The service was so warm, friendly, and helpful- really trying and succeeding in meeting our every need! The day spa with thr heated pool was divine. There were some areas that were disappointing. Firstly the beds were very uncomfortable, the mattress was too firm and felt quite thin. The rooftop pool was allegedly "heated" but it was consistently freezing. I chose this hotel for the pool and proximity to the beach, however the pools were too cold. Despite being so close to the local beach, the hotel did not offer any beach chairs for their guests. Lastly, my son's bed was not made up upon arrival and they consistently only provided 2 instead of 3 towels which was inconvenient. Im glad we decided against the deluxe room with the private plunge pools as those rooms were in a basement level and didnt get any direct sunlight. Happy hour was for tea with some snacks but wines were not discounted. For the price of the hotel, i did expect a wider range of amenities for guests - such as daily bottles of water at the very least. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were very lovely. The breakfast chefs were very talented with delicious pastries."

A very friendly staff welcomed us at our arrival and helped us even with our suitcases. The Hotel is ideally located in the lungomare in front of the marina and steps (literally) from centre town. The food choices at both breakfast and dinner were varied and good, however hot options were never hot at best tepid. The bar was very good, but the music was very loud and not to everyone’s taste; it was difficult to sit quietly and read or hold a conversation. The pool area was excellent and the spa was good . - "Big apartment/room in a lovely clean well kept complex. Would ideal for family with younger kids." - "Being away from the main airports meant that we were the only Brits there. Not all staff could speak English but everyone tried and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were quite small and the bathroom wasn’t big enough for a family of 4, so suggest you get a room with a patio for added space. We didn’t attend the evening entertainment but it sounded great fun for the people that did. Being in southern Italy meant that things shut down between 1-4 which was unusual for us but once open stayed opened late into the evening. The food was very nice and lots to choose from as long as it was an Italian dish so don’t expect an Indian or Chinese night. Overall we had a very relaxing stay and would definitely return."

- "Booked last minute and was very happy with our stay. Located in the small town of San Foca, the hotel is situated on the beach front. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Balcony was great, but was extremely windy when we stayed so didn’t use. Bunk bed worked well for the kids. Breakfast was self serve and tasty with some local fresh produce. Owners were friendly and accommodating. Very happy with our stay. The town has nice restaurants, shops and a laundry. We enjoyed a related morning exploring the town."
