The property is at the end of steep driveway that is NOT plowed. If it does snow, the driveway is certainly passable in all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive vehicles. There is also alternate parking at the top of the driveway and you can walk down to the house.

This beautiful, two story, 3200 sf. house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms that sleeps eight adults and four kids. The bedrooms are large, with two master suites, two additional bedrooms, and a kids’ bunk room with two bunk beds. There are two laundry rooms, one on each level. There is ample space for kids to play and watch movies downstairs. Full kitchen with just about everything you need.
(pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, French press, popcorn maker, waffle maker, toaster, variety of spices, air fryer, plates, silverware, wine glasses, plastic glasses, child size dishes, blender, knives, steak knives etc.....( the fridge has an ice maker, but it can be slow, so I encourage you to buy a bag of ice.)

We fill 3 tanks .... if you run out, you can have it refilled or exchange at The Red Apple market in Manson.

You supply your own (napkins, paper plates) foil, zip lock, cling wrap etc...
1 roll of paper towels is provided.

Bring your own Beach towels. Do not bring bath towels to the beach.

At the park below you will find playground toys, picnic tables, big trees for plenty of shade, swim area and sandy beach. We have our own private buoy for your boat or jet ski. Closet boat launch is 5 minutes away. Located across from the casino. NO WAKE zone is 300 ft from shore. Harbor Patrol frequents the park, so know the boating and jet ski rules of the lake or the neighbors will call you in.

It is a perfect getaway for any circumstance. However this home is for smaller groups. It only comfortably sleeps 6, HOWEVER, it does have options for larger groups. Reach out to owner to discuss.

Our favorite time is spring and fall. GORGEOUS! October wineries have "The Crush" and Octoberfest in Leavenworth. The town is not so busy and restaurants are easy to get into.
“Winterfest” is always a family favorite and is held in January.

February has chocolates and wine festivities

May and June are golden times to go to Lake Chelan if you want to stay away from crowds. The sun is out, the flowers are in full bloom and the park is typically quiet.
Summer time is different. The park is full July and August.

Help yourself to the backyard picnic table and yard games.
IF there is blueberries on the bushes be sure to grab a handful. Be sure to clean the BBQ after each use and leave it nice for the next guest.

The backyard sprinklers come on 3 times a day.

Please don't tie the boat or ski's to the dock overnight. Daytime mooring at the dock is fine as long as you have bumpers and properly attach boat to dock. Due to the high winds and choppy waters overnight, we recommend pulling boat from water.
Buoy is only rated for small watercraft like JetSkis or kayaks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The kitchen is a galley style but feels spacious, and is well stocked with any gadget you might need. Amazing house for a large group with lots of rooms, media room, and large dining tables. Only thing of note is the stairs are steep and many down to beach for anyone mobility impaired. There are railings. We had such a wonderful time we didn't want to leave, but I know we will be back!"

- "In general, one can always find little things that are frustrating with just about any short-term rental (my pet-peeve is dull kitchen knives), and while Marina's Edge may have a few of those, they are overwhelmed by all the good things. The beds are comfortable. The entire space is livable and well-maintained. The view is awesome and the little town of Manson, with it's wineries and pubs, is a one-minute walk away. The pool is well taken care and the lake is about 100 yards away. Kelly, our host, was extremely responsive and she even brought me a knife sharpener! Simply put, our stay was outstanding and I cannot recommend this property enough. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did."

The balcony was great to sit and enjoy the views of Lake Chelan - but beware: this unit is right above the hot tub, which gets busy in the late afternoon and evenings. You can’t hear the noise when the door and windows are closed, but it’s not very relaxing when you’re on the patio. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town!"
