We are a unique Baja residence with a private salt pool, hot tub and thrilling 27' water slide for all ages! Our villa is surrounded by growing fields of basil and calla lilies, yet 200 yds from beautiful, deserted Gavilan beach. Our location is ideal in that we are between two of the best surf breaks in Baja, Cerritos and San Pedrito, a 7 minute drive to each. Cerritos Beach Club offers several casual dining choices directly on the best swim beach in Baja. You can take surf lessons or just watch the surfers as they amaze you with their airborn tricks.

If you'd prefer to have quiet time by the pool in the shade,watch your children play on the trampoline, shoot basketball on the deck, play horse shoes or have some games on our new bocce ball court. Master Suite - The Master Suite is furnished with a king bed and features it’s own private outdoor shower garden. With a separated toilet area and walk-in closet, the center piece of the large 4-piece en suite is the soaking tub that also features his and hers handmade stone sinks connected by a wall of mirror and vanity. Designed around the large fireplace, our Master Suite opens to the Pacific ocean through floor to ceiling sliding glass. The beachfront Pescadero Palace Guest House is a 4 bedroom/4 bath Villa sits on the 3-mile white sand beach of Playa Pescadero, one of the best surf breaks in Baja California. It has an excellent location, 45 minutes to downtown Cabo San Lucas and 5 minutes to the magical town of Todos Santos. There is a waterfall that pours into a beautiful heated swimming pool, a 6-person Jacuzzi, and pool patio with furniture. The Villa is fully furnished and amenities include 2 full kitchens with all appliances and utensils, satellite TV’s in all bedrooms and living room, 2 computers with free wireless wi-fi throughout, washer/dryer, and maid service 2 times weekly. We also have beach umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, soft top surf boards, and a double kayak with fishing pole mounts for guest use. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought and love in making this place feel special. We primary enjoy spending time in the outside palapa. The grill was perfect for cookouts. Keep in mind, this property is almost 1 hr. away from main Cabo, so renting a car is a must, but if you want to enjoy the beach, the waves, and get away from the hustle, this is the perfect place. Recommend you get your grocery shopping done before you leave Cabo and get a styrofoam cooler. The local stores are about 15 mins away and most likely won’t carry what you might be used to in the states. We made good use of the beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella that were provided, but recommend they provide some boogie boards, beach toys and some table games. It was hard to leave this place, but if we ever come back, this will definitely be the first we’ll consider."

- "Had a group of 11 including 6 adults and 5 teens. House is divided into a number of suites so everyone had their own space but could hang out together. Great views from the various patios and most rooms. Pool and hot tub were great - teens loved them. Boogie boards and surf boards for guests to use. Beach is spectacular but I would caution that it’s for experienced surfers or swimmers only. There are big waves and strong rip currents. Fortunately there is a much more family friendly beach just down the road - Cerritos. Todos Santos was close by and worth a visit. There is a beach bar on the sand with live music on weekends and is perfect for sundowners. Waking up early and having a spectacular sandy beach all to myself for my daily walk was incredible. One thing to note was that we stayed on the third floor in a room with a traditional palm ceiling. The room and ceiling are spectacular but it was really cold at night at the end of march. Bring some warm clothes for sleeping and snag the upper room if you can:)."

- "Roberto's place was perfect. The location was epic. The house was clean and comfortable. Absolutely anything we needed was taken care of by Robert. If you're looking for a low-key, yet accommodating get-away...look no further!" - "While looking to stay in the cabo area with a bunch of families, we stumbled upon this property. From the first touch, Robert the owner was quick to respond, Friendly and Super Informative. His property is about an hour north of the marina in a safe quiet beach front river mouth. Between the 3 families we had 6 adults and 8 kids. We ended up reserving the whole compound(two house with pool in the middle, 9 bedrooms total) with plenty or room to spare. The two houses are separated into 4 separate living quarters(rooms, kitchen, bathroom, utensil, purified water, towels) each with unique qualities in layout, views and space. There is even a Washer/Dryer near the pool area that we found super convenient. The property is well maintained despite the what sea air can do and the sometimes harsh desert sun. The Pool in the middle of the two houses was a refreshing & rad rallying point to have a drink, bbq and eat after long beach days. The kids never wanted to get out! Speaking of the beach, its right out front and is really beautiful and feels somewhat private cause it some empty and clean. Tons of sea life, fish, turtles, rays, dolphins. We even had some fun empty surf sessions in a suedo cobble stone right hand/beach break line up. There is even a really cool bar on the beach about 300 yards north of the house, it had hammocks, artwork and good vibes and specialty drinks, kind of reminded me of a place your would expect to find in Laguna beach! I recommend staying there if you are looking for an off grid (despite the house having good Wi-Fi) non hotel type of experience away from the hustle and bustle of tradition "squid row" cabo experience. Robert has been down there for many decades and knows the town inside and out. Each room had a 3 ring binder of fun facts and things to do and places to eat. Additionally, Robert was available what felt like 24/7 via text messages. Also, there were beach chairs, umbrellas, surf boards and kayaks for us to use. Come enjoy our retreat by the sea. It boasts ocean views, is well appointed and stylishly decorated and one of the more private homes in our community. Guests rave about all the special details. Just a 10 min walk to the coveted beach + surf break! Cerritos is one of the only swimmable beaches from Cabo to La Paz. Cook in or enjoy various option for good food and libations nearby.
The space

