It has far more amenities than we expected (fully stocked pantry and wine rack), it's very clean, and we enjoyed a wonderful ocean view from the entire balcony. Our two-bedroom condo is located on the grounds of Marival Distinct Luxury Residences, located in Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, just 15 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. The condo, which has a living space of 1675 square feet, is in the main building on the fifth floor which gives you a beautiful view of Banderas Bay. The condo is fully equipped including televisions, microwave, stove, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Amenities include pools, hot tub, fitness centre, tennis court, restaurants, bar and spa. The rooftop restaurant Insu is ranked by Trip Advisor as the fifth best restaurant in Nuevo Vallarta. At the beach there are lounge chairs, where you can sit by an infinity pool or on the beach. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Mozzamare restaurant where you can sit at the restaurant or be served at the beach. We own this unit. This is not a time-share so we have far more flexibility than those renting their time shares. The daily rate does not include the all-inclusive fees. Your 2 Bedroom Master Villa Unit easily accommodates 8 persons:

The unit has 2 Master bedrooms each with a King size bed and will accommodate two adults per bedroom. Each bedroom has a flat screen television, desk and chair, chaise lounger, and it's own en suite marble bathroom with walk-in shower, jetted tub. double sinks, large closets and safe.

One of the Master bedrooms has an additional living room with a queen size pull out bed, another flat screen television and a wet bar with mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. This area accommodates 2 additional adults.

The main living area consists of two large sofas that can be turned into beds to accommodate 2 more adults. This area also has a large dining room table with seating for 8, a flat screen television, closet and an additional half bath with a toilet and sink.

The clean, modern, granite kitchen has a 4 burner cook-top, full-size fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, silverware, dishes, cups, bar-ware, etc to make cooking in your unit convenient. It has a large pantry and features a tall bar with 3 stools for eating or entertaining.

Your large, expansive deck includes 2 full size chaise loungers, a dining table for 4 and a plunge pool. You have an additional/connected deck off the Master bedroom with a seating area for 2 and a table.

- "Richard was amazing at helping us put together a lovely 7 night vacation for our family of three. Emotions Resort is great for families. There are a many fun pools where all age groups will be able to find something that makes them happy. Our favorite spot on the resort was Mai Tai, for "Platinum Members" only, which you get booking with Richard. We could hang out at a cabana all day enjoying some of the best food, drinks, and service on the resort. We also had to use the on site Doctor services, which you don't think much about until you need it. For a modest fee, were were able to get in to see him right away and get a prescription filled all in one spot. We really enjoyed our time there and hope to be back."

The One Bedroom Suite at Villa del Palmar Flamingos Riviera Nayarit is so luxurious you may never want to leave the Nuevo Vallarta all inclusive resort. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an adjoining spa bathroom that comes complete with an indoor jet spa tub and separate walk-in shower. A second bathroom and walk-in shower featuring A spacious living area features a Murphy bed, while a well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and private terrace or balcony complete the package.

Rooms are assigned as they become available (cleaned) at the resort. If you don't like your room (view etc) you can usually wait until they have another one available . They give them out in the order that they are cleaned. Usually a $20 tip --hidden -- will get you what you want unless the resort is full.
all inclusive costs $110/ adult (over 12 ) and 1/2 for under 12.( i don't advise )
studio units are only for 3 adults or 2 + 2 kids under 13. 1 bedrooms are 4 adults (use sofa or murphy bed )
