- "We had a great week at the Villa in Paraiso Del Mar! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, dolphins swimming past, an epic time overall! Pros: -Villa has a great layout and plenty of space for our group of 7. -Lots of great outdoor space to enjoy sunrises and sunsets! -Incredible access to the beach! -Comfy beds Cons: -Only one set of sheets/towels so doing laundry mid trip was a must. -Mosquitoes (not a fault of the villa obviously) were AWFUL. We were eaten alive before 11am and after 6pm every day (even through bug spray and multiple cans of Raid. -Pool pump does not appear to be working properly and the patio floods almost instantly upon entering the pool. This just adds to the above mentioned mosquito issue. Final issue we had was with communication with Rueben (house manager) it was spotty and delayed prior to our arrival and did not get much better after we arrived. I’m not sure if he was just having a busy week and I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt. I am intentionally saving the absolute best for last because she deserves every second of gratitude we can give. We opted for the chef services for breakfast and dinner every day and Haydee knocked it out of the park!! I mean she literally killed it. She was prompt, kind, patient with our horrible Spanish and an 8 year old picky eater, and all with a big smile. We already miss her!! Her sister, Griselda, was there to help out a couple of the days and she was also incredible! We are so thankful!"

There are 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a Cal King bed, the second bedroom has 2 Queen sized beds and the third room we call the Bunk Room. It has 2 sets of bunk beds that hold 4 twin beds. We have sleeping accommodations for 10 but the maximum capacity for adults is 8 and there is a fee for over 6 guests. Dogs are allowed at $20/day per dog - absolutely no cats, an owner is allergic. Dog waste bags, water/food dishes, doggie bed, shampoo/towel and toys are available in the unit for your use.

The Paraiso community has many benefits available to you during your stay including access to the guest boat for transportation to and from town, the van shuttle throughout the community and usage of the Paraiso bicycles. Unit D102 has kayaks and paddleboards available for check out to guests, a market for any last minute needs and a workout room. You can also find Hilda, our concierge, available to book trips to local islands, whale watching or suggest a restaurant. There are 2 restaurants on site - the Survivor Bar is located at the pool and is open for lunch and dinner, while the Hoyo 19 Restaurant at the Golf Course is open for breakfast and lunch. Both restaurants are run by Sergio, our well sought after chef. Look for him on the transportation boat bringing in the catch of the day and fresh produce. Catch your own? Either restaurant will gladly prepare any fish you may have caught during your stay. Last but certainly not least of all, the community has it's own Arthur Hills 18-hole golf course run by Marcos. Check the prices but last I heard you could get a round of golf, club rental and a golf cart for $60.

Villa Colonial is 4000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space situated in the Sea of Cortez on 'El Mogote' in Paraiso del Mar's new private resort development.

It is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom home including a detached one-bedroom casita that is perfect for a couple or 2 to 3 families who want to relax after a day of golf, fishing, boating, tennis, and shopping to name a few.

The home is the largest of the models in the development. It has two master suites with double sinks and sunken tubs, a third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and a detached casita with a queen bed and separate bathroom. The Buffalo is right next door and a stroll down the beach is 1535. We have two on top sea kayaks that you can use included with the rental of the home. We have 2 stand up paddle boards that you can rent by the day. Guests love the tranquil area and few people on the beach.

Welcome to Casa Doble!

Our house is situated at Puerta Cortés Resort, 3 miles north of the city of La Paz. We're part of a small, gated cluster of homes on a hillside above the marina, nestled amidst the fairways of the stunning Gary Player signature golf course. Over looking the Sea of Cortez and the city of La Paz, the house itself is a detached 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished home decorated in the Mexican tradition.

The master bed room has a king sized bed from which you can see the ocean and mountains without even lifting your head off the pillow. The same is true from the ensuite Jacuzzi bathtub. The rest of the ensuite comprises of double sink vanity, a tiled rain shower and a separate toilet room. There is also a walk in closet.

The second bedroom is a bright and spacious room with a queen sized bed and walk in closet.

The third bedroom also has a queen sized bed and affords access on to the pergola covered, centre courtyard with views through the living room of the Sea of Cortez.

The second bath room, with shower, is adjacent to the two queen bedrooms. Laundry area is appointed with a washer / dryer, ironing board and other necessities.

The kitchen is furnished in stainless and granite. It is completely outfitted for day to day living with a side by side fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, glass stove top and oven. The dining room has seating for 8 and a buffet.

