The space
Are you ready? I’m going to describe an image and a feeling. It’s really the best way to tell you about “our space.”
One of the BEST things about a family that has lived at "the Lake" since about 1940 is the way Grandma welcomes you when you arrive. It feels like cookies just out of the oven, doesn't it!? Our inn has been operated by our family since 1992 and that special feeling of a 5-generation family is just what we have to offer here at the Lodge. And, we have the cookies, too. Every night, Uncle Dave's home-baked chocolate chip cookies come out. Only they are made by Matt or Matt (yep, 2 Matt's!) now. And you might still even catch Uncle Dave stopping in to say hi.
Need a cooking pot to go with the grilling kit you just checked out? We have that! You'd like TWO pool towels? You got it! Missed the shuttle to the casino? I'll run you over! Yard games or doggy bags or a cribbage board... absolutely; we've got you covered!
Our inn has all the comforts of home: A comfy, cozy, super clean room; a family room with a fireplace, TV, lots of games and breakfast waiting in the morning; an immaculate pool and hot tub shaped just like the mountains we are named after and the sun that shines on us from above; a lovely Pavilion complete with an outdoor kitchen space, picnic tables, and a fire pit; impeccable grounds with yard games, grassy space and beautiful, sweet smelling flowers; plenty of parking and a place to put your boat if you need it.
And all that is located in the middle of the quaint, serene little village of Manson, at the end of the road in Washington wine and orchard country, that sits right on the shores of the pristine Lake Chelan, at the foot of the majestic Cascade Mountains, which borders the desert regions of North Central Washington rich in geological history. Whew! And, you can park your car and have all that right here!
If you’d like to take a very short drive, you can find hills, and lakes and adventures just minutes away. Exploration is at your feet! The historic City of Chelan is only a 7 mile drive along the lake where you will find more amenities and other small city activities. And, if you’re a “day-tripper,” we can point you to beauties abounding that are accessible by car, boat or helicopter! A day will never be enough!

Our guests are welcome in all parts of our inn except other guest rooms and the "back of house" like the laundry room. The pool/hot tub area is open from 8am - 10pm, and the Lobby and Family room is open from 7/8am - 10/11/12pm depending upon the day and time of year. Your light continental breakfast is waiting for you DAILY in the Family Room from 8am-10pm, and the coffee, tea and cocoa are available all hours that the lobby is open.
Our property is private and we don't allow unregistered guests to use the amenities that our lovely MVLR Family (that's you!) spend their hard earned money on. We take excellent care of our property and hope that you will enjoy it immensely! We're here for YOU.

Do you need a pump to blow up your pool toy? Maybe you'd like to play corn hole or giant Jenga? You decided to cook in the outdoor kitchen, but you don't have any BBQ tools or the pot for the corn on the cob? How about that before bed hankering for a sweet or salty treat, or the pool toy itself? And your toothbrush is still at home? We have that! And so much more. Just ask! Some things are free to borrow, and prices on our "gift shop" items are very reasonable!
