- "We stayed a week here with families, friends, and kids who ranged from 8mo to 10yo. Everyone had a great time. There are lots of activities inside and around the house to keep the kids busy. The hot tub is nice and hot. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens we have encountered as a large group. We had a few questions and a wasp issue in the yard and someone was out to help us within an hour or two (maybe even less). We also all appreciated the amazing sound proofing of the house; when kids played in the morning, the adults didn't hear them and when adults played at night, we didn't have to worry about waking the kids. The pool was a 5-7min walk and worked out for our group. Thanks for a great time!"

- The family bedroom is located on the upper floor, and features 2 full futon/twin mattress bunk beds, a Queen size bed, TV with Roku, oversized beanbag chair, closet, and dresser.

Family Friendly
For the babies and toddlers, the cabin comes stocked with 2 portable gates for the top and bottom of the stairs, as well as a high chair and pack ‘n play complete with fitted sheet. These are located in the lower entry closet. 2 sets of full futon/twin mattress bunk beds are in the upper family bedroom, with ladders to the upper bunk.

Pets
Our home is pet friendly, so don’t leave part of your family at home. The yard is fenced and gated for their safety. We provide a waste pickup tool for disposal after your furry friends do their business, along with 2 bowls, treats, a leash, and waste bags. A pet fee of $50 per reservation will be assessed. We allow a maximum of 2 friendly dogs.

Roslyn Ridge Activity Center (RRAC)
The RRAC is a short walk away! The facility has a large pool, splash pad, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, a BBQ area, gym facility, and more. Entrance to the facility is $10 a day and is paid direct to the facility at the door in cash or check. It’s open, weather dependent, from Memorial Day to Labor Day (these dates are subject to change at the operators’ discretion).

Security
Our home does have security cameras on the front of the home and a front doorbell camera for your safety and everyone’s best interest. There are no recording devices inside the home or in the rear of the property.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine, the hot tub was big enough for a whole party. Lots of room in the house and the beds were super comfortable. Nestled in a small beautiful valley in Ronald Washington, Roslyn Ridge is just 10 minutes from the town of Roslyn and Suncadia. Enjoy this spacious newly renovated townhome that sleeps 6 comfortably. This unit was remodeled with new flooring and paint in 2018 The development has an Activity Center with awesome community pool and basketball court open only in summer months. This is an unknown gem in the mountains.

- "Everything was perfect, except I failed to thoroughly read my email and so we got a little mixed up at check in. But it was no one‘s fault. The only thing the kitchen was missing would maybe be a couple different spatulas. We saw some thing that looked like a garbage key but no instructions on what to do with our garbage and recycling so we left it in the condo. Great stay!!" - "Had a great time at this rental. Was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen provided everything needed to cook on a nightly basis. Location is great for winter fun and would also be great for summertime. Communication with property manager was great as well."
