with amazing views to hang out.

Hotel La Posada & Beach Club is a 4 star hotel facing the sea, we offer a stay with one of the most privileged views of the area.
