Pre-arrival, Julian and the team at Momentum were extremely communicative, helping me coordinate transportation, a private chef and even grocery shopping. With four master bedrooms and a living/dining room that flowed to the outside pool and lounge area, we never wanted to leave. Within a 3 minute walk, you are by the clubhouse where you are beachside and we saw whales breaching daily. - "Amazing oceanfront house right on the cliff. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing below you and cheers in the evening to a beautiful sunset and view of the Ach. Great location next to the Cape Hotel. As other reviews have mentioned, the pictures don't do this home justice. We spent 3 nights, four days, enjoying the pool, beach access, and incredible views from this home. From sunrise to sunset you'll love your time in the infinity pool with incredible unobstructed views in both directions along the coast. Chef's kitchen, king bedrooms, large family room, and spacious pool/jacuzzi/deck area make this a perfect home for a couples trip, family vacation, or a larger group. Communication with the owner/house manager was extremely professional, the home was clean when we arrived, and the staff kept it that way during our stay. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a special place in Cabo!"

Villa Andaluza is situated in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal. This beautiful villa encompasses over 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. The villa is built on a bluff with significant panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean which sits just a very short distance away.

The kitchen, pantry, living, dining, and entertainment rooms are located on the main level, and feature a 14 foot-high ceiling, 70 inch plasma TV with surround sound and an indoor/outdoor waterfall.

Four of the six bedrooms are built to master suite standards, with private marbled baths. The feature master bedroom has a private Jacuzzi and fire-pit on its covered terrace. The two Master rooms also feature a Bose Surround Sound Home Theater System. The entire house has marble floors both indoors and out. Every bedroom has HDTV with satellite reception, a CD player, air-conditioning and its own uniquely decorated theme. - "My group of 8 traveled to Cabo and stayed here for my 40th birthday! The house is just as advertised. The views are breathtaking, Casandra is a gem, the chef’s food was amazing, and Louie the bartender was excellent (and great company)!!! We couldn’t get enough of the pool!! The master suite and balcony- to die for! We reserved the band at Casandra’s request - they were phenomenal and really set the vibe during our first night’s dinner! It’s a must that you book them! We also booked massages at the house which was HEAVEN. Casandra was very responsive and took care of ALL of our arrangements weeks before we arrived and throughout our stay! Caution - there are lots of stairs at the entrance which may be a bit much for elderly guests. I definitely recommend this villa!! We’ll be back!"

This 3 bedroom luxury villa has two large master suites with king size beds, sitting areas and large bathrooms with jetted tubs. The guest room has two queen beds with a bathroom. The great room has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, dining room and a beautifully furnished living room with a large flat panel TV. The fourth full bath is off the great room. All rooms have 42' flat panel TV's. The balcony is a true 'ocean view' balcony that stretches across all the bedrooms and includes a wet bar and refrigerator. The Villa is on the fourth floor and has free wireless internet access.

The La Estancia facility includes a fully equipped fitness center, concierge services, and the excellent La Casona restaurant. The site has an excellent full service spa, tennis courts, and market.

- "First time staying Estancia and it was great. Super clean, friendly staff and good times. Curt is a good host and communicates in a timely manner. Condo has everything you would need for your stay. Would definitely book again." - "Long story short-- GO! It is beautiful, comfortable, and easy. We stayed at Villa la Estancia for 5 nights this March/April and it was perfect for our family (grandparents, parents, uncle, preschooler, infant). I had stayed at Villa la Estancia previously directly through the resort with some girlfriends so I was familiar with the overall property. This time, though, we did not do the all-included meal plan-- we grocery shopped, then ate out one meal each day. Everything was so easy. Here are some highlights for us: -Spacious rooms with en suite bathrooms. My husband and I, our preschooler, and our infant in a crib shared the room with two queen beds and were still very comfortable! -Very helpful and friendly staff -Curt was so helpful answering questions before our arrival (and during our stay) -the picture in this posting of the Tabasco beach bar-- go! It's just past the resorts toward town as you walk along the beach and it was really fun! Delicious food and 2 for 1 beer until 6pm every day. Also the beach in front of the bar is a little gentler and better for kids -Grocery shopping was the play! The resort arranged a shuttle to Walmart ($9 each way, pay the driver), we bought food and beer for 6 people for 5 days ($200), then we went back to the drop point and there was a man there who helped get us a shuttle back. Back at Villa la Estancia the bell hops have a special cart to take groceries to the room-- so easy and a big money saver! -11% tip is included on all bills -The staff get a little money if you mention them by name in a review on the website that *advises* your *trip* but that I'm not allowed to write here or VRBO won't let me post this review lol Good to know: -The resort can provide a crib -Sand toys and a few left over non perishables and condiments in the fridge/pantry -You can drink the water from the tap and fridge filter! (We did and had no problems-- including for the kids) -It might have been user error, but we needed matches to light the grill (which was as clean as a whistle!) Villa 2603-Special Amenities:

Telephone-The unit (living room) has unlimited use of phone at no cost for any calls to the US. The telephone number has an 818 area code and depending on the type of rate plan, incoming calls may be free to the caller. This is subject to internet and access by provider.

Television-In addition to the TV channels provided by the resort, this unit has US based Netflix in the A and B side bedroom and the living room. In addition, the living room has Roku and a number of US based programming services may be available at no cost. All of the above is subject to change and subject to internet access and availability in Mexico.

