- "The small boutique hotel is very charming and quaint. Don’t expect the pool you see on the cover photo. That pool with columns does not exist. Instead, the pool is about 3 feet deep and a small square. There was very loud music that stared at 6:00 AM on a Sunday morning from across the street. You could feel the base through the mattress. Also, be prepared for load barking dogs. They have ear plugs in the room for a reason. We enjoyed ourselves, but you should know everything before you book."

Welcome to your Desert Oasis in La Poza, a stunning property featuring five spacious bedrooms (3 of which are rentable, the others are occupied by my husband and daughter and our cate moons ) designed for relaxation and comfort. Just a block from the beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to sun and surf. At the heart of the home is a beautiful shared kitchen, perfect for creating culinary delights in a convivial atmosphere. Stairs on the property lead to additional viewing areas to soak in the breathtaking surroundings. The Posada 15mn to the beach so when the waves strike hard you can hear them softly , and you will sleep in a first class CA king bed with ironed sheets.

The owner is French fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and basic Italian. We welcome everyone.

the Casita is brand new {750 sq} all is new, with a top of the line CA king size mattress. When I travel the quality of a bed is very important to me, so I offer to my guests what I would like for myself.

There are 22 stairs from the parking area up to the Villa. There are no stairs in the expansive single story Villa.

Our Villa is in a very safe area, to ensure the upmost safety to our guests, there is security surveillance at all entry and exits of property, no cameras are inside the premise or pointed to social areas outside such as pool and eating areas.

When visiting our desert escape, we ask our guests to do their best to conserve water-our most precious natural resource. Throughout the region, and for Villa Damiana, water must be trucked in from a local water source. While there will be sufficient water for all your needs, we ask you conserve whenever possible.

Although Villa Damiana exudes serenity and relaxation, it is Mexico and therefore not uncommon to hear music throughout the day. While there is no active construction in the immediate vicinity of the Villa, the surrounding community is developing rapidly and occasionally construction noise can be heard down/across the valley. Villa Damiana is at the top of a large hill and is the highest home in the vicinity.

We highly recommended that guests acquire trip insurance. We do not provide refunds for weather-related cancellations or illness/injury related cancellations unless they fall within the cancellation timelines. Please message us if you’d like a list of recommended providers.

Kids & Pets

Villa Damina is a modern, adult focused, resort style villa. While we adore kids, unfortunately no children under 12 are permitted at the villa. While we understand that pets are cherished members of your family, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate them during your visit. Our decision is primarily driven by the presence of a couple of adorable outdoor rescue kitties who call the property their home.These shy feline friends have found solace and comfort in our tranquil outdoor spaces, and they have become an integral part of our property. While they mostly keep to themselves, occasionally you might spot them exploring the grounds or lounging in the sun.I want to assure you that these kitties are very friendly, but they can be a bit shy around new people. However, if you're a cat lover, you might enjoy catching glimpses of them during your time here.We kindly ask you to respect their space and not attempt to approach or disturb them, as they appreciate their independence. Providing a safe and peaceful environment for our outdoor kitties is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain that balance.If you have any questions or concerns about the kitties or anything else related to your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out. We want to ensure you have a wonderful and enjoyable experience during your time at our rental property.

Getting Here and Around

We are 100 kilometers from the Los Cabos International Airport. A rental car is necessary. An AWD or 4x4 vehicle is recommended for the unpaved roads throughout Baja and leading to the Villa. The quickest way to the villa is to hop on the toll road leaving the airport. You will first take a ticket then pay upon exiting the toll road, usually around $5 USD. USD or Pesos are accepted. Follow signs for Todos Santos. After exiting the toll road and entering the main highway, you can use G Maps to navigate to Villa Damiana (the G location is accurate).

Both San Pedrito Beach and Cerrtios Beach are a quick 10 minute drive down the hill. There are two small restaurants within walking distance - Potrero Pizza

There are several awesome beaches in the Pescadero area that are worth spending the day at. Playa Los Cerritos is the most popular beach in the area, and is the best known for surfers and those wanting surf lessons. There are plenty of umbrellas along the beach for rent, and occasionally a vendor will come by with jewelry, blankets, ice cream or margaritas (score!).

Every Sunday during high season, Baja Beans hosts a weekly Farmer’s Market where local artisans, farmers and craftsmen sell fresh produce, paintings, jewelry, blankets, locally-made clothing, and much more. Along with the delicious food at Baja Beans, we love perusing the beautiful handmade, ethically-sourced goods at Zócolo.

The charming and vibrant town of Todos Santos is known for its art galleries, world class cuisine, historic mission and regional museum, as well as many boutiques and bookstores. Todos Santos⁠, meaning “All Saints”⁠, is a small coastal pueblo with captivating charm. Many say it’s a reminder of what Cabo was 20 years ago. The main downtown attraction is Hotel California, famed as the one from the Eagles’ song. Controversy arose years ago when the band made it official that this was not the hotel in their song, but I don’t think we care. It is still fun to visit this hotel, restaurant, and gift shop, imagining it as the lyrics describe. This is the best place to enjoy live music in the area. Todos Santos is a quick 15 minute drive from Villa Damiana.

The space
The whole second story of the main Casa is yours with the best views (360 degrees!) of Todos Santos, the Sierra Laguna mountains, La Poza lagoon, and the Pacific Ocean. There is a full kitchen, but there is also a small kitchen in your room so that you can make coffee, then sit in bed and watch the whales spout and play right out your window! There is a dining table in your room if you wish to sit indoors, but there is a whole 800sq ft deck for sitting, dining, or playing. This is the most versatile unit and our past guests have said it's their favorite of the whole place!

Guest access
Walk in to Todos Santos (2 miles to the town square) or drive for longer excursions to San Jose del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas, La Paz, or El Triunfo. Drive to or hike the beach for fresh fish to Punta Lobos. Drive to other swimming beaches like Cerritos or surf at San Pedrido. Just Ask. We have all the info!!!

This guest house is an 800sq ft second-level one-bedroom with full kitchen huge living room and outdoor deck. There is a king-sized bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living room and two twin roll-away cots available.

Whether renting a car or taking the transport from the airport to Todos Santos, you can walk in to town or drive. Parking may be a challenge during the high season but once you park, walking the town is a MUST! There are outlying areas to which to drive that are not within walking distance but are as exciting to see.

Welcome to your Desert Oasis in La Poza, a stunning property featuring five spacious bedrooms 3 of which are included in this listing, the others are occupied by my husband and daughter and our cat moons) designed for relaxation and comfort. Just a block from the beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to sun and surf. At the heart of the home is a beautiful shared kitchen, perfect for creating culinary delights in a convivial atmosphere. Stairs on the property lead to additional viewing areas to soak in the breathtaking surroundings. Step outside to the refreshing saltwater pool, surrounded by gorgeous desert landscaping that enhances the serene environment. As the sun sets, revel in spectacular views and take advantage of the clear skies for unforgettable stargazing evenings. Enjoy cozy nights by the shared fireplace or gather for movie nights with the outdoor projector, making this oasis a perfect destination for creating lasting memories.

Please note the 2 upstairs suites will be set up as a king-sized bed unless you request two twin beds in advance. Please let us know your preference at least 24hours prior to your arrival to ensure your accommodation is tailored to your needs.

Guest access
The main gate has a code that will be given to you 24 hours before you check in. Each room offers its own private entrance and room key.

The kitchen, dinning area and pool are shard spaces and we ask that you respect all of the guest on the property.