The living room consists of a large sectional couch accompanied by a club chair, an entertainment centre with a small library of books, a 42” flat screen HD TV, iTV box, allowing your to watch TV shows and movies, DVD player and wireless internet

All rooms have independent air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. The courtyard with its pergola and ceiling fan makes for a lovely shaded place to sit and read a book or sip a morning coffee.

The large terrace that extends the length of the house, has patio door access from both the living room and master bedroom. It has one of the most beautiful views in La Paz, over looking the Sea of Cortez.. As Jack Cousteau named it” the Aquarium of the world”. It is not unusual to see dolphin swimming by on a still, flat morning.

Open the gate at the end of the terrace and you have access to a lovely manicured green lawn to do your morning stretching or yoga. Steps away from the terrace you can go for a swim in the 25 meter infinity pool or just relax on one of the chaise lounges.

The service and quality at the club are really great. The restaurants in the marina are good. We particularly liked the Spanish restaurant for the quality of the food, the wine selections, service and entertainment. We’d suggest getting a car, especially if it’s a hotter month, because it’s a little bit of a walk down to the marina/beach. You can also use the car to go down there easily, and Balandra Beach is about 15 minutes from the place. There is also a nice palapa at Playa El Tesoro for some local food."

The neighborhood
The paloma's singing, hummingbirds being curious coming to check you out, every morning the local lady can come with fresh tortillas, and making you feel part of this beautiful part of the world.
The sunrises are possibly the prettiest you have ever seen, and different every single day. The beach is only a few steps from the house, and very private.
Centrally located only a few steps from Star Market, OXXO, KM0, Baja Bites, Nomada restaurant, Renaissance coffee and more. The moment you arrive at Casa Carolina, you don't have to drive to anywhere.

If you are into water sports, this is the destination for you.
During the months of November to March this is the place to be to windsurf, kitesurf, wingfoil, or even wakeboard behind a boat or ski when there is no wind.

Fishing is out of this world, either straight off the beach or through a fishing charter nearby.

Just a couple houses from the beach but also the main strip with grocery stores, coffee shops, and lots of taco stands. Eduardo was very responsive and super helpful in planning adventures during our stay. We loved the "compound" as we called it, very safe and private. As mentioned in the ad, the pool is quite cold and the wind really does howl through here. We definitely want to come back and spend a week just learning to kite surf."

- "A very thoughtfully stocked house. We were 8 adults, 6 children and 2 infants. There was plenty of room to spread out and have our own individual family spaces while at the same time the house offers 3-4 unique spaces where all can gather. Very safe for children, balconies sturdy, stairs are easily traversed, and the entire property can be gated off to keep the circus in! A cook's paradise, plenty of tools and equipment in the two full kitchens and a gas range in both! Top quality paddle boards and kayaks as well as many other beach toys. We could've brought more toys for the kids, from La Paz or somewhere. Although we had to clean up before our daily cleaning service came(6 CHILDREN) they were very thorough and would be able to tackle a mess from a less messy crew in no time. This house is literally right on the water front. This house is also close to an arroyo(dried up river/creek) which we did some hiking up, provided lots of good outings for the kids and got some jitters out. We found our way into some new and interesting foothills with tones of different cacti, most notably the Cholla! Bring lots of cash, La Ventana has but one machine, and was completely empty with no hurry to fill it. You will want some for the fish market, tortilleria, roast chicken stand, grapefruit guy, and other markets and stands on the main drag. In all, this house is a dreamy as you would want it to be, especially if you are into kite surfing! Not the most ideal wind conditions for beaching basking, at least during the time we were there. The outdoor shower is a treat. Terri is a true concierge, helping with many details and comforts. It we find ourselves hearing the call of the Cholla again, we will be calling Terri for this beautiful place again."

This is the spot for wind seekers, families, and everyone else with great access to the newly refinished pool and jacuzzi (heated seasonally Nov-Mar). Villa 4 is one of the best villas at Club Cerralvo due to its proximity to the pool and jacuzzi in addition to an upgraded interior with dual pane sliding glass doors for privacy and comfort. There is a washer/dryer in unit and a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary private wifi and two AC units. Children will be entertained all day by the beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and playground.

Club Cerralvo has a recently refinished saltwater pool immediately in front of the villa with multiple barbecues, a seasonally heated jacuzzi, kiddie pool, two outdoor gas fire pit lounge areas, multiple restaurants within walking distance.

