It is on a large, swimmable beach, and a 20 to 25 minute leisurely walk (on the beach) to the marina and downtown. I share my home with you but you have total privacy, you have your own independent entrance, the room has its private bathroom and parking. The house has a gate and is very safe, around you find services such as OXXO stores, beaches a few minutes away, the bus stop is 2 blocks away, ubers arrive easily, downtown Cabo San Lucas is 20 minutes away.

It is a house with a patio and private garage, your entrance is independent, you can park your car inside and the gate is closed, the room has its private bathroom, it has a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, around you find Oxxo stores, bakery, laundry, ubers can bring you food at home, I have a washing machine, if you come with a pet you can walk with it in the surroundings.