Whole-house Water Purification system!!! This is a rare feature and will help you and your family feel safe about the water coming from every faucet in the home. The tap water is clean enough to drink and even free from the chemicals you find in the water in the states. We also have Brita pitchers as an ultra pure second step, if you like.

We are one of the only homes in our small community without attached walls to our neighbors and we are the last home in our row next to acres of land , which makes our home quiet and private. With 3 outdoor decks and 1000 sq ft of outdoor space, it's truly the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience. Fall asleep to the sound of the crashing waves and wake to magical sunrises over the mountains, this is the place memories are made of.

Our custom outdoor kitchen/bar featuring a sink, mini frig. and 3 bar stools provides lots of extra setting and prep space. Our large lounging bench with comfy cushion and lots of pillows, wraps around our outdoor table making it the perfect place to gather at night or to sip coffee in the morning.

The main bedroom takes up the whole second floor with a walk in closet and attached 3 piece bathroom with a stall shower. It has a small deck, with chairs, with peek-a-boo beach views. Opposite your bedroom door (at the top of the stairs) is an exterior door leading to a second patio area and the stairs leading up to the rooftop deck, where you will find lounge chairs and an umbrella for sun bathing or star watching.

The downstairs bedroom has a nice size closet and shelving area and is directly next to the downstairs 3 piece bath with a stall shower. It has a sliding door out to the main patio that can be locked using a key, for the safety of small children.

Both bedrooms have incredibly comfortable pillow top bamboo mattresses and memory foam toppers.

We have a laundry room with stackable washer and dryer, including soap and laundry supplies and extra linens and blankets.

The kitchen is small but it’s really well equipped and the giant copper farm sink has also doubled as a baby bath! I've never had a complaint on size and people find that because it's compact, it's actually very efficient.

Everyone that stays comments on how comfortable and homey our place is and how we’ve thought of every detail.

As part of the boutique community you will have access to a full size pool and jacuzzi and separate adult jacuzzi. THE NEIGHBORHOOD
El Pescadero's Gavilán neighborhood is a quiet seaside community just 5 miles north of Los Cerritos surfing beach and 15 miles south of the culturally rich Todos Santos. And then there's Los Cerritos and Todos Santos just a stone's throw away.

GETTING TO AND FROM
El Pescadero is super easy to get to from the Los Cabos airport. Basically, you cut over the the Pacific coastline and drive north The highway is brand spanking new and well maintained and so the ride is pleasant, especially if you like the austere beauty of desert landscape flanked by a mountain ridge and the ocean. It takes anywhere between 1 and 1.5 hours, depending on if you take the toll road and how fast you drive.

- "My family's recent stay over the holidays at El Bajadero was nine days of heaven. This home is special. Really special. The spaces were thoughtfully and beautifully designed and the entire house is bathed in light and ocean breezes. We couldn't take our eyes off of the ocean views as we didn't want to miss another whale sighting or school of manta rays leaping from the water. Kids and Pets
Villa Damiana is a modern, adult focused resort style villa. While we adore kids unfortunate no children under 13 are permitted at the villa. While we understand that pet are also cherished members of your family, we regret to inform yo that we are unable to accolade them during your visit. Our decision is primary driven by the presence of our rescue kitties, that call the property home. While they mostly keep to themselves, occasionally you will see them exploring the grounds or lounging around. They may come and say hello, but primarily they keep to themselves. We ask to keep the gate closed at all times, as the neighborhood dogs do tend to come up and we like to ensure their comfort and safety from any other animals. If you have any concerns about the kitties during your stay please done hesitate to reach out.

