With the exception of Holiday rentals, reservations may be cancelled up to sixty (60) days prior to commencement of the rental period. If cancelled between 30 – 60 days before commencement of rental period, 50% will be refunded. If the Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days from the commencement of the rental period, the entire amount is non-refundable.

WEDDING

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are for a 7 day stay/1 week stay and can start on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Children are 12 and under. Living rooms include sleeper sofas to accommodate maximum number of guests per room. Because the resort books quickly, booking at least 6 months out or earlier can help guarantee the dates you wish to travel. Availability from January through March is very tight, so reservations for this period should be made as far in advance as possible. Reservation dates can be modified up to 30 days prior to check in. Less than a 30-day notice cannot be modified albeit for medical emergency.

Please contact us with your desired dates and availability can be quickly determined. Vidanta is happy to note room requests and does its best to accommodate as is logistically possible; room assignments are made and dependent on availability at the resort at the time of check-in. Vidanta realizes not all views can be ocean and does work hard to make sure the resort is beautiful from all angles. Our experience has been that views of the golf course, river, jungle, mountains, and downtown are all spectacular.

A small municipal tax of around $7 (depending on the value of the pesos to dollar) is charged each day.

There are fully 20 dining locations on the 2300 acre resort. These span the spectrum from casual pizza, to French pastry shop, to elegant seafood, tapas, Mexican, and Italian cuisine and more. WEDDING
Couples can tie the knot at The Grand Luxxe. Ceremony and reception venues include the resort's beach and pool decks. Just let us know and we can work with resort staff to help arrange the details for a perfect and memorable tropical wedding.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are for a 7 day stay/1 week stay and can start on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Children are 12 and under. Living rooms include sleeper sofas to accommodate maximum number of guests per room. Because the resort books quickly, booking at least 6 months out or earlier can help guarantee the dates you wish to travel. Availability from January through March is very tight, so reservations for this period should be made as far in advance as possible. Reservation dates can be modified up to 60 days prior to check in. Less than a 60-day notice cannot be modified albeit for medical emergency.

Please contact us with your desired dates and availability can be quickly determined. Vidanta is happy to note room requests and does its best to accommodate as is logistically possible; room assignments are made and dependent on availability at the resort at the time of check-in. Vidanta realizes not all views can be ocean and does work hard to make sure the resort is beautiful from all angles. Our experience has been that views of the golf course, river, jungle, mountains, and downtown are all spectacular.

Payment at the resort is cashless; you may use your credit card or register your credit card at check in to get set up for a signature-only payment system.

A small municipal tax of around $7 (depending on the value of the pesos to dollar) is charged each day.

Restaurant prices are comparable to most popular eateries in the U.S. Meal packages may purchased that include six breakfasts/ lunch and six dinners for a discounted cost.

Because this is a membership resort, an offer to attend an informational (sales) meeting that includes a free breakfast, discounts on tours and resort activities, and 10% off food and beverage at check-out is presented at check in. It is optional and there is no obligation to attend.

- "Wonderful, compact villa with gorgeous grounds, pool, and right on the beach. Five bedrooms can accomodate 10 people easily; each bedroom has its own full bathroom, which is nice. The kitchen is very well appointed, but the true highlight of the place is a giant palapa that spans the dining room and living room, all al fresco. The resident housekeeping staff of Daniel, Lupita and Lucy made every effort to make our stay carefree (so did baby Daniela!). Great communication with Marlen, the local property manager, who greeted us at the property. Marlen also arranged for a yoga instructor (not bad, not great), and very good massage therapists. Lupita can also arrange for massage therapists. Marlen also connected us to Roberto "Beto" Figueroa, a truly outstanding chef that surprised us every night with out of this world first-rate cuisine. He was very accomodating to various food allergies, etc. and can cook excellent vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options. I highly recommend him. We also had the pleasure to meet his wife Daniela, who is also a chef. There is ample parking if you rent a car, and the supermarket is about 12-20 minutes away, depending on traffic under the bridge. We did not try any restaurants, although Marlen can recommend a few, some with delivery. There is a very close taxi stand if you do not want to rent a car; they come in 5 minutes or less. Ann was also a great property owner with lots of information, suggestions and communication. Only part that was frustrating was how long the check in process was.