There are 2 bedrooms each with 1 queen bed with memory foam mattress tops. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. The living room has a couch, which is not a sleeper sofa (a pack-n-play is available upon request). The sliding glass doors are dual pane which reduces outside noise and exterior heat. There are blackout drapes in both bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, coffee maker, and all utensils, dishes, pots and pans. You will have your own dedicated high-speed wifi which is perfect for streaming. The non-master bedroom has a TV with an Amazon fire stick. There are individual split-system air conditioners in each room as well as ceiling fans. A small back patio with high-wall security is perfect for storing bikes, kite gear etc. The front patio has a bench, table and chairs and is very close to the pool for easy access. There is a washer/dryer in unit (please use the automatic setting on the machine rather than the max water setting). Rigo Tellez is the on-site property manager and is available for any questions regarding the property (his office is on the right side in front of main gate). This area is sometimes used by kids as a bed. It has a large walking closet and a full bathroom with two sinks. It also has smartTV with soundbar. To pamper you, the room has a exterior two person hot tub overlooking the city and the bay of La Paz and a private balcony to relax or enjoy a morning coffee with wonderful views of the ocean.

+ Cluster one (ground floor)
This is the only area where you will not find stairs to access any of the rooms.

*Room 1: king size bed, living room/TV area and a full bathroom with walking closet. This room also has a beautiful large terrace with a jacuzzi to enjoy amazing ocean and sunset views.

This room was specially designed to receive handicapped guests. It has wider doors and aisles making it easier for wheelchair user to move around. The bathroom is also suited for handicapped guests.

There is also a special route in the Village that allows a wheelchair to reach the level where the kitchen, living and dinning room (interior social area) are located, as well as the terrace, swimming pool and bar (exterior social area) of the Villa.

It comfortably sleeps four guests in its two twin size bunk beds (upper and lower) and two additional twin beds. It has full bathroom and closet to store clothes and keep your belongings.

*Living and dining room: the Villa has a large interior social area with wonderful views. It features a dinning room for 12 persons (that can extend up to 16) and a very comfortable large living room with two half bathrooms for men a women use. Due to its architectural design, this large high ceiling area is ment to be always open to enjoy marine breeze and unobstructed views of the ocean and sunsets. For this reason, it is the only interior area in the Villa without air conditioning.

*Kitchen: whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with air conditioning and state of the art appliances. Let the chef inside of you fulfill your culinary adventures or, if you prefer, we can bring you one that will cook local delicacies for you and your guests. The kitchen has two bars with stools that can sit up to 10 persons for breakfast, lunch or informal dining.

La Paz is a two hour drive north of popular Cabo San Lucas but with its laid-back vibe, it might as well be a world away. You can fly to La Paz via Los Cabos´ airport extensive destinations in the US and Canada or direct from southern California using the Cross-Border Express (CBX) terminal in Tijuana´s airport that serves the San Diego area.La Paz is also connected via non-stop flights to the main cities in Mexico like Guadalajara and Mexico City as well as the largest urban areas in Mexico´s northwest.

This beautiful ocean view 2 bedroom villa offers a king size primary suite and a full bed in the secondary bedroom. It is one of 13 villas and suites on the property. It offers guests privacy with all the amenities of the resort. This 983 square foot villa welcomes you with a living room and kitchenette where you can prepare meals if you like. It has it's own pool and jacuzzi and easy beach access.
Location: We are about an hour south and east of the LaPaz airport. Flights to LaPaz are common and transportation to the estate can be arranged. Cabo San Lucas International airport is just 2.5 hours south of the estate and offers more travel days/times than LaPaz. Transportation can be arranged from Cabo also. Both airports offer rentals cars and the drive is quite and relaxing. Los Planes is the closest town is located about 20 minutes from the estate. Here you can purchase basic supplies.
Beach: We have about 1.5 miles of soft white sandy beach. It feels like you are the only person to have ever set foot on this part of the world. The walk out to the sea is a gradual descent into the clear blue water. The sea is calm and you don't have to worry about the current or undertow as there really isn't one. If your back is to the estate and you are facing the Sea of Cortez, there is a coral reef just to the right and on the far left (about 1.5 miles away) is a boat ramp. You can catch the sunrise every morning over the beach and sea. It is a peaceful way to start your morning with your cup of coffee.
Snorkeling: The reef located just to the right of the property is home to a wide variety of tropical fish. The reef under the sea is full of color. You won't get bored and see something new every day. So bring your mask and fins for a jaw-dropping experience!
Kayaking/SUP: Since the Bay of Dreams is so tranquil, it makes for a great place to take out our kayaks or stand-up paddle boards. The gentle waves make for a smooth ride and you will practically have the bay to yourself expect for the meandering pelicans.

