WELL WATER: Our cabin obtains its water from a private well. The water is safe to drink. However, a common occurrence with well water is a gas (hydrogen sulfide) buildup. When the water is exposed to air, it can put off a sulfur smell. We filter the water with a whole house charcoal filter.

BEDDING ARRANGEMENTS

• Full/Double beds are in open lofts. Not private rooms. Sheets, pillows, and comforters are provided.
• Twin bed is located in a nook outside 2nd floor Queen bedroom. Sheets, pillow, and blanket provided (no comforter).

• The driveway to the cabin is steep and cannot be plowed once the snow falls. During winter months, you will park at a lower detached garage and be provided a code for the garage door. You will need to climb a flight of stairs in the garage and open a door to a covered walkway that leads to the cabin. The walkway also has some stairs and ends approximately 20 feet from the cabin front deck. We try to keep the snow cleared, but you may need to do some shoveling on the pathway.

- "Nice and close to the slopes, its a very spacious cabin! Comfortablr beds, clean, nice kitchen. Loved the fireplace and Jamison was a pleasure to work with.Recommend having the wifi password ahead of time if you have AT&T or T-Mobile like us, that way you can connect to it from driveway and operate garage door app. We didnt have much cell signal. - "This is my opinion. I wouldn't share but I think a warning is warranted. The Dome is to hot to occupy at all until at least 5pm. So what you get for your $150 is a bench surrounded by a ton of camp sites right next, trash on the ground, space not swept out and a long walk to the toilet. To top it off, the door, that faces the other tents, is clear so, no privacy. Just be prepared and all will be well. "

- "Plenty of space for six people and four large dogs. The property is fairly rural but is close to the quaint towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum. The river behind the house is very fast-paced and care should be taken with children/pets as there is no fence. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor - we weren't able to browse the internet on our phones or watch the TV that was provided. Up a flight of stairs from the bonus area you’ll be greeted with two additional King Bedrooms, and a guest bath. Head down the hallway across the indoor breezeway and you’ll find the King Master Bedroom, Indoor Basketball Court, and the 50s Diner-inspired bonus game room.

The King Master Bedroom features a wall of windows to enjoy the scenic property, a smart TV w/Dish, and a private en-suite bath with a shower.

- "Large open cabin, easy river access, hot tub, tons of bedding, comfortable and relaxing" - "This vacation home was everything. I thought it was going to be! I I wanted to get away, or I could just relax unplug and enjoy nature. It is a super cute, rustic cabin with three bedrooms and one and a half baths. It has a washer and dryer, dishwasher everything you need. It’s got a nice big hot tub that all of us enjoyed every morning afternoon and evening. I slept in the main room upstairs, which has a deck and I left the door open all night to get nice evening breezes. I felt very very safe there. There’s a lot of nature to explore. We gathered a lot of rocks and I had brought paint so we could paint rocks and leave as a memory. I would definitely stay at this place again and again and again."

Cle Elum is just a short drive away and includes incredible hiking trails to embark on with one another, as well as dining and shopping options such as the antique mall, Black Sheep Homegoods, Cavallini + Co, and Basecamp Outfitters. On the subject of hiking, Gold Creek Pond features a scenic trail that even the youngest members of the group can enjoy, while Red Top Lookout offers a similar experience. Lake Easton is also a gorgeous locale to explore, no matter the time of year.

Send the kids (and the family dogs) out to collect kindling from the forested sections of the property, then light up a fire in the wood-burning stove to keep everyone toasty. Gaze out over Lavender Lake and the mountains, or switch on the living room TV and make snacks in the full kitchen for the ultimate game day! - "This trip was the second time we’ve stayed at this house. The house is clean, well stocked and has a great layout. We especially enjoy having access to the kayaks. Both my grandkids did their first solo spins around Lavender Lake." - "I love that the property was tucked away out of sight around the backside of the lake, but very close to the freeway as well. The property is centralized between Snoqualmie Summit for snowboarding and Roslyn for Snomobiling activities! The neighborhood was like a winter wonderland. It snowed every day that we were there and somebody from the neighborhood plowed it every day. The house was very spacious with more than enough room for our family of five and a dog. There was ample supply of firewood provided for the fireplace that heats the whole house. Fantastic to sit in front of the fireplace sipping on hot chocolate after a day playing in the snow. Overall fantastic accommodations and will definitely rent from here again."
