Because the resort books quickly, booking at least 6 months out or earlier can help guarantee the dates you wish to travel. Availability from January through March is very tight, so reservations for this period should be made as far in advance as possible. Blackout dates are Christmas, New Year, and Easter. Reservation dates can be modified up to 60 days prior to check in. Less than a 60-day notice cannot be modified albeit for medical emergency. Free shuttle service from the airport to the resort is arranged for your arrival. Your concierge will help arrange a shuttle or taxi for your departure at guest cost.

Payment at the resort is cashless; you may use your credit card or register your credit card at check in to get set up for a signature-only payment system.

A small municipal tax of around $8 (depending on the value of the pesos to dollar) is charged each day.