Getting Here and Around
We are 100 kilometers from the Los Cabos International Airport. A rental car is necessary. An AWD or 4x4 vehicle is recommended for the unpaved roads throughout Baja and leading to the Villa as well as parking within the gates of the Villa, although there is plenty of street parking in front. The quickest way to the villa is to hop on the toll road leaving the airport. You will first take a ticket then pay upon exiting the toll road, usually around $5 USD. USD or Pesos are accepted. Follow signs for Todos Santos. After exiting the toll road and entering the main highway, you can use G-Maps to navigate to Villa Damiana.

Both San Pedrito Beach and Cerrtios Beach are a quick 10 minute drive down the hill. There are two small restaurants within walking distance - Potrero Pizza.

Groceries and Sundries
It is recommended to stop for groceries before arriving to the rural area of El Pescadero. Although there are smaller local grocers and organic roadside produce stands, you will want to get the basics at a large store such as Chedraui Select, Mega Soriana, Costco, or Walmart. Locally, we have Argricole dubbed “the Whole Foods of Baja” where you can get all your local fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh baked pastries, local yogurt, specialty coffees. They also offer a fantastic array of sandwiches and other goodies to fill your cooler for your excursions. We are obsessed with their totopos (homemade tortilla chips), super fresh strawberries and of course, their fresas con crema!

Local Activities
Our fabulous Villa Damiana guidebook in the Villa as well as our website will provide recommendations to all the adventures the area has to offer including surf board rentals and surf instructors, ATV tours, local hikes, mountain biking, horseback riding, fine art galleries, shopping districts, and different beaches to explore.

There are several awesome beaches in the Pescadero area that are worth spending the day at. Playa Los Cerritos is the most popular beach in the area, and is the best known for surfers and those wanting surf lessons. There are plenty of umbrellas along the beach for rent, and occasionally a vendor will come by with jewelry, blankets, ice cream or margaritas (score!).

Every Sunday during high season, Baja Beans hosts a weekly Farmer’s Market where local artisans, farmers and craftsmen sell fresh produce, paintings, jewelry, blankets, locally-made clothing, and much more. Along with the delicious food at Baja Beans, we love perusing the beautiful handmade, ethically-sourced goods at Zócolo.

The charming and vibrant town of Todos Santos is known for its art galleries, world class cuisine, historic mission and regional museum, as well as many boutiques and bookstores. Todos Santos⁠, meaning “All Saints”⁠, is a small coastal pueblo with captivating charm. Many say it’s a reminder of what Cabo was 20 years ago. The main downtown attraction is Hotel California, famed as the one from the Eagles’ song. Controversy arose years ago when the band made it official that this was not the hotel in their song, but I don’t think we care. It is still fun to visit this hotel, restaurant, and gift shop, imagining it as the lyrics describe. This is the best place to enjoy live music in the area. Todos Santos is a quick 15 minute drive from Villa Damiana.

Welcome to Villas del Scarlet Cardones! Retreat to our peaceful downstairs condo in the heart of Cerritos. This is the only swim-able beach north of Cabo on the Pacific! Take in the ocean views and amazing Sierra de la Laguna mountain range from the property on your very own rooftop balcony. The condo is a 2 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. We're located around 1 hr from Cabo and only 7 kilometers from Todos Santos. A/C, Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Grill Area, strong WIFI!

This one-bedroom one- bathroom condo is on the first floor. The condo features everything needed for a good nights sleep or vacation for you and one other. There are two comfy queen-sized beds with new mattresses. You will have your own personal shower and bathroom area. The unit has air-conditioning and a smart TV. The kitchen area is a clean and modern space with concrete floors and countertops. You have your own kitchenette with a mini-fridge, 2 burner propane stove and sink. We provide all the necessary things like plates, cups, french press to make coffee and utensils to cook. The housekeepers sometimes throw out spices, oil and things left from previous guests for sanitary practices.

There is a condo above your condo unit with a separate entrance. For your security, we have a sliding gate at the entrance of the property and a pedestrian door you're welcome to use! You will have your own set of keys to your room as well. You are welcome to eat upstairs and enjoy the wonderful views from the rooftop! You also have your own foot wash area to clean your sandy feet off from the beach located on your personal patio. We hope you enjoy our space as much as we do! Make sure you check out our small garden where we are growing fresh ingredients for future bar cocktails and breakfast options!

