The space
Unit #2 is on a compound of 3 apartments. Patio area with washer and dryer provided and rooftop terrace with amazing city and sunset views are the only shared space. Since this unit is on the ground floor, it doesn't get as much sunlight as 2nd level unit but has large French doors with mosquito net and kitchen window and large skylight. Terrace is great for yoga. Yoga mat available.

Apartment with a double bed located in a neighborhood near Juarez Park and El Chorro. The apartment is inside a larger property but has its own separate entrance, so guests have complete privacy. It has a full bathroom, kitchen with the basic elements to prepare food. Walking downtown takes 10 to 15 minutes, and public transportation passes by two blocks away.

The space
The apartment is on a second floor so you have to use stairs, there is a terrace which can be used, the main entrance has a hallway and that is shared with another apartment that is downstairs, as well as the entrance to a house, so I am available 24 hours a day in case you need anything. You can usually hear noises from Lola (a little dog) who lives in the house and has a door to the patio.

Guests can access the hallway of the main entrance as well as the terrace. They have complete freedom to enter and arrive at any time they wish.

The street is very safe to park the car on the street, and you can walk to the city center.
