- "This home is even better than the pictures show. It’s clean and spacious for relaxing after playing at the lake. It has great views and we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the sunset/star gazing/BBQing. It was wonderful having the garage available to park our vehicle. It’s close to Jones Bay campground, which we stopped at to swim at the very end of the camp sites. You’re only 2 minutes from groceries and close to docks. We were all impressed with the home and how comfortable it was. Kids loved the arcade games! Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We hope to stay here again next summer!"

Already planning our trip for next year." - "I’d rate this 4.5 stars because the access to the beach area is pretty difficult. We had a few adults in our group who couldn’t do it. Children would have difficulty too. The dirt road to the house is narrow and our cars were covered in dust even going super slow. I’m still giving this place 5 stars on the official rating because it’s gorgeous and clean with windows lining every room with a view of the lake. Rooms are spacious with nice linens, nice thick towels and plenty of king beds and bathrooms. Plenty of dishes and silverware. We loved the place! Some negatives/ suggestions I have for the owner or future guests who plan to cook a lot (and it’s very remote so plan to cook!!) you need some large bowls (there’s nothing to serve chips or a large family sized salad in), there are no muffin pans and only one cake pan. Also beware of the fan over the stove- every single person in our group hit their heads at least once because it’s in the worst possible place to cook if you are over 5’8”! The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work but luckily we always bring our own table top ice maker because that seems to be a common thing in rentals. Bring ice trays or bags of ice! None of this made our experience bad but I like to let others know what to expect."

Beautiful view of Blue Lake. Very quiet and peaceful for a relaxing get away. There is a large deck in the front to sit out and view the stars and the lake. Sun Lakes Park is 10 minutes away. Great fishing and outdoor activities. House has washer and dryer and updated kitchen with double ovens. Fast speed internet and lots of DVDs and board games to play. One bedroom is on the main floor with two upstairs. Both bathrooms are full with a bath and shower. There is parking in the front and back of the house. Fire pit in the back yard! There is a boat ramp and two lake access locations just down the road. The house is located on dead end road so it is very quiet with very little traffic.

Built in 1935, Our Dam House is one of the original homes in Grand Coulee. We are located on a cliff overlooking The Grand Coulee DAM, with Panoramic views of Crescent Bay, Lake Roosevelt, Banks lake, the Coulee's, and a Nature preserve just below the house.

Watch the DAM laser show, Fish, Hunt, Hike, Kayak, Paddle board, Water ski, Blues Festival, Safeway, creamery, local pubs and restaurants most within a couple miles.
Furnished Kitchen. Only Sleeps 4. This is a small intimate house and we like to keep it that way.

The entire upstairs unit of the dam house includes a fully furnished kitchen, eat in dining areas with views, appliances including coffee maker, toaster, fryer, dishes, utensils. There are both a king size and queen size bed, two full baths.

Beautifully remodeled home sleeps up to 6 adults (no more than 8 including children) with many amenities for a comfortable stay. Inside, enjoy amenities including high-speed internet, a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, smart TV, games for the family, washer and dryer, complimentary coffee and other goods. Comfortable beds and rooms, with all linens, extra blankets, and towels provided. The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet and an adjoining bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a full-sized closet. The bunkroom has a double bunk bed - perfect for kiddos! Please note this room does not have much space for storage, but there is space under the bed that works well for suitcases & other belongings. The main bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Outdoor amenities include a covered deck off of the home overlooking Blue Lake, hot tub, fire pit, a shared private dock, and water access for your convenience. Please note, dock access is on a separate parcel directly across the street from the home, so it does require a short walk. We recommend no more than 4 adults, plus 2-4 children for a total of 8 guests to ensure a comfortable stay, however additional guests may be added to your reservation for an extra nightly fee. We also offer RV parking and power hook-up for an additional cost, please inquire upon booking. Additional amenities such as paddle boards or bicycles may be available upon request, please inquire at booking.

- "This is a beautiful home with everything we needed for our group of six adults. Having a dock to keep our boat was wonderful. We enjoyed having coffee on the porch and warming up in the hot tub as the weather turned unusually cold for end of August. The futon was bigger than we expected which was nice. We loved having the extra sofa in the living room for Mariners games and NASCAR. Every time we thought the house was missing something, we would find it! Such as the wagon for our cooler taking it down to the lake and the footstool in the kitchen for the shorties. We wished the bunk room had a queen bed but we made do! - "A grand place with all amenities. Need to get TV up and running. A grand view except for the dirt mound. A quiet neighborhood, close to everything. I think the deck is a highlight because it is shaded from around 1:00 P.M. on, looking out over Lake Roosevelt. Fun watching birds, a deer visited too. Thank you for the little extras in fridge etc. I hope those items were met to enjoy. We did. A lovely place!" - "This property had a fantastic view of Lake Roosevelt, all of the appliances, utensils and linens we needed. We were there in Oct, so the silence was deafening! No internet in cabins - wish I had known that. It's too bad that the caretaker / owner of this property just doesn't care. Waited 10 minutes to get keys (given wrong keys, so spent more time getting that sorted) ; no washclothes, soap or shampoo and the sheets looked like they hadn't even been washed. We left without staying a single night."

This is our favorite place to be. It is such a perfect spot. Walk to the little grocery store just a couple blocks away. There is also a food truck made into a dessert truck, serving desserts with seating next to the grocery store. We love this!

Bring your snowmobile and explore all the snow park trails just outside of Pateros. We have done this and its perfect! Warm up in the snow hut and eat your lunch!

- "This tent was wonderful and clean and perfect for a weekend away or a week away. The only issue we had would be outside of the owners control and that was the wind. When the wind in the evening came off the water our first night it made sleeping next to impossible because of the noise of the tent shaking around. (Wind mph 17-20) it was a lot of wind! The second night was wonderful and peaceful. So if the weather say high wind, still come but bring ear plugs."
