Our room had a balcony which opened straight on to the beach which was great. The beach is pebbly suggest you bring something for your feet when walking into the sea. Local supermarkets very close and a way to keep spending lower as you don't need to eat out every night. Bus into Split was busy but dropped us right by the market and the Old Town. We drove to the Skywalk in the Biokovo national park which was worth the journey but there also organised trips. This is a very relaxed and friendly hotel, lovely views from the reception up n down to coast and across to Brac. We will definitely be returning in the hope that we will be able to manage to stand on the paddlebord. Thanks for a great stay."

- "Everything" - "We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Tamaris. It is right on a small beach with sunbeds and umbrellas available but we were happy to sit on our patio and walk across to swim in the sea when we wanted to. The beach is clean but is gravel and thete are rocks in the sea so swim shoes are recommended. The room itself was spotless when we arrived and we had clean towels provided every day. We didn't cook but there is a hotplate, kettle and fridge. The wifi was being replaced while we were there so we did not have internet access but this did not affect our holiday. There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance, in both directions. We would definitely stay here again - thank you. "
