freshly re-decorated bedroom, the ensuite bathroom is next. Even though this room is above a part of the pub, ( the pool room) we do close that room between 11-11:30pm for the evening, the flip side to this is that if you like peace and quiet in the day this is the room as it is in the rear of the property looking over the garden away from the street, hence no street noise once the bar is closed

fair sized en suite rooms, large led TV, comfy double beds, large bathroom with piping hot shower (test water temp before you jump in!!) tea, coffee, kettle.

These rooms are not for workmen, we are strict about this as we have had bad experiences in the past.

This clean and very large suite with small fridge freezer and a 50" tv. 2 double beds and a large adult size bunk. Brand new carpets and a new electric shower, many people have stayed and love this room.
This room is intended for family groups with kids or very small, quite adult groups here to explore the area
(3 people +£35 per person after that) don't include children when stating numbers staying, only adults. Just let us know when you message so we leave right number of towels.

The space
the rooms are clean and freshly decorated and are constantly being maintained, though the building is old I am constantly maintaining and improving the space.

The pub attached is a relaxed bar with specialist beers and spirits and a large cocktail selection. We don't provide food but allow customers to bring it in, kids and dogs are welcome in the bar.

we control the door to the bar, as we do not allow large bostorous groups/ pub crawls, stag/hen do's etc

We close down hotel side of the bar at 11pm and there is no entry to the bar after that time in order to reduce noise and disturbance of hotel guests

there is a seperate entrance to hotel which guests are given a key for, Parking is usually available in front on street, or in paid car park 1 minutes walk away

Other things to note
This room is intended for families and people visiting the Island on holiday, no workmen or groups on nights out. Sorry but we have had problems in the past.
