- "Great " - "After we got our room sorted out, we had a great stay at the resort. It's been a while since I have been able to come back and my memories were still accurate! The service staff was friendly and helpful (and really kind in helping my efforts to speak Spanish!). My foodie family was impressed by the quality and variety of food there, every meal was excellent. The pool areas were well maintained and not crowded, as was the beach area. Public bathroom areas were exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the resort. We loved being able to easily walk into the city to look around and shop, and felt comfortable walking around like we were back home. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful surprise for my family. The only recommendations I would make would be to turn down the music at poolside a bit as we had to move so we could talk from one area, but we moved to a beautiful spot overlooking the beach, so I wasn't mad about it at all. 😊"

There were lizards insides our room. The out side of oit room had some type of bug build up on the wall it was huge. The hotel in general needs a lot of up keep. Buffet was very poor. Not many variety of food. Drinks poorly made in bar areas. Any question I asked for information I would be directed to the lobby whic was very very far from room and down hill. And every time i made it to the lobby theyy would tell me they didn't knkw and direct me somewhere else and sometimes it would be very very far up hill. Definitely this is not a hotel I would come back to. It needs a lot of work when it comes to the building it self and it doesn't seem like they are doing anything to improve it. I did take pictures of everything if needed. "

- "The property was listed as being on the beach but it was not on the beach and we were told by the lady who let us in that the only access was down the road. It would be about an10 minute walk. No view of the beach. Also the property was listed at pascuales and it was not at pascuales it was in a town call el real. The pictures showed a tv there were not any there. When I sent a text to the owner he responded very rudely asking me why I had been smoking. "
