- "We had wonderful staycation at the hotel and when in doubt which room to pick up, we got help from the lady in frontdesk. In the end we pick up the biggest room in the hotel and enjoyed every minute. Not only because we felt so welcome. Thank you for the heartfelt help and stay. However, the restaurant service left much to be desired given the standard of the hotel. When we inquired about cocktails—listed as available—we were told they were only served if the bar staff “felt like it.” Additionally, the restaurant staff lacked knowledge about the wine; one bottle was introduced to us simply as “the one with the white label.” It was also disappointing that no lunch options were offered by the pool, as this would have significantly enhanced our experience. For a hotel of this caliber, it would be ideal if the pool area were adults-only during certain hours, as it was at times overrun by children. When no children were present, it was really calm and relaxing, however! Despite these issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."