Prior to using the hot tub or the pool, please use the outdoor shower to rinse off before entering! Sand and dirt in the surround areas can break our pool pump and equipment. The grill area is a gas grill so please make sure you turn off all the knobs and valves after using.

Free parking surrounds the property! You are also welcome to park inside the property at no cost.

**The magic of Baja California Sur is in the challenges. When you leave the conveniences of your home, entering this beautiful region of rural Mexico, you leave behind the expectations that everything is going to happen smoothly. While this sounds like an inconvenience, instead it is what makes this space magical. We get to slow down and remember what is truly necessary, appreciating what is important. We have this unique opportunity to take a step back and experience Baja as it is, not how we want it to be.
*Please keep in mind you are in a gorgeous developing area of Baja that is still under development. The entire area of Cerritos is pretty much under construction. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the place for you. It is not unreasonable to hear projects from time to time, within reason.

Please keep in mind this is a desert and beach environment. You may encounter critters and various indigenous animals on the property including but not limited to, roaches, lizards, scorpions, insects, rabbits and other free roaming desert and beach animals. Please try and keep an eye out and be aware you are in their environment and space as well :) Sometimes the insects can easily get into your space, so please keep windows and doors closed as much as possible (especially during the summer months)!

We do not offer long term rentals. We would consider a month or two during the months of May-September, but nothing beyond that! Please do not inquire for winter months!!

You are welcome to your personal condo, the rooftop and all around the property. Make sure you check out our beautiful small garden! You will have access to the pool, hot tub and grill area. Bar/Lounge coming soon!

Playa Cerritos is the only swimmable beach north of Cabo San Lucas on the Pacific Ocean side. The shape and orientation of the beach catches waves all year and creates surf for beginners as well as the experienced.

Scarlet Cardones Villas is a group of clean condos sized suite in a laid back environment within a quick walking distance of the beach!

There is a lot to do in our part of the Baja Sur. We are on Cerritos Beach where you can swim, surf, drink, eat and relax. El Pescadero and San Pedrito Beach are just a 10 minute drive away or a 30 minute walk over the hills. It's some of the richest farm land around and peppered with unique businesses, farm to table restaurants and and of course, great surf. The Pueblo Magico town of Todos Santos is just a 15 minute minutes drive away. It's chalked full of amazing art galleries, delicious restaurants, unique boutiques and endless charming streets to stroll.

You can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. We have restaurants and bars within walking distance as well.
Getting from the airport (San Jose Del Cabo) - You can rent a vehicle within 1-2 kilometers from the airport or you can hire a personal driver. Please message us with questions on either options! Having a car is really useful to explore the surrounding areas like Todos Santos, Pescadero and really special places you otherwise would not discover. The drive is very easy and straight forward from Los Cabos!

Please note this property has other people sometimes retreating as well. Please adhere to normal safety protocols, and keep your belongings locked in your room when not around. Please make sure you are disposing of sanitary wipes and toilet paper in the trash cans provided as our septic is still sensitive here in Mexico. Please be aware that our quiet hours are from 10pm-6am.

Please Note: We recommend that guests get trip insurance for their trip. We do not issue refunds for weather-related cancellations or illness/injury related cancellations outside the cancellation timelines. You can find trip insurance via several providers online for next to nothing in comparison to the loss of a trip.

Welcome to Villas del Scarlet Cardones! Retreat to our peaceful upstairs condo in the heart of Cerritos. This is the only swim-able beach north of Cabo on the Pacific! Take in the ocean views and amazing Sierra de la Laguna mountain range from the property on your very own rooftop balcony. The condo is a 2 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. We're located around 1 hr from Cabo and only 7 kilometers from Todos Santos. A/C, Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Grill Area, strong WIFI!

This one-bedroom one- bathroom condo is on the second floor. The condo features everything needed for a good nights sleep or vacation for you and one other. There are two comfy queen-sized beds with new mattresses. You will have your own personal shower and bathroom area. The unit has air-conditioning and a smart TV. The kitchen area is a clean and modern space with concrete floors and countertops. You have your own kitchenette with a mini-fridge, 2 burner propane stove and sink. We provide all the necessary things like plates, cups, french press to make coffee and utensils to cook. The housekeepers sometimes throw out spices, oil and things left from previous guests for sanitary practices.

