WELL WATER: Our cabin obtains its water from a private well. The water is safe to drink. However, a common occurrence with well water is a gas (hydrogen sulfide) buildup. When the water is exposed to air, it can put off a sulfur smell. We filter the water with a whole house charcoal filter.

BEDDING ARRANGEMENTS

• Full/Double beds are in open lofts. Not private rooms. Sheets, pillows, and comforters are provided.
• Twin bed is located in a nook outside 2nd floor Queen bedroom. Sheets, pillow, and blanket provided (no comforter).

• The driveway to the cabin is steep and cannot be plowed once the snow falls. During winter months, you will park at a lower detached garage and be provided a code for the garage door. You will need to climb a flight of stairs in the garage and open a door to a covered walkway that leads to the cabin. The walkway also has some stairs and ends approximately 20 feet from the cabin front deck. We try to keep the snow cleared, but you may need to do some shoveling on the pathway.

- "Nice and close to the slopes, its a very spacious cabin! Comfortablr beds, clean, nice kitchen. Loved the fireplace and Jamison was a pleasure to work with.Recommend having the wifi password ahead of time if you have AT&T or T-Mobile like us, that way you can connect to it from driveway and operate garage door app. We didnt have much cell signal. Otherwise a great cabin and thank you to the owner for accomodating us!" - "My family and I went to the cabin to spend some snow filled days away from the hussle and bussle of life. - "This is my opinion. I wouldn't share but I think a warning is warranted. The Dome is to hot to occupy at all until at least 5pm. So what you get for your $150 is a bench surrounded by a ton of camp sites right next, trash on the ground, space not swept out and a long walk to the toilet. To top it off, the door, that faces the other tents, is clear so, no privacy. Just be prepared and all will be well. "

- "Plenty of space for six people and four large dogs. The property is fairly rural but is close to the quaint towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum. The river behind the house is very fast-paced and care should be taken with children/pets as there is no fence. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor - we weren't able to browse the internet on our phones or watch the TV that was provided. Up a flight of stairs from the bonus area you’ll be greeted with two additional King Bedrooms, and a guest bath. Head down the hallway across the indoor breezeway and you’ll find the King Master Bedroom, Indoor Basketball Court, and the 50s Diner-inspired bonus game room.

The King Master Bedroom features a wall of windows to enjoy the scenic property, a smart TV w/Dish, and a private en-suite bath with a shower.

- "Large open cabin, easy river access, hot tub, tons of bedding, comfortable and relaxing" - "This vacation home was everything. I thought it was going to be! I I wanted to get away, or I could just relax unplug and enjoy nature. It is a super cute, rustic cabin with three bedrooms and one and a half baths. It has a washer and dryer, dishwasher everything you need. It’s got a nice big hot tub that all of us enjoyed every morning afternoon and evening. I slept in the main room upstairs, which has a deck and I left the door open all night to get nice evening breezes. I felt very very safe there. There’s a lot of nature to explore. We gathered a lot of rocks and I had brought paint so we could paint rocks and leave as a memory. I would definitely stay at this place again and again and again."

- "This trip was the second time we’ve stayed at this house. The house is clean, well stocked and has a great layout. We especially enjoy having access to the kayaks. The property is centralized between Snoqualmie Summit for snowboarding and Roslyn for Snomobiling activities! The neighborhood was like a winter wonderland. It snowed every day that we were there and somebody from the neighborhood plowed it every day. The house was very spacious with more than enough room for our family of five and a dog. There was ample supply of firewood provided for the fireplace that heats the whole house. Fantastic to sit in front of the fireplace sipping on hot chocolate after a day playing in the snow. - "This is a really reasonably priced, well appointed home. We were there for a weekend retreat for two and found the extra space to be quite lively for us to simply relax in. - "This place is as it states, two bedrooms, both queen beds and very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you may need. Back deck is an amazing place to sit and catch up with family/friends while you overlook the small river that runs through it. Too shallow to swim, but you can put your feet in, however, it is rocky not sand. I would definitely stay here again." - "We stayed at this cabin with friends to stay close to skiing at Alpental/Summit. It was comfortable and perfect for our trip. Our dog really enjoyed running around in the snow and even played fetch in the river. Overall this was a beautiful home and was a very pleasant experience. A few small complaints: The driveway was very hard to find. That is because the neighbor has a large sign for their property on the entrance road. We had to stop for a while to figure out where the driveway was. I would suggest putting up a sign for this property off the main road. The second bedroom has no windows and is very close to the heater, thus it was blazing hot. But the windows in the master bedroom were leaky and hence this room was still cold even with the central heating on. Last, the WiFi router and password we were given was incorrect and needs to be updated on the check-in instructions and the pamphlet in the home."

- "We had an incredible time staying at this gorgeous A Frame. Everything you can think you'd need; the A Frame provides:) We had 3 families. 8 Adults with 8 kids ranging from 5 to 18. The rooms were great sizes, kitchen equipped with everything you would need to cook a feast at home. We did cold plunges in the river in the morning and floated down to the bridge in the afternoon. Everything was dreamy and carefully thought out. From listening to music from the surround speakers, sitting on the rocks by the river, lounging in the hammock by the firepit, playing all the games the house has in the game room, the fully equipped kitchen, beautiful wooden doors and trim, stone fireplace, plants in every room. Once you step foot on the property you immediately see how loved this land is, how meticulously the owners care for it and how the memories from your trip will forever be cherished. Great location as well! Traveling to different spots in the Cascades was easy. There is a little coffee shop a mile down the road next to the gas station. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Can't wait to go back!"

