This is a newly remodeled condo in the Crescent Bar condominiums, and let me tell you, it's got some amazing amenities nearby. We're talking less than a five-minute walk to two golf courses, two boat launches, Beaumont winery, a bunch of restaurants and bars, and two gorgeous State Park beaches. And, if you're heading to a concert at the Gorge, there's even a shuttle that'll pick you up and drop you off right outside our front gate. So, bring your boat, jet skis, or paddle boards, or just chill by our huge double pool and hot tub. Great for families, girl/guy weekends, or rent a couple units and have a small family reunion!

Our unit is located close to the gate for easy load & unload. Enjoy the large pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and spacious lawn area! Or take an easy walk to the river, beaches, 2 golf courses, boat launches, playground & trails!

Main level has a spacious, fully stocked kitchen with trash compactor (Keurig, toaster, blender), a beautiful island (4 barstools) and giant walk in pantry with plenty of shelving for food, pool noodles, games, etc.

A very comfortable living area with sofa, love seat and foot rest to relax and watch the smart T.V. or just stare out the window at the well maintained grounds and pool area with 800' Basalt cliffs in the background. You will also find a dining table (seats 4) for eating, working (if you must) and playing games with a relaxing view of the river and cliffs.

Main level also includes:
-Ceiling speakers for easy connection to music from your cell phone.
-Stackable washer/dryer (great for those week long stays!)

You will also find Twin Bunk Beds in the hallway for the kiddos or adults that are young at heart. Each bunk has a reading light as well.

There is a second bath upstairs with the most incredible 42" tile shower with glass door you will want to stay in for hours! Plenty of counter space and shelving for everyone to put their toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer, body/face/hand towels included).

We also have a top of the line ductless heating and air conditioning system throughout.

The deck provides amazing pool and cliff views and has a BBQ and overhead patio lights for a nice warm glow in the evening.

Friendly neighbors. Comfy beds. We traveled from Alaska searching for sunshine and we found it here! Air conditioning froze up on our last night and it required turning the heat on remotely. We don’t have AC in Alaska so this was new to us. Good communication by owner. It was uncomfortably warm for a bit but once corrected it was smooth sailing. It was more house than we needed for just the two of us but I’m already planning on all the fun we would have with our adult kids/ grandkids. The pool near the condo was nice. A little loud at times but that just means people are having fun. The pool gate nearest to condo wouldn’t work but the sweet next door neighbor helped us out. It didn’t work for her either so we just walked around to the other side. The grill worked great. The closets in the master bedroom were locked so there was no place to hang clothes in that room, we just utilized the other rooms closets. Not a problem for us but if there were more people it would be an inconvenience. Over all it’s gorgeous and we would definitely stay again."

This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom + loft/2 ½ bath home is located on the 9th fairway of the Sunserra golf course with breathtaking views of the Columbia River. Situated directly across from the main pool and tennis courts. The master bedroom is located on the main floor for privacy and is very spacious with a large walk- in closet and attached master bath. The guest bedroom and loft space are located upstairs along with the guest bath and linen closet. Both bedrooms have king beds and the loft includes a twin over full bunkbed. The open concept of the main level is perfect for entertaining with a large great room/kitchen and dining area that opens directly to the patio.
