The space
Loreto 80 property used to be an old colonial house, which has been restored and adapted in small units, but without losing the essence of historic architecture from downtown. Each of the 6 studios are located in the same area. The street has no vehicle access.
My mom and I are passionate about design and considered every detail to make your stay a dream. With first of its kind contemporary Mexican style in Loreto, Loreto80 Studios is laid out like a theme property, according to Baja’s flora. We created interiors that are warm and inviting with features that are local or have been recycled and restored, including art.
El Mezquite has a king bed and a spacious eclectic kitchen to cook lovely meals and eat them at the dining table. The kitchen has the all the necessary equipment to prepare a complete meal. The bathroom is divided, the shower has its own private room just like the toilet room. The studio has a fun contemporary decoration. When needed to breath some fresh air, you can sit outside under the pergola. Once you enter the studio you would be able call it home.
Less than 5 minutes from the plaza, grocery stores, coffee shops, boardwalk, restaurants, you name it. Craft shops “artesanias” crossing the street and 7-minute walk to beach. We have the best location!!

The apartment is very private, located on the first floor, very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom, bathroom and walking closet. We have a small place to prepare door with a small fridge and microwave.

This Casita is in Costa Loreto, a community in Loreto BCS, Mx. It is set amongst a handful of exclusive villas near a quiet beach but beach access is down the street. This is a 2 Bedroom 1.5 bathroom little home in back of a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home which can be rented as well. This casita has a full kitchen but no living room. TVs are in every room including the kitchen. There is large kitchen bar/counter for eating. Enjoy a pickleball court on the property.

This casita rental rate is for 2 guests. The cost for each additional guest is $75/person per night. There is a private pickleball court on the property for renters to use.