Enjoy 4 seasons of fun at Lake Easton Lodge, a modern yet cozy cabin in Easton WA. Lake Kachess, Lake Easton, and the Yakima River are all 5 minutes away. "The lodge" is the perfect all season get-away located just a little over an hour from Seattle on Snoqualmie Pass. Our guests come to enjoy the two local lakes (less than 5 minutes away) and skiing/snowboarding at Snoqualmie Pass. There is also excellent snow shoeing at Lake Easton in the winter or swimming and boating in the summer. Our lodge is a popular destination for mountain biking in the summer at Snoqualmie Summit. You won't want to miss a trip in to Cle Elum and Roslyn for a meal and beverage after a long day exploring all the PNW has to offer!

Our cabin is also a great base camp for supporters and/or participants in several races on the PCT (Pacific Crest Trail) including the Cascade Crest 100 ultramarathon which starts and ends only 2.5 miles away. The Yeti 100 starts off from the Hyak Trailhead on the Palouse to Cascades Trail and runners go through Easton twice on their course.

Inside:
This is a 1,680 sq ft 2 story cabin with 4 queen beds (3 private bedrooms and 1 bed in an alcove off the upstairs living room). The mattresses are all new - there is a softer pillow top mattress from Macy's downstairs, two 12" Zinius memory foam mattresses purchased in 2021 upstairs and a 12" Iyee memory foam hybrid mattress with cooling gel purchased in 2021 in the small bedroom upstairs. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a game area, and a newly remodeled kitchen with bar and adjacent dining area. Enjoy cooking on the gas range in our fully equipped kitchen that comes with both a stove-top and electric griddle, Instapot, various pots, baking pans, salad spinner, measuring cups, serving platters, wine and champagne glasses, glass growlers, and matching white dishes. We also stock a number of spices, salt/pepper, olive oil, baking powder, baking soda, coffee filters, coffee for a few days, hot cocoa, apple cider and tea. The laundry room has a washer/dryer and plenty of hooks for wet clothes and towels. We provide detergent and dryer sheets. For kids we provide plastic dishes and utensils, a mobile high chair, pack n play, bathroom step stools, and a variety of toys from baby age to young adult games. A card table, board games, puzzles, cards, coloring books, crayons, and kids toys are in the game area cabinets upstairs. For doggos we provide large raised water and food bowls. The downstairs bathroom is newly remodeled and has a step up into the deep soaking tub/shower combo. Both showers are stocked with shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We provide hair dryers in both bathrooms and a first aid kit. Cuddle up with a book and one of our fuzzy blankets in front of the gas fireplace or enjoy Netflix or Hulu on two smart TVs. Free high speed wireless internet access.

Outside:
Fully fenced backyard for dogs & hot tub for 8! Cook under the covered porch on a propane grill and enjoy outdoor dining/visits in two different seating areas near the bbq. A propane tank is provided. A fire bowl, roasting sticks, lanterns, and a variety of camping chairs are available if you're interested in bringing wood for an outdoor fire (propane fire available during burn bans). In the winter we provide warming mats that melt snow right up to the hot tub, snow shovels, sleds, and 2 sets of snowshoes. In the summer grab some of our beach towels, picnic blanket, and camp chairs and head to one of the nearby lakes. We have a 15 foot 2 person sea kayak with seats and oars. Remember to bring your life jackets!

Guest access:
The cabin is easily accessible via flat, plowed roads moments from I-90. An EV 220 outlet is available between the two garage doors to charge electric vehicles. All wheel drive will get you to the cabin in almost all weather, even heavy snowfall. If snow falls during your visit (which is so magical!) the driveway will be plowed when the snow reaches 6 inches deep. The lot is large and private but there are neighbors close by. Plenty of parking for snowmobile or ATV trailers, no camping trailers please.

Other things to note:
There are several heating options in the winter months. Use individual thermostats to heat each room or turn on the gas fireplace. There are two mobile AC units available in the summer but the cabin has a fan in nearly every room and plenty of windows create a nice cross breeze on hot days as well.

Great places for everyone to hang out, including the kids in their loft space. Everything was thoughtfully provided. While memory foam mattresses are not my favorite, I was still very comfortable and so was everyone else. We loved it!" - "Very cute and clean rental. The area is beautiful, mountains all around the neighborhood, the lake is very close and plenty of hiking trails in the area. The property is located off a dirt road and the freeway (I90) is close by and can be heard, but otherwise it is secluded.

- "We had a SUPER GREAT stay here at the ranch! We had a large group of adults to gather and celebrate my birthday. This was a kid-free trip, but the ranch would be a great place to bring kids/the whole family. Mariama went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing stay. She was super helpful and responsive, and an all around a lovely person. Thank you for your kindness, Mariama! The lodge itself was very spacious with a large common area both upstairs and downstairs, and seven bedrooms. Five of those bedrooms had their own private bathrooms, with two more bathrooms in the hallway. Everyone in my group had great things to say about the beds and bedding. The mattresses are firm, the pillows cushy, and the sheets soft and cool. Probably the best bed I've slept on from any VRBO trips. Living/common areas had plenty of seating consisting of comfortable loveseats and chairs. Lots of outdoor seating as well. We did not utilize the fire pit out back but we did enjoy the fire table on the deck. We ran out of propane the first night, and our hosts gave us another tank to use for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed gazing at the stars after the sun went down. Amazing views from the back of the lodge! Much of the furniture and equipment were in great shape and/or very new, including the ping pong table! It's a REALLY nice ping pong table. And the Pac Man arcade game was fully functional! Thank you Siver Ridge Ranch (and Mariama) for a wonderful getaway. We'll be back!"

Short drive to The Summit at Snoqualmie, enjoyed the quietness. Check in and check out was great communication was a plus for me. John did mention to bring a hot spot and I do recommend you do take a hot spot.