Internet-The unit has both wireless and wired internet capabilities. In addition, a wireless extender has been added to insure wireless reception in both the A and B side bedroom and balcony.

Villa 2603-Accommodations-Bedrooms
In the master bedroom (A side), there is a king size bed. In the B side bedroom, there are TWO king size beds. This is one of the few if any villas with this added comfort. Subject to ages etc the four king beds will alow for 4-6 to sleep confortably. There are direct views to ocean and land ends from each bedroom. The master bedroom has a jaccuzi tub, double sinks, desk and chair and coffee table. Each bedroom has its separate showers, bathrooms, large closets, a separate couch, individual air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs and more.

Villa 2603-Family Room, Dining, and Kitchen
There is a third bath and shower in this area. The family room has a flat screen TV with DVD. Unlike other units that have limited seating, there is comfortable seating for 4-6 in the living room. Like the bedrooms, there are unobstructed views of lands end from these rooms. There is a full kitchen complete with stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer including water and ice dispenser, washer/dryer and large counter and pantry areas. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee maker, blender, toaster and various pots, pans and utensils,

Villa 2603-Balcony-One of two in all of Estancia's Two bedroom villas. All interior two bedroom villa are approximately the same size. However, the size of the balcony varies significantly. Villa 2603 is over 280 sq ft larger than other 2 bedroom villa due to the size of it's balcony.

Villa 2603 has four lounge chairs which can easily be moved to various locations on the balcony so you can enjoy the views, sun or shade. It also has a separate table with 6 chairs. Most if not all other villas have only two lounge chairs and in some villa, they is very little space on the balcony. If you want to enjoy the views and relax and have a drink (or two) with your family and friends and maybe even take advantage of room service without feeling cramped, then it does not get much better than Villa 2603.

Umbrellas and lounge chairs bordered by a spectacular hedge of bougainvillea makes this the ultimate area for relaxing in the sun. (April 2024 - Brand New Hot Tub installed)

VIEW DECK - At the far end of the sun deck is a View Area. Early risers will experience the most beautiful sunrises in all of Cabo. During the day you can have a ringside seat for all the Sea of Cortez action off Medano Beach, whales, parasails, ultralights, fishing boats, stand up paddlers, sailboats, kayaks, yachts, cruise ships, swimmers, seals and jumping manta rays. A variety of bar tables and chairs make this a great spot for morning breakfast or evening cocktails with a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez and Land’s End. Watch the fishing boats make their way out to the Pacific Ocean while the pelicans are diving for their breakfast.

GARDEN DECK – In a protected area surrounded by bougainvillea, hibiscus and shade trees, comfy lounge chairs beckon the dreamer or reader.

All decks and terraces and the hot tub are accessed exclusively by penthouse guests (they are not shared with other villas).

THE GREAT ROOM –The spectacular combination of a panoramic ocean view combined with unique copper topped tables, interesting wood and metal sculptures and original art pieces amazes anyone who enters this room. A granite island breakfast bar fronts the fully equipped kitchen and the large dining table can seat 6-8. A flat screen TV, entertainment center with IPOD dock, CD/DVD player and surround sound will entertain you. The sofa can be converted into a bed. Another large private terrace is an extension of the great room and guest bedroom. This terrace overlooks the pools and resort and also has great views out over the bay and ocean.

AND MUCH MORE -Two large beautifully decorated bedroom suites each having a Jacuzzi tub, TV, original art and comfortable beds, (one with a king bed and the other with 2 queens), a laundry room, and entry hall complete the layout. Detailing includes cream travertine marble floors, carved maple entry doors and kitchen and bathroom cabinets, ten foot ceilings in living areas, zoned central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, large closets and dressing areas, electronic security boxes, telephones, and high speed DSL service as well as wifi. A collection of pool and beach toys, ice chests, and books as well as an assortment of games and books are available for guest use.

This penthouse is located on the 7th floor of phase 3 of the resort. It sits directly above and adjacent (just west) to the main pool. VILLA LA ESTANCIA - LUXURY RESORT -A quality exercise gym and a luxurious spa are free for guests to enter daily. Spa Amenities include jacuzzi, sauna, and loungers. The resort includes adjacent coffee and espresso shop, grocery/liquor store, fine art and jewelry shops, ice cream vendor and DVD rentals. Villa Del Palmar and Villa del Arco are next to Villa La Estancia and provide further dining, swimming and entertainment options.

The resort sits on Medano beach and a full array of beach activities are available nearby. Villa La Estancia boasts a poolside restaurant, La Parrilla and another 5 star seafood/steakhouse - La Casona. A swim up bar is included within the large multilevel pool. Food and beverage service is available for both those using the pool and loungers in the private beach area.

Good restaurants abound nearby, and downtown shops and nightlife are a short walk or drive away. Snorkeling, para sailing, jet skis, boat rides, and world famous fishing excursions are all easily accessible. The resort concierge services will be happy to assist you in making arrangements for all activities.

Check-in time is 4 pm. Early check-in may be available if no one is checking out on your check-in day.

In addition to having full access to the usual resort amenities, our guests are treated to the personalized services of our easy-access penthouse operations manager, Ernesto and assistants, whose mission is to see to it that your stay in the penthouse is trouble-free.

A resort meal plan is available, but we recommend checking out the incredible local Baja food scene & supporting the locals!
