From the moment we arrived we were greeted very warmly by the Delia who introduced us to Sylvia the housekeeper, there was a homemade guacamole waiting for us. The house is spacious and well-maintained as well as very comfortable. The furniture in the living room is very inviting for family get-togethers or even taking an afternoon siesta. Sylvia was waiting every day to meet any need we may have had or wanted. She prepared breakfast for us every morning and also prepared either lunch or dinner depending on our needs. There's a grocery store across the street that carries anything you would need for your stay, and there is even a worker at the store that would carry the groceries to your house for a small gratuity. Spending time by the pool and patio within the immaculately maintained garden with another added pleasure of staying in this home. The pool is kept constant 80°F and our children enjoyed it thoroughly, as did the adults. House is located in a safe neighborhood with 24 hour Taqueria just up the block. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back in the future. Just bring a lot of repellent to keep mosquitoes away. The neighbourhood
Even when it is just 8 minutes away from down town it feels like if you were on the countryside with its continuous river sound, majestic flora, peacocks and the most amazing butterflies.

Getting around
Just 5 minutes walking distance you have a shopping area with groceries, meat, cheese, beverages, bread, drugstore, three coffe shops and an ice-cream shop.

If you just need some some food or medicine shopping or feel like going for an ice-cream or coffe you just need to walk 5 minutes.

Otherwise you can call a taxi, it will just get them 2 minutes to arrive.

Other things to note
We like the temperature of the pool as it is, exept in winter, but I you like it warmer, we can heat if for an extra cost.
Jacuzzi can also be heated with an extra cost per hour.

We were a group of six adults, three couples, who thoroughly appreciated the elegant accommodations, and we had plenty of space to be together, or to do whatever work we needed to do in solitude. The three master bedrooms upstairs, each with an ensuite bathroom, were terrific. Monica is a superb and knowledgable host, and a superior communicator. We took her advice for a local guide and transportation and had a fantastic week exploring the area. There are rare and significant sites for day trips and our driver/guide Fernando was extremely knowledgable and a near native English speaker. Gabriel, the onsite manager, was also extremely attentive and available for any questions we had. All in all, this was an exceptional trip and we are very grateful that we found this place! "

- "The well-equipped villas are situated about a five-minute drive from the bustling center of Cuernavaca, but the beautiful property feels like it's in a remote village. We rented the entire place (4 villas) to house friends and family and for a large pre-wedding event with about 80 people. Despite some initial misunderstandings - be prepared to speak some Spanish when you arrive - we had a wonderful time and were very sad to leave. The patios in front of the villas are inviting for late-night chats and there is also a big open barbeque area for larger parties (the supermarket to get supplies is just around the corner). The big pool is great for a morning swim or for playing a round of waterpolo and there is also a tennis court and enough room for a family soccer game on the lawn. One piece of advice, if you rent the entire property: when you leave, just be sure to put all the silverware and towels back into the villa of origin before the final walk-through with the owner. This true adobe made house is located between the eternal spring towns of Cuernavaca and Tepoztlan (6 miles either way). When guests aren't exploring the town market or enjoying the local cuisine, they can enjoy the weather and relax in the pool or its inviting hot tub.

The house it's designed to invite relax and have a good time. The two terraces invite to watch the sunset or hang out in the hammocks in the garden while the barbeque is ready.

The house has a pool and a jacuzzy that are heated through a solar system. The heat of the pool will depend if there is sun light or not.

- "The house looks even better in person than in the photos. This is truly a wonderful property. It is actually a great architectural find. Marina who helped cook and clean for us was Amazing!! She truly made the stay that much more enjoyable. My children and I really enjoyed hanging out with Marina. This house has all of the amenities one would need. The kitchen was modern and had a great stove and fridge. Best of all it has filtered water at the sink as well as the refrigerator (huge Plus). The pool was such a treat. It was so warm it was like taking a bath. The decorations of the house were amazing. Very well furnished. The only thing that we wish we had was a few fans for nighttime. During the day all of the doors and windows could be opened and it was perfect. But at nighttime the doors and windows would need to be shut because of mosquitos which is typical in Cuernavaca. The location was perfect for us it is in the forest but it is right in town. It is only 10-15 minutes from the center of town. It is Super private and very secure. Marcos who is in charge of maintenance and landscaping was super helpful. We would definitely return to this property next trip to Cuernavaca."

The ALBERCA measures 5 x 7 mts. and has a depth of 1.60 mts. I normally deliver it to you at a water temperature between 28 and 29 degrees Celsius and for a reasonable GAS RECOVERY FEE we can heat it to your liking.

The JACUZZI is ideal for children because of its shallow depth they will always feel safe and we can also heat the water to your liking.

PARKING at the entrance is private and can accommodate up to two cars... it is our custom to offer a courtesy car wash and leave your car sparkling clean for your return home.

Outside the Villa you have two parking spaces and if you like to walk or run you have a 1km long circuit within the development safe and enjoyable to do so.

To offer safety and confidence to our guests in these delicate times of pandemic we have reinforced our cleaning and sanitization protocol following the recommendations of Airbnb and recognized institutions in the field.
