Other thing to note
Please put the total number of guests, so that you know the total amount to be paid, in case of bringing your service staff will count as a guest on your reservation. In case of having visitors it is necessary to notify the day, number of people and time, as this generates an extra cost.

RULES OF

After 10pm, music is only allowed at a moderate volume inside the house, no longer outside. In case of non-compliance, the fractionation will apply a fine of $10,000 to the guest.

Due to fractionation policies, we need to register the names of all guests at the cabin 4 days before your arrival.

If you need someone outside of the reservation to enter, such as makeup artists or hair machines, it is essential to provide their full names in advance. In this way, we can generate an access code and allow them to enter. Otherwise they won't be able to enter.

Note: Food, supermarket, uber, didi or other services per app, are not allowed to enter the subdivision.

Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas of the house.

For your safety and that of others, we ask you to use plastic glasses and containers in the pool area.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Caldera para Alberca; you can contract this service at an additional cost of $1,350 per day, with a minimum requirement of 3 consecutive days of service.

Hot tub boiler; with an extra cost of $600 per day.
The pool is heated to approximately 27° and 28° while the jacuzzi reaches 35° and 36°.
By policies of the property and the fractionation, the hours of use of pool and/or jacuzzi will be maximum until 10pm.

Sauna & Vapor Service: Includes 1 hour free service per stay. The extra hour costs $600

Cook Service: It is available from 09:00hrs to 5:00 pm with an extra cost of $1,000 per day. Please cook the supplies provided by you.

Waitress: Perform the basic cleaning of the bedrooms from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm with a cost of $1,000 per day.

Pet income: Maximum 3 medium breed pets are allowed, with an additional charge of $500 per reservation. In case the pet gets into the beds, armchairs or other furniture, or does its needs inside the house and/or goes into the pool, this will generate an additional charge of $3,000 for deep cleaning. In addition, the guest will be responsible to cover any other damage caused to the pet.
