It is a simple room in a prefect apartment to rest and move to several areas of interest in the city.

The space
The accommodation is a single room within a three-bedroom apartment, (One is double double, another is double and one is single) A full bathroom, shared.
The apartment is in a four-apartment building on three floors, the ground floor has a garage for two cars with a roof and a metal curtain.
The building is located on the main avenue of an average neighborhood one block from the city's main axis.
The apartments are shared with other guests.
The rooms are designed for visitors who come to the city for specific events such as congresses, concerts, festivals or competitions, as well as for work reasons.
If you have plans for couples or romantic plans, you may prefer to look for something that is more suited to your needs.
It is important that during your stay you consider that there are other people inside the same apartment either because we live here or because there is some other guest present.

Guest access
I'm usually there to welcome guests, but if I'm not available, self check-in can be arranged with advice from me via phone to give directions.

During your stay
Although I like to talk a lot, I know that not all people are extroverts. I myself am not, but I try to be kind in general. I like to treat people as if I already knew them, but I also understand that they come to rest or for reasons that occupy them, so if there is no interaction, there is no problem.

Other things to note
The building is not new. It has architecture from 40 years ago, but since this is my home, I always keep it in the best possible condition. However, it must be taken into account that it is a residence that is generally inhabited and therefore may present wear in common areas or furniture, which cannot be considered a lack of hygiene but natural wear and tear of things.

The only thing that is shared is the laundry room and wifi and it can be equipped with 2 double beds to accommodate 4 people. The washing machines are not for guests' use

The space
It is a clean and economical quiet place where we have an ironing service of clothes and cleaning of the apartment for an additional cost, we have a small shop where you will find the basics such as soft drinks , rakes, sabritas products and a child and where there is always a person in charge of waiting if you occupy something

You have access to the garage , yard, you are given key to your apartment for your safety
