Other things to note
The apartment is shared with 2 people, the room advertised is well apart from the others. Consider also that we have pets 2 dogs which are quiet, of course they may bark at some point like the nature of the dogs but they are very quiet and small breed (Yorkshire). Also 2 Persian kittens that likewise do not bother and are very quiet in this case only consider for some allergy to kittens or puppies.

Private room with AIR CONDITIONING, it is not located inside a house, but is like a hotel. It is located in a very quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood, very close by car to several beautiful places in Guadalajara. There are several bus routes to also get there by that means. My goal is for you to feel at home and enjoy the city of Guadalajara.

The room is located in front of a house that is also rented on Airbnb and is located on the west end of the town of V. de A. (Villa Fuentes colony).

It has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a double bed with a comfortable Luuna mattress, 4 pillows, a dining room, a TV with ROKU (includes Netflix), a small bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette with a minibar, a blender, a coffee maker, and an electric grill.

The space
The space being rented is a small room with independent access, built at the front of a corner house that is also rented on Airbnb.

The room's exterior looks like a commercial space, and the interior covers an area of 3.0 x 4.0 m (see plan included in the images).

In the room you will find a double bed, a small dining room with two chairs, a comfortable armchair, 32" flat screen TV with swivel stand and Netflix. It has air conditioning, ceiling fan, 6 white light fixtures, black out curtains on the doors/windows, frosted glass, enough contacts, hair dryer, cooker to prepare or heat very basic meals (no oil), wall mirror and the small half bathroom with toilet, shower, mirror and sink.

Guest access
You can only access the room and you should not use the garage. There is always a way to park within 10 meters of the room, on Avenida Bicentenario or on Calle Volcán Popocatépetl.

Other things to note
Behind the property there is a large neighborhood garden where you can walk or rest in one of the wooded areas.

The internet service is very good, provided by the company Megacable through fiber optics.
