- "Property was vast and well maintained. Food options and taste was good. Staff was polite and prompt. In house wine shop is a big plus for guests coming outside gujarat. What was disappointing was the quality of crowd accessing the pool and using other facilities. The property was a 4 star in terms of its infra but the quality of crowd made it a 1 star property. - "On the highway. Proximity to railway stn is super which is on opp side of the highway. Hotel rooms, bathrooms are well equipped and well designed, clean, maintained. Service is super quick in both housekeeping and restaurant. Although the market area is just 7-10 mins walk but the area between the hotel and market is not good due to garages and tyre repair shops which are in hotels neighbourhood. The area looks very unsafe and no autorickshaw are available outside the hotel. We had to depend on hotel car to drop us till station which is just 5 mins distance from hotel and they take rs 100 per person to drop whereas a 3 seater rikshaw will take just rs 50 for 3 people baggage if you are lucky to find one outside the hotel. Dinner and breakfast buffet had a variety of spread but taste was below average like the sambhar was sour, the pakoda were very dry & hard to bite, the parathas were chewy, veg biryani was very dry. Puri bhaji was good in breakfast and bhindi sabzi and hakka noodles were good in dinner. There was a strong & strange and unpleasant odour on the ground floor all the time. Our washroom neither had an exhaust fan nor a window for gases and steam to escape and they accumulated inside after every use and so we had to keep the door open. "

The pool, excercise equipment was all locked up and not accessible to anyone. The breakfast was a thepla one day and 2 parathas the other day .. you have to take tokens for even getting tea. No tea kettle in the room. Location is very remote so hard to look for alternates for food even if you set the issue of breakfast aside.. But when they claim to have facilities like pool and excercise equipment, locking them up is just unacceptable. On top of that the unhygenic kitchen is very concerning.. To pay this kind of money and get this experience just is very disappointing. If you have no other alternate and just need for a shelter to sleep in after paying 5000 per night, go ahead and book them and just dont expect anything else. I have paid much less for far better hotels than this and they have an excellent breakfast for this kind of money. Very very disappointed. "