Fishing: This area is known for its sport fishing. Some species are catch and release and others allow you to take your haul home.
Fishing in the Sea of Cortez is year-round. Some species you can fish for depending on the time of year: Marlin, Sailfish, Dorado, Tuna, Wahoo, Roosterfish, Cabrilla and Amberjack/Yellowtail.
Gran Sueño features the Centro de Trenes Restaurant: An amazing indoor/outdoor dining experience. They have games and tiered swimming pools that look out onto the bay. The first bedroom is extra-large with 2 queen beds, patio with views and direct access to jacuzzi and fireplace, built in closet and shelves, private bathroom with double sinks and large shower, computer table and a 50" Samsung TV. The second bedroom has a king bed, built in closet and shelves, private bathroom, computer table and a 50" Samsung TV. Important to note the ground floor has a kitchenette w/ sink, mini-fridge, hot plate, blender, toaster, coffee maker and dishes, glasses and utensils.

Second Floor Bedrooms: The second floor had 2 master bedrooms. The main master has a king bed, private balcony, private bathroom with double sinks and large shower, closet with shelves and built-in rack to hang clothes, computer table, and 50" Samsung TV.

Second Floor Chefs Kitchen, Living & Dining Rooms: The second floor has an expansive open floor plan living space. The gourmet kitchen includes everything needed to prepare any meal, any time w/ new LG appliances –– gas range with vent hood, double door refrigerator w/ pull-out freezer drawer, and dishwasher. There is also a whole home reverse osmosis system with freshwater spout at the sink, which is custom filtered for the area and provides purified and certified drinking water. The living room has a large couch with ottoman and 2 leather chairs creating a warm and comfortable space for all to enjoy. For entertainment, there is a 75" Samsung TV. To finish off the space, there is a beautiful 6-person dining table with modern, comfortable chairs.

Other things to note:
- The villa is set up in such a way that you could rent the floors or rooms separately. If you don't need to whole villa, please let us know so we can provide pricing by room or by floor.
- Easy walking access (just 5 min walk) to the El Teso center which has an awesome local coffee shop, market, gallery, ice cream shop, restaurants and much more.
- Every room has ceiling fans and mini-split air conditioners, allowing you to control the environment for each area of the villa.
- Every bedroom has electric powered blackout shades to help assure an uninterrupted sleep. The dining and living rooms also have electric powered shades, that are translucent when closed still provide privacy, but still show the amazing views.
- The whole home has a reverse osmosis water treatment system. They system filters any harmful elements from local water providing soft water for showers, et al, and certified for safe and excellent purified drinking water at the kitchen sink.

- "The Villa is amazing, it is a getaway far from any major tourist destination. It is between Los Cabos and La Paz. Service was good. Cook Service is a unique experience. The catch of the day was a great highlight. The bay is beautiful with the best sunset and sunrise. So quiet so calm you will enjoyed it. We went diving with sea lions. Whale Watching and Sport Fishing. The rooms are very spacious with great views. "

This premiere four-bedroom, four bath, oceanfront villa offers guests an unparalleled resort experience with expansive grounds and breathtaking views of the Sierra de la Laguna mountain range and the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy your private outdoor sitting area or walk a few steps to the beautiful white sandy beach of the Bay of Dreams.
This large villa has two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms down all with breathtaking views of the Bay of Dreams. The upper bedrooms have an outdoor sitting area that looks out onto the bay, private bathrooms and comfortable queen size beds. The lower primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed that looks out onto the main pool and the Bay of Dreams. The fourth bedroom has two king size beds, sitting areas inside and out. All bedrooms have storage/closet space for personal items to make yourself feel at home and private bathrooms.
This Villa is the largest villa on the estate and includes a large private dining/living space. It is closest to the main pool and beach club.
Casa Sueño is part of the luxurious Gran Sueño estate. Gran Sueño offers a secluded resort lifestyle far removed from the crowds of Cabo and features a main pool and jacuzzi, beach club, gym and cinema room. Recreational amenities include beach combing, snorkeling, kayaking and Stand Up Paddleboard.

We have a community pool jacuzzi and beach club with lounge chairs and lots of seating. Many villas have private pools and jacuzzi as well. The beach front estate has about 1.5 miles of beautiful soft white sand to explore and a reef full of live coral and life. Great for snorkeling or kayaking.
Other things to note
4 bedrooms sleep 10 people. We do have cots available but a maximum of 3 people per bedroom is allowed. Cots are limited. Please check for availability.