There is a condo below your condo unit, but there is a separate entrance. For your security, we have a sliding gate at the entrance of the property and a pedestrian door you're welcome to use! You will have your own set of keys to your room as well. You are welcome to eat upstairs and enjoy the wonderful views from the rooftop! You also have a foot wash area on the bottom floor to clean your sandy feet off from the beach located on your personal patio. We hope you enjoy our space as much as we do! Make sure you check out our small garden where we are growing fresh ingredients for future bar cocktails and breakfast options!

Prior to using the hot tub or the pool, please use the outdoor shower to rinse off before entering! Sand and dirt in the surround areas can break our pool pump and equipment. The grill area is a gas grill so please make sure you turn off all the knobs and valves after using.

Free parking surrounds the property! You are also welcome to park inside the property at no cost.

While this sounds like an inconvenience, instead it is what makes this space magical. We get to slow down and remember what is truly necessary, appreciating what is important. We have this unique opportunity to take a step back and experience Baja as it is, not how we want it to be.
*Please keep in mind you are in a gorgeous developing area of Baja that is still under development. The entire area of Cerritos is pretty much under construction. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the place for you. It is not unreasonable to hear projects from time to time, within reason.

Please keep in mind this is a desert and beach environment. You may encounter critters and various indigenous animals on the property including but not limited to, roaches, lizards, scorpions, insects, rabbits and other free roaming desert and beach animals. Please try and keep an eye out and be aware you are in their environment and space as well :) Sometimes the insects can easily get into your space, so please keep windows and doors closed as much as possible (especially during the summer months)!

We do not offer long term rentals. We would consider a month or two during the months of May-September, but nothing beyond that! Please do not inquire for winter months!!

You are welcome to your personal condo, rooftop and all around the property. Make sure you check out our beautiful small garden! You will have access to the rooftop, pool, hot tub and grill area. Bar/Lounge coming soon!

If we are not on the property, you will be able to let yourself in with a designated lockbox in the check-in instructions provided. Feel free to contact us via phone or my managing parters number listed in the instructions with any questions you may have! There may be other guests staying on the property during your stay!

Playa Cerritos is the only swimmable beach north of Cabo San Lucas on the Pacific Ocean side. The shape and orientation of the beach catches waves all year and creates surf for beginners as well as the experienced.

Scarlet Cardones Villas is a group of clean condos sized suite in a laid back environment within a quick walking distance of the beach!

There is a lot to do in our part of the Baja Sur. We are on Cerritos Beach where you can swim, surf, drink, eat and relax. El Pescadero and San Pedrito Beach are just a 10 minute drive away or a 30 minute walk over the hills. It's some of the richest farm land around and peppered with unique businesses, farm to table restaurants and and of course, great surf. The Pueblo Magico town of Todos Santos is just a 15 minute minutes drive away. It's chalked full of amazing art galleries, delicious restaurants, unique boutiques and endless charming streets to stroll.

You can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. We have restaurants and bars within walking distance as well.
Getting from the airport (San Jose Del Cabo) - You can rent a vehicle within 1-2 kilometers from the airport or you can hire a personal driver. Please message us with questions on either options! Having a car is really useful to explore the surrounding areas like Todos Santos, Pescadero and really special places you otherwise would not discover. The drive is very easy and straight forward from Los Cabos!

Please note this property has other people sometimes retreating as well. Please adhere to normal safety protocols, and keep your belongings locked in your room when not around. Please make sure you are disposing of sanitary wipes and toilet paper in the trash cans provided as our septic is still sensitive here in Mexico. Please be aware that our quiet hours are from 10pm-6am.

Please Note: We recommend that guests get trip insurance for their trip. We do not issue refunds for weather-related cancellations or illness/injury related cancellations outside the cancellation timelines. You can find trip insurance via several providers online for next to nothing in comparison to the loss of a trip.

It's a perfect location,-blocks from the beach so you get the upper level view and the nice breezes, but not the cold dampness that happens in homes right on the beach. It's walking distance to restaurants and cafes and wellness studios with yoga and muay thai. The property has the most gorgeous mature palms and flower garden. The smells envelope the house. It's very safe, we never once closed the property gate, but the property and house lock up with steel storm doors. Our host Justin is so kind and helpful. He responded quickly to any questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely book again."
