Very roomy and open where we never felt cramped. The house was very clean and had all the necessities to make our stay comfortable. Having a bedroom and bath for every couple was nice and all the nine grandkids loved the bunk room. And converting the 3-car garage into a game room was the icing on the cake. Being able to gather on the back patio to BBQ and make s’mores was delightful. As well as snuggling up under the heater to enjoy the sights and wildlife was a wonderful way to start the day. Great walking trails near by along with many places to go like beaches and parks. VR365 was very responsive every time we contacted them. We would definitely consider having our family reunion there again next year."

YOUR HOST- Roslyn Digs is the first home designed and built by Digs Co a boutique vacation home operator. Our homes are uniquely designed for incredible guest experiences with personal touches. Digs Co. prides itself on excellent guest service, top notch cleanliness and beautiful home interiors.

ROOMS - Each room was designed with guests in mind. From convenient USB outlets, to mattress comfort, we want our guests to feel at home. On the main level, you will find the queen bedroom conveniently located next to the 3/4 bathroom. This room has a wall heater that is controlled separately. We also have a fan available. A full closet with hangers is available for luggage needs.
Upstairs, you will find the king bedroom complete with TV, dresser, luggage racks and nightstands. This room has an HVAC split system that is controlled individually for maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bunk room hosts the double daybed and twin bunks separated by a vintage barn door. You will find your own HVAC split system, fan, TV, multiple gaming systems and toys.

BACKYARD - Our back patio offers two electric patio heaters, a SmartTV, hot tub, outdoor pub table and outdoor couch. The upper level has a lawn that is perfect for lawn games.

NEIGHBORHOOD - Downtown Roslyn has so much to offer from dining and shopping to hiking, biking and any other outdoor activities. Our neighborhood is quiet, and mostly inhabited by locals. We welcome guests who want to experience Roslyn like a local, including respecting quiet hours, parking and respect of wildlife and nature.

Everything in downtown Roslyn is walk-able. Only a 10 minute drive to golf, spa, and fine dining. A 30 minute drive to Snoqualmie Pass for skiing and snowboarding.

- Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. It was a 2 year labor of love to preserve the aesthetics of a home built in 1900 while adding all the most modern convinces including a walk in shower, AC, smart, TV's & an outdoor living space w/hot tub! We filled it with antiques, super comfy beds, a huge "bunk room" for the kids & we are eager to welcome you for a unique, nostolgic stay in a town you'll love.

Perfect location - the main drag with restaurants The Brick, etc is just around the corner. The home is perfectly decorated, with modern updates mixed with vintage charm. It is even nicer than the photos! My husband and I and our small dog stayed two nights, and we loved that there is a great fenced yard for her to roam in, with nice patio seating (there is also a hot tub that we didn't have time to use). Super comfortable bed and bedding (so important!), nice, large bathrooms with every amenity, and huge kitchen with light-filled dining area. Super clean too! We visited in July, and really enjoyed being able to open the windows at night with the nice cool evening temps. We stopped in Roslyn while visiting friends who live nearby. We also wanted to see this cute town that was the filming site of one of our favorite TV series, Northern Exposure. Although the town is more touristy and upscale than it was 30+ years ago when the show was filmed, you can still easily see some of the locations for the show, including The Brick, the Roslyn Cafe mural, KBHR, and the "Dr. Joel Fleishman" sign on the storefront of the building where his office was. Super easy to walk to all of these from this home. We also took a short drive out to Lake Cle Elum, which was another filming site for the show. The home was more pricey than we were hoping for, but decided it was worth it for the location and amenities - we were not disappointed! "

Tucked away in the Nelson Preserve within Suncadia, the Cabins at the Farm development is the newest addition to the area. The quiet neighborhood is an ideal location for a remote getaway, but close proximity to dining, shopping and outdoor adventures.

This Scandinavian modern cabin meets ultra comfort with high end furniture from West Elm, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel and more. Our guests have plenty of space while experiencing one of Suncadia's most sought after views of the natural preserve. Enjoy watching elk graze across the meadow, enjoy a meal dining al fresco or gaze at the night sky while taking a soak in the hot tub. - "The house was beautifully appointed. The kitchen with high end appliances and everything we needed to accommodate many large appetites and diverse requests. The laundry room was large and pods and dryer sheets supplied. The hot tub and game room were wonderful. The separate guest suite allowed one family to be separate yet nearby. The inside doors need to have some WD40 on the hinges and the lock on the front door was a not difficult to negotiate."

The Space:
The property includes 3 levels. The main level has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a second bathroom. The upper level includes two rooms - a game room/office / 2 twin beds and another 1 bedroom with 4 twin beds. The lower level includes storage and the laundry room. The property also has a large deck and grassy yard with plenty of parking space including RV/Trailer parking.

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of part of the basement under renovation and the garage. Plenty of parking on the side or back of the house.

The Neighborhood:
Roslyn is a quaint, peaceful small town. Hiking and mountain biking trails into the Teanaway Community Forest are just outside the front door. Many great restaurants and shops are a short walk to downtown. Roslyn Pioneer Park is also just down the street.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of space for parking 3 cars or a large RV (with RV hookup on the side of the house) or a long trailer. Parking is at the front or the back of the house.

Other Things to Note:

The Cabins at the Farm in Suncadia Resort - This Scandinavian inspired community is located in Suncadia's Nelson Preserve and just a short walk from The Nelson Farm. The historic Nelson Farm hearkens back to an earlier, simpler time in Washington State’s great heritage. Once the dairy farm of Bob Montague and family, the property retains its original 1890s farmhouse, barn, cabin and stables — which now create a charmingly rustic backdrop for axe-throwing, crafts, Friday night movies and more. - Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. We won’t know until 24 hour prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our guest services team about availability and additional fees.. For guaranteed flexibility, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive and depart at your leisure.

IS THE AREA SAFE? ▹▹▹ Absolutely! Suncadia Retreat is located in a quiet, secure resort community. It's family-friendly with minimal traffic and plenty of outdoor space for kids to safely explore. The abundant wildlife is very familiar to humans but always remember, they are wild. It is never a good idea to approach or feed them.

IS THE HOUSE EQUIPPED FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS? ▹▹▹ Yes! Panorama Pines provides complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and two workspaces with computer monitors. One in the guest room in the main house and one in the bonus suite above the garage.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the main house, the detached bonus suite, the private hot tub, in-home washer and dryer, and garage parking.
Access is via electronic keypads.

The Neighborhood:
Panorama Pines is located within the peaceful and expansive Suncadia Resort. This area is known for its incredible outdoor activities including golfing, kayaking, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, with trails starting right outside your door. Two golf courses, a spa, a winery, parks with playgrounds, ice skating, and tubing, axe throwing, archery and more are just a few minutes' drive away, while the historic towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum offer delicious dining experiences.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum.
The home includes parking for 4 cars (2 in garage, 2 in driveway).
Please note: no street parking is permitted.

This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

SUNCADIA AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS:

Restrictions include:
* Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which is reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
* Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.
